You'll see from the

that the present market

Within a week I estimate

Buying through the seven
listed companies,

Enrock and Shoal, we
should be able to

gain a majority holding

for 127,000 pounds.

The yield should be
something approaching 40%.

- Then when the shares
fall to rock bottom,

they step in and buy them up.

There could be up to 30
different companies involved.

And the original amount may be

as high as three million pound.

But the return should be
around 40% for a few days work.

- Well, while you're
wearing those glasses, Joe,

you're the expert so I
suppose you understand it all.

But to a layman it sounds
like out and out fraud.

- Legalized fraud, Mac.

They sail close to the wind,

but it's all legal, I'm afraid.

And as far as I can
see, he'll do it again.

- One of the companies he
has on the hook this time

is Ledo Machine Tools.

- [Sam] Ledo Tools, that's
owned by a guy called Harris.

He manufactures
specialized components

of national importance.

Even W.I.N. use him on
special occasions.

- That's right, Sam.

It's just another reason
why Clayton must be stopped.

- If he's inside the
law, how do we do that?

- Well, I think I've got it.

This is a unique situation.

And we'll have to resort
to unorthodox methods.

But maybe the joke will
be on Clayton.

Here's how we do it.

- I wish I could've seen

harmless, physically,

but it'll induce hallucinations
until an antidote

He was absolutely furious.

called off his next

fraudulent takeover and
paid back all the people

he cheated in the past.

The drug would be allowed
to take effect."

- What happened then, Dad?

- He had me thrown out
by the commissionaire.

- I told ya, Chief, no
one would fall

for something like this
and non-existent drug.

Clayton's an intelligent man.

You wouldn't believe it.

I wouldn't, but Clayton
is so full of deception,

he'll convince
himself it's true.

With a little help from Joe 90.

They agreed immediately.
