Democrats are going to hold the line.

And they believe that they have

Republicans backed into a corner.

Now, look, this is an issue, especially

as it relates to Americans and healthcare.

This is an issue because people have

to be able to afford to pay their bills,

they have to have a paycheck.

And so some folks are not getting that right now.

Let's just be honest with the government shutting down.

And then, you know, coming up soon,

you're going to have open enrollment.

What happens if those tax breaks for the Affordable Care Act?

What happens, those tax credits, if

they, or those healthcare credits,

excuse me, if they, if it goes up,

your premiums would go up by 75%.

But also on the streets of America right now, chaos.

You saw some of the video that I

played for the leader, Jeffries.

This is a mash of Portland ice chaos.

Some of the folks in Chicago are fighting back as well.

We showed you this man yesterday who was

trying, they were trying to detain him and

he refused to let them put handcuffs on him.

And then his neighbors and people on the street just, I mean,

just really shamed the agents

into letting them let this man go.

And then they drove off with

their tails tucked between their legs.

The reason I let that video play out is because as I am here,

I'm at a conference in New York City.

It's a conference called Black Week.

That talks about issues, especially

advertising and what we do now in streaming

in the digital era, because

there is no system that is set up to

create a sort of ecosystem that

supports people who believe in facts,

people who are centered and maybe left.

There's plenty on the right and for people of color.

And many of the people have not seen these images.

They haven't seen them in corporate media.

If they see them, it's just a report

about, well, ICE is going to Chicago.

ICE is going to Portland.

Here's what the governor is suing the Trump administration, but

they don't see all of these images because I'm being told

that somehow the bosses are

worried about these images coming out.

and the National Guard right now.

Anyway, we're going to get Pam Bondi who is reporting,

who is being questioned on that.

And I mean, look, I want you to get

ready because you know it's Pam Bondi.

But I am surprised people, I'm surprised

I told the folks here at the conference,

I'm surprised that people are not out on the streets.

You heard what I had to say yesterday.

I'm surprised that people are not out on the streets right now.

And where's the courage?

And people are worried that,

well, they're going to take me away.

We have more liberties and more rights and more agency.

Than the people who came before us.

And I wonder why, what is going to take for us to fight back?

So I showed you some of the images.

This is Pam Bondi testifying.

What's the secret?

Why do you want to keep this secret?

The American people don't know the

rationale behind the deployment of

National Guard troops in my state.

The word is, and I think it's

been confirmed by the White House,

they are going to transfer Texas National Guard

units to the state of Illinois.

What's the rationale for that?

Yeah, Chairman, as you shut down the government,

you voted to shut down the government.

And you're sitting here, our law

enforcement officers aren't being paid.

They're out there working to protect you.

I wish you loved Chicago as much as you hate President Trump.

And currently, the National Guard are on the way to Chicago.

If you're not going to protect

your citizens, President Trump will.

Been on this committee for more than 20 years.

That's the kind of testimony you

expect from this administration.

A simple question as to whether or not

they had a legal rationale for deploying

National Guard troops becomes grounds for personal attack.

I think it's a legitimate question.

It's my responsibility.

She refuses to answer as to whether she

had any conversation with the White House

about deploying national troops to my state.

That's an indication, I'm afraid,

where we are politically in this place.

I appreciate what Dick Durbin said.

He's too nice.

He should have shut her ass down.

Pam Bondi is a POS.

Pam Bondi has no respect for the rule of law.

She's dumb.

She does anything that Donald Trump says.

I would have said to her when she

said, you know, Donald Trump is working.

Donald Trump is working and you're kissing his ass.

Don't you have any shame for that?

If you if if she attacked him

personally, I would have attacked her right back.

As much as I hate Donald Trump, what

about as much as you love Donald Trump

and as much as you love kissing his ass?

And so they think it's funny.

And yes, Sarah Carter, she's a paid clown and a piece of shit.

Maybe Dick Durbin doesn't want to

say it, but I certainly can say it.

And then what this is all about now is,

you know, the effort to distract from that.

What is in those files?

Pam Bondi talking about the Epstein files.

In February, you made a public

claim that the Epstein client list was,

quote, sitting on my desk right now for review.

End of quote.

You then produce already public information

and no client list at a major media event hosted

at the White House.

Attorney General Bondi, why did you

publicly claim to have the Epstein

client list waiting for your review and

then produce nothing relevant to that claim?

