help spread the word on this important
issue.

So I enlisted Derek's help to direct my
PSA because he is one of the foremost

exceptional photographers and directors
in the Atlanta area.

If I had one goal for the PSA, it would
be to air on national TV.

The overall goal for me is to make sure
your message is heard clearly.

When I was 16 years old, I dated someone
that was 11 years my senior, and it

turned out to be a very physically
abusive relationship to the point where

stabbed, nearly killing me. And knowing
that in this day and age, 20,

30 years later, it's still occurring and
people are not speaking up about it, I

really wanted to do something to help
people and not just talk about it.

It's got to look cinematic. It can't
look like a rinky -dink production if

somebody just shot with an iPhone.

restaurants in the city. I studied

hospitality administration at Georgia
State. Just in doing some research on

restaurant, 71 % of the reviews over the
past month have been three stars

or worse.

Being a new restaurant, we definitely
understand that there's room for

improvement. So, you know, we're in here
working and learning.

If you were to say what were your
strongest qualities?

I know how to, you know, rally the
troops.

We definitely want somebody who can put
systems in place.

So that it's running like clockwork. I
have access to, you know, different

systems that we could implement here to
really get your numbers to where they

need to be. Seems like you have some
great employees, but, you know, just

encouraging them to do more. You know,
let's make sure that we're going above

and beyond for the guests.

I'm really liking Aaron. He did
research. He went online and found out

the customer complaints, what things
were going wrong.

So I know he did his homework.

I'm going to be very honest.

They're very nice people, but...

Both of them expect a lot. You have the
faces of the restaurant who are intense,

strong personalities.

But there are going to be a lot of
situations that arise that need people

react fast. How are you under pressure?

Thrive under pressure. And I know the
industry that I embarked on can be a

pressure cooker, if you will.
