started with a therapist, but we're not really talking about my dad yet. Well,

you will, and that's the root cause of everything. I hope this psychologist has

got a Ph .D. because you need somebody who's got a little bit more.

It's not uncommon, my story, but personally it definitely puts a

dent in your heart that you don't have that male figure to lean on.

He's in a lot of emotional pain.

help him. He knows you tried to help him. I tried to save him. I was so

disappointed in him. I couldn't deal with him anymore because it pained me

he was in so much pain and I couldn't help him. I couldn't change him. I

couldn't fix him. You couldn't.

abandon him. I just had to push him away. You're blaming yourself.

I pushed him away. It's not your fault.

I was a caregiver of all of my three siblings, and my brother was a troubled

soul, and I felt very responsible for him. At the end, my relationship with my

brother was tough because he was too far gone to help. The fact that he came

back to me made me feel now I have some resolution.

Try to let it go because there's nothing you could have done.
