After an attempted robbery at gunpoint last year,

learning to defend myself has become priority number one.

Atlanta is no joke.

The human trafficking problem here is insane.

And on top of that, some of my girls

have experienced abuse in their own relationships.

Every woman needs to know how to defend themselves,

so I've arranged a self-defense class

for me and some of my girls.

I wanna thank everybody for coming out.

I had a situation last year at my home

where someone came and tried to steal my car

and ended up shooting at me. Mmm.

Um, I felt defenseless, so I've put together this class.

Thank you so much for inviting me to this because I need it.

With all I went through in my marriage,

I could use a lesson on how to defend myself,

and so can my new friend Ki'Yomi.

We go to the same hairdresser, and we just really hit it off.
