So the king killed John.

The Jews' prediction became real.

In the party to celebrate King Herod's birthday,

Herodias' daughter Salome wanted to dance for the king,

this made the king very happy.

He promised that he will santisfy all her requests.

The mother suborned her daughter to say,

that her want the Baptist John's head be put in a basin.

The king was very embarrassed.

But he promised in front of everyone.

So he let someone bring out John's head in a basin.

Alright.

Turn around.

The story of Salome attracted my attension

It's a story about love.

A crazy love.

A story mixed with hate

A tragical love.

I have been dancing since I was 7 years old.

Many things were forgotten.

The only thing I can remember is that I started to dance when I was very young.

When I was 7,I went to study in Dance Academy.

My family was very poor at that time,

My auntie paied our tuition fees

all by her own.

Two months later,

my auntie wouldn't give us any money either.

We were very poor.

Mama knew it very well.

I loved dancing very much.

In order to pay the expensive tuition fee,mama started to work.

We were really poor at that time.

So life went like this,when I was 10,

Many doctors told me not to dance anymore.

Because over-training made my vertebra a little bendt.

It became an S shape.

So I started the challenge against myself.

Though the doctors said I can't, I still keep practising.

Be careful about the rhythm.

I was wearing braces all the time for 5 years after that.

No matter when I was in school or sleeping

I took that off when I joined the national dancing troupe.

I want more descriptions about the characters.

By using music and movements.

Try best to let them bring into play as they want.

Let them to understand the music.

The play book should be more detail.

It's very hard to use dancing to express emotions.

Dancing can decide many things.

Try best to express the emotions more distinctly.

That's a little difficult.

Which method should we use?

In that part when John is beheaded.

We have to find a good method.

This scene is very important.

The head they brought out

must look real

The character

has many kinds of reasons to kill John.

King Herod put John in prison.

He said Jesus is Messiah

The carnal Herodias hates John.

But Salome,

she is the victim of her mother's conspiracy in the Bible.

Salome has very strong love.

Her love of John is strong.

Salome's body and soul were fasten together

follow the dead John all the way.

The stage decoration in my mind is with everything newest conception.

The free and gentle dancing.

The important point here is the subject matter.

It needs time to evolve the subject.

So we use the wainscot.

3 pieces in all.

The sideward two pieces

have lights on.

It's sun in the daytime,

and blue moon in the night.

The sun comes out next day.

There are three mirrors in the stage.

And John's dado.

He rises up from the floor slowly.

This expresses the part of the mystery.

I've been dancing for 19 years.

Since I was 9.

I'm 28 years old this year.

Almost everybody began at that age.

My first seeing of dancing after school,

that was passional and untremmelled.

My mom said,

It's my suggestion to use mirrors.

I joined national dancing troupe at the age of 14.

It's been 15 years since then.

In the passed 2 years we performed some large-scale dancing,

went to France.

These are all my grow-up experiences.

I want to found a troupe of my own.

I received the invitation from the director of Spain National Dancing Troupe.

The colors are very important too.

The effects are very different when using warm colors

and cold colors,

and mixed colors.

We will use special gauze which is very thin.

Because it's very thin,we use 7 layers of gauze.

These clothes are in many colors.

Every color has its own usage.

They are all common colors,

so it looks incredible uniform in vision.

It should have the stateliness of queen.

The adornment in head must looks like a crown.

Do you feel any japanese style in it?

Just like the sun.

The king uses this too.

And the stage background.

Also the King's clothes.

That's a gown.

The same as in church nowadays.

I've studied dancing in a ballet school in Cuba.

Classic?

Yes, 8 years classic ballet there.

Then 2 years here.

I've performanced in Albeniz Theater for many times.

Since then I stay in Spain.
