- What was your thought process when you was going through it?

- That I was going to die and leave my kids,

and they were going to go through the same things

that I went through as a child.

But I'm saying with that fear of dying,

don't you think that affects them because they can see it?

- I don't show this side to them.

They don't know, like, that every morning, I wake up,

We have to show them emotion because that also

is another generational curse that we have.

Me being in the military, I've seen a lot.

I suppressed it.

And I've always had anger issues.

But with therapy, it helped me to get through.

We never get over it. We just get through it.
