And then he needed assistance. He got

We're going to go take a look at the
video and see what this individual did

break our window.

picking up two big rocks, just kind of

pacing back and forth.

And then she goes straight to the back
of the patrol car.

And that's where she threw the rock to
smash out the window.

So she picks it back up and throws it at
the windshield, cracking the

windshield. And she heads back to where
she broke the first window and just

starts breaking out the glass.

And that's when Officer Collins heads
out where they start fighting.