Senator, Senator Durbin, if you listen to my entire clip on

that, I said I had not reviewed it yet,

that it was sitting on my desk along with

the JFK files, the Martin Luther King files.

And I said I had not yet reviewed it.

And if you see our memo on Epstein, you will see, excuse me,

our memo on Epstein clearly points out

that there was no client list or July 6 memo.

Hmm.

That's not what we heard.

I wish we had that sound bite.

If you can't find that sound bite.

But that's not what she said.

The evidence is there.

The evidence is always there.

There's always a sound bite.

And she is, look, as I said, she'll do

anything she can to kiss Donald Trump's butt.

I mean, she has to.

She put her, someone who's unqualified in this position to be

the Attorney General of the United

States.

And so she sat there.

There's a couple of different things.

The Epstein client list is

sitting on my desk right now to review.

And then there was another one also where she was sitting on

a desk.

I believe it was at Fox News.

She's answered a couple of times for that.

Do we have the sound bite of her saying on Fox News?

Yes.

Here it is.

The DOJ may be releasing the list of Jeffrey Epstein's clients.

Will that really happen?

It's sitting on my desk right now to review.

That's been a directive by President Trump.

I'm reviewing that.

I'm reviewing JFK files, MLK files.

That's all in the process of being

reviewed because that was done at the

directive of the president from all of these agencies.

So have you seen anything that you said, oh my gosh.

Not yet.

Do you think they went through the Epstein files and didn't do

and didn't go through all of it?

Okay. Here is Pam Bondi on exactly all the things that she said.

So I knew that was in there, that she was

misleading Dick Durbin because this is her

on Fox News talking about the Epstein files.

So I mean, look, she's caught and she knows she's lying.

So she has to get out there and spin.

But as I say, the sound bites don't lie.

Pam Bondi has been just like Pam, just

like Cash Patel, just like Dan Bongino.

They've been out here talking

about these Epstein files forever.

And somehow, you know, this is going to be owned for Democrats.

And then once they get them and maybe they see that their dear

leader is in the Epstein files,

then they reportedly moved to have agents

redact Donald Trump's name from the Epstein files.

And now all of a sudden, they don't want to release any of it.

This is what she said about it.

What you're going to see, hopefully

tomorrow, is a lot of flight logs, a lot of names.

Everything's going to come out to the public.

The public has a right to know.

Americans have a right to know.

And there are tens of thousands

of videos of Epstein with children.

Sounds like what Dick Durbin said was very legit.

And it sounds to me like she lied.

It sounds to me like Pam Bondi lied.

Now you can tell me what you think.

Do you know if the FBI found photographs of

Trump with half naked young women in their

search of Epstein's safe or premises?

Here's that question.

Let me ask you something else.

There's been public reporting that Jeffrey Epstein showed

people photos of President Trump

with half naked young women.

Do you know if the FBI found those

photographs in their search of Jeffrey Epstein's safe or

premises or otherwise?

Have you seen any such thing?

You know, Senator Whitehouse, you sit here and

make salacious remarks, once again, trying to

slander President Trump left and right when

you're the one who was taking money from one of

Epstein's closest confidence.

I believe I could be wrong.

Correct me.

Reed Hoffman, who is with Jeffrey Epstein

on multiple occasions and the senator sitting

right next to you tried to block

the flight logs from being released.

Yet you're grilling me on President

Trump and some photograph with Epstein?

Come on.

The question is, did the FBI find those photographs that have

been discussed publicly by a witness

who claimed Jeffrey Epstein showed them to him?

You don't know anything about that.

Okay.

Um, she doesn't know anything about that.

But you guys, oh my gosh, you got

to be ready for someone like her.

And it's like this, this is not me.

This is about you and the person that you are trying to

protect, which is Donald Trump.

It's in the Epstein files.

Are you saying that he's not in the files?

Is he not in the files?

My name is not in the Epstein files.

And Donald Trump and you collect a

lot of checks from a lot of people.

As a matter of fact, Pam Bondi, you took a

$25,000 check from Donald when you were running

in Florida and you dropped a law that you had filed against him

in the Trump organization, reportedly.

You got to be ready for her because she's

going to lie and obfuscate and pretend that

she is haughty and holier than thou when

the question is about you and you are the one,

ma'am, I have not seen the files.

You have seen the files.

I have you here.

We have you here to talk about what's in the

files, not to make ad hominem personal attacks

on people.

So can you just answer the question?

If you don't have an answer for the

question, then say, I don't have an answer,

but don't lie and obfuscate and personally

attack people to change the, to distract.

break Donald Trump's presidency and break MAGA.

