But then one day,

The poisoned fish were then caught and sold by Jang Monkfish,

by hiring Kim Bong-cheon as a thug

Meanwhile, An Jeweler and Kim Bong-cheon

embezzled relocation funds by paying the locals less than they were owed.

and later filed as missing by Kim Bong-cheon himself.

Years later,

Jeon Mayor, daughter of Jeon Four Terms,

partnered with Kim Bong-cheon to build Heoyoung Land

on the very landfill that had seen so much tragedy,

They hid the dark past beneath the glamour of the casino.

Jang Monkfish came to see that he, too, was tied to this ugly truth,

face their role in the truth and end their lives as well as his.

His plan was to release the methane collected from the landfill below

to suffocate everyone inside.

his VVIP table game ended earlier than planned due to An Jeweler,

and he began making preparations

to kill Kim Bong-cheon and execute a mass murder.
