fully human experience.

Because the minute that we raise our

It made me feel like you were painting
me with a broad brush that we

unfortunately do in this country when a
black woman shows up in a way that we

don't like.

It hurt me, Luann.

I would love it if you could be okay if
I'm upset sometimes and not use the term

angry because it does trigger the
stereotype of being an angry black

I work at Fox. I work in media.

to never show up as the angry black
woman because I have a responsibility to

black women I represent on these

reacting to a trigger that she just

that. And I appreciate that and I accept
it.

The reason why what I won't do is say
I'm sorry is because there's an

expectation of me apologizing for having
a natural reaction to a very deep

-seated, triggering word and concept. So
I can't apologize to you for that,