If it has found that Donald Trump did

something really untoward, we don't know.

We don't know what's in the files

because they won't tell us what's in the files.

They won't release the Epstein files.

I spoke with the Congresswoman-elect

from Arizona yesterday at Elita Grijalva.

And she said that they won't swear her in and

she believes it's because of the Epstein files.

Now Pam Bondi is obfuscating and

attacking people and insulting people

because she doesn't want to answer the questions.

I want to start by thanking you for acknowledging a moment ago

the importance of protecting the

rights of the law abiding in a country where there are hundreds

of millions of guns, one of the

most alarming, not to mention unconstitutional things a

government could do is to disarm

the law abiding.

It would be unfair.

It would be fatal to many.

It would be contrary to our constitutional system.

I appreciate you standing up for that.

I'm also grateful for you standing up for

Gail Slater, the Assistant Attorney General

over the antitrust division.

I have full confidence in her and I can tell you do as well.

More broadly, Attorney General Bondi, through

your leadership, you've returned the Department

of Justice to its core mission.

And its core mission, of course, involves

protecting the American people, upholding the

law, upholding the Constitution, and making

sure that justice in our system is applied

even handily, fairly, consistently as the law requires, without

fear, favor, or political bias.

Making those decisions.

With you, as Attorney General, at the helm

of this great department, the Department of

Justice has strengthened its efforts to secure our borders

against what has been an unprecedented

influx of illegal immigration.

It's disrupted sophisticated networks of

criminals, including people who profit immensely

and have profited over the last five

years, roughly, from a massive human trafficking

and drug smuggling operation.

And it also just demonstrated an unwavering

commitment to the safety of American citizens.

Your work has sent a clear message to criminal organizations

and to criminally-minded people

everywhere, foreign and domestic.

The rule of law in the United States will be enforced.

And those who prey on the vulnerable will face

especially swift and unpleasant consequences.

I'd also like to commend you and FBI Director Kash Patel,

Deputy Director Dan Bongino, for

your collaboration with the Department of

Law Enforcement in my home state of Utah

in assisting with the prompt apprehension

of the shooter in the tragic assassination

of Charlie Kirk just a few weeks ago at Utah.

Okay, apparently he does not have questions.

I would like to let me know if he actually

has a question instead of glazing Pam Bondi.

I thought that maybe he as a Republican

would have, you know, some sort of, you know,

he is from Utah, which is where Charlie Kirk was killed.

But there is no question there in those comments.

Is he, did he finally get to a question, guys?

Something for policies that we had is estimated to be many

millions, somewhat estimated at the

low end, be in the 10 million range, others say more like 15,

others say it's more than that.

But this unknown and unknowable number of

individuals came across our border illegally.

Okay, he doesn't have a question.

I don't understand the point of this.

He's supposed to be getting questions.

Why is he talking longer than Pam Bondi?

Like, what is the point of this?

Is the point to kiss Donald Trump's

ass in the middle of these hearings?

Do you think that's what he's doing?

I believe that might be it.

So let me just say this.

I want to kind of wrap things up

because as I always talk about from, you know,

I call you guys my brothers and my sisters

and the people who still believe in truth.

It has been two years since October 7th.

I'm sure you guys know where you were when that happened.

You know the fallout from that.

It's two years since the world

claimed that it learned something.

And yet here we are, we're still

negotiating peace with the same hands,

the same people that profit from war.

They're saying it's diplomacy right now.

But when there are still bullets and

bombs and all kinds of things still flying,

and what does diploma even mean?

You know, like you saw in the smoke,

that pink smoke that you saw in Oregon,

the white smoke that you see.

And what does that mean?

It's kind of just like a whisper in the smoke, right?

With diplomacy.

In Washington, D.C., they're calling it a shutdown.

But, you know, I always, I like to call it a shakedown.

I think shakedown is closer to the truth.

Maybe not a shutdown, maybe it's a

showdown between power and principle,

between the people who work for a living and

the people who work the system for a living.

And you see how the narratives have

changed from healthcare to illegals,

to now Republicans are the ones who care about healthcare.

So the lights, while the lights, this is the thing, think about this.

The lights are out in the federal buildings.

The lights are going out in the federal buildings, right?

Because they're shutting it down.

It's shut down.

The lights are still on in mansions in Palm Beach.

The lights are still on in private jets.

The lights are still on in, you know, Silicon Valley,
