I'm so excited.

Ghetto Girl Eats is my all-purpose seasoning

passed down from generations in my family.

I also came out with an amazing cookbook,

some real Atlanta native recipes.

And it's so special to me, because this is the legacy

that my grandmother passed down from her mother

and her mother.

Eats, and I actually helped her conceptualize this idea

and bring it to fruition.

- I'm in Miami for what is called a historical moment.

Over the years, I've always represented my country

everywhere me go, and I've done a lot of cultural exchange

in Miami.

I have my Grace Hamilton Women Empowerment

Foundation to enrich women through education

and entrepreneurship.

Last year, I was able to give back

5 million Jamaican dollars, you know,

to kids that want to go back to school.

And I just recently received the letter

from the vice mayor in Miami telling me that I'm not just

getting the keys to the city.

I'm getting the keys to the "region."

After I had time to think about things,

I realized that grief, grieving, figuring out

how to work through emotions, or even running from emotions

And I love Karlie to death.

When my mom was in the hospital before she passed,

Karlie called and checked on me nearly every day.

So like, I feel really comfortable talking

to her about how I feel mentally

and emotionally about everything that's going on.

happened with Erica.

But how did it get to the point where, like, it got physical?

- She said-- - Insults.

I don't even remember the last thing she said.

I just-- from the therapy comment, I was checked out.
