One of the things that we are going to
start out talking about is fears

surrounding the birth space. Do you guys
want to share any particular fears that

you have weighing on you?

What if you end up tearing up?

So if there's tearing.

Yeah. When we talk about tearing, we
talk about degrees, first through fourth

degree. So a first degree tear is going
to be superficial skin. Third into this

capsule around the anus and fourth would
be a connection between the two

internally or externally.

We don't see a lot of third and fourth
degrees. So what we're looking for is

stretching the muscles.

What you can do as a partner is use your
first two fingers. And so we actually

start on the outside here. We press into
these tissues towards the clitoris.

We're going to go to the first knuckle
until you have that nice stretch. And

then you go in and do the same at the
second knuckle. Is this like on the

of the wall?

Inside. Okay, gotcha.

So apparently if I don't help Jasmine
with the stretching of the walls, her,

you know what, is going to tear.

possibly all the way to her butthole.

That would just be one giant hole. I
don't know how you fix that.

So I have to remember, between reading

catch your babies, okay? With this deep

Being gentle with yourself. There you

When this happens, it's going to be a
long day or a long night of clawing and

screaming.

So kind of like an exorcism or
something.

Your partner is going to pat baby back
through your legs.

your low belly and then sit back onto

your heels.

What I like about this transition of
sitting back is it gives you a moment to

see your baby.

To look at your baby with your partner
and you create this little bubble around

I'm trying to learn like as much as I
can about the process of the baby. And

kind of gives you like anxiety.

We're at week 37, and I don't have all
the time to figure out about taking care

of a child.

pregnant on the second

time. Okay, that's the factor we're

She's pregnant with another guy during
her two -year probationary period on her

green card, and she moved to Florida
with this guy and still married to me.

So she got pregnant with a random dude
down the street, still married to me,

cheated on me.

For immigration, I really can't speak
to. I think you probably know as much as

do on that. In regards to divorce,
there's a huge impact on that.

And a financial obligation to that

But the basic presumption is that
