is from the mountains.

So this is ghee with fermented milk.

Wow. And so you eat the dates with it.
You dip it and you eat it. This is the

best form of gluten you can get because
they grow it. It's like pure.

Like it's not processed.

So we eat with our hands. It's like it's
in our culture.

It's part of, like, religion, the
prophet used to eat with his right hand.

And actually, scientifically, a lot of
people say when you eat with your hands,

you release a hormone that makes the
food digest easier and taste better.

I'm happy to take on most things and
most parts of the culture.

This, I have to be honest, I just don't
think I'm ever going to get used to.

I'll stick to a knife and fork.

Eating with your hands reminds me of,
like, a drunk night, leaving from the

club, going through the drive -thru. You
