It's all eyes to the lights and foot to
the floor and it's a poor start from

pole for pulling. Nerea Marti sweeps by
to take the lead before they're into

even the braking zone. And so while
Elena Buller tries to put her nose down

inside but can't get it done, she comes
into fourth.

On board with the road in Cullin of Jess
Edgar with moves to make as they come

into the chicane down the inside of
Maita Caceres in the Campos. A better

qualifying from her in recent weeks,
seeing her start in the top ten.

Up front, Abby Pulling started on pole,
trying to regain the ground lost.

That's four here in Paul Ricard for F1
Academy. The penultimate round of the

series. Marta Garcia in the red and
white Prima, hunting down Hamda Al

-Khrabaisi as they head into turn one.
Hamda Al -Khrabaisi in the all -orange

motorsport car. Two of our championship
contenders, wheel -to -wheel, trying to

find a way through. It's Garcia who has
the advantage in the championship for

the moment.

Our other championship contender, Lena
Buller, in the Saba back colours for

trying to make her way through on Lola
Lovinfoss in the Campos. The Campos

has the advantage for the time being.

And Al -Khobaisi runs out wide. Is that
going to allow Marta Garcia to make a

move as they head into the braking zone
for the chicane?

On board with Bianca Bustamante trying
to get into the slipstream as the sun

shines down here in Paul Rickard.
They're going three wide. Bustamante

inside. And there's contact.

Bustamante manages to carry on.

So it was contact then with Jess Edgar
who just found herself in the middle of

that sandwich. The Campos was on her
outside.

The Pramer on the inside.

Jess Edgar, she's had to come into the
pits. No mandatory pit stops in F1

Academy. They're going to change the
front wing and get her back out there

see what she can do in the remaining
laps of this race.

Lap 11 then, and out front, after a
blinding start, Nerea Marti, the Spanish

racer for Campos, continues to lead. A
clear view in front of her.

On board with Emily de Hoogh, the Dutch
racer, off the back of a brilliant home

race as well.

Getting the moves done, down the inside,
on the straight, battling with Megan

Chilt. And Bianca Bustamante, who we
ride on board with once again, managed

live to fight another day after her
contact with Edgar. She's going to go

the inside again.

Runs deep.

Emily the host manages to tuck back in
and under. And Chilks makes hay on that

as well. Buster Mandate tried her luck
but in the end fell back down to behind

this trio.

She's not finished though. She has
another look down the inside as they

into the chicane.

Chilks sees her coming. Manages to hold
the advantage.

The battle rages on between two of our
three championship contenders. Hamda Al

-Khobaisi in the orange MP Motorsport
car, keeping championship leader Marta

Garcia in the red and white frame
behind.

For now, as they come through turns one
and two, Al -Khobaisi having to look in

her mirrors.

Can Garcia force the Emirati racer into
a mistake?

Chloe Grant, good to see Grant back,
racing after her big incident in Monza

time around.

But the chequered flag is out for Nerea
Marti, who take her first win of the

season in F1 Academy. She can hardly
believe it, celebrating straight away as

she gets out of the car. It's a 1 -3 for
Campos, with Lola Lovenfoss in third,

and the two drivers celebrating,
pulling, coming home in second.

Well, the top three was Marty Pulling
and Lovin' Foss. Lena Buller keeps her

championship alive by finishing in
fourth, ahead of the other two

challengers, Hamda Al -Khobaisi and
Marta Garcia in sixth. Then it was Hamda

-Khobaisi, Maita Caceres with a good run
to eighth in front of Carrie Schreiner,

and Chloe Grant picks up the final
points.

Megan Jilk, Chloe Chong were 11th and
12th. Bianca Bustamante with a five

-second time penalty applied after her
incident with Edgar finished in 13th,

ahead of Emily Dehost and Jess Edgar.

I got a gap on the first lap, and I took
a B at the start, so I'm really happy.

I had a really, really good pace, so
let's see what happens in Race 2 and

3.

Amna Al -Khobaisi gets away well from
pole.

Carrie Schreiner in the ART as they head
into turns one and two. It's all fairly

neat and tidy as we now take the run
down towards the chicane.

Jostling for position in the mid -pack,
but a good start then from Amna Al

-Khobaisi ahead of championship leader
Marta Garcia. The Prima team working

to get that car back up to pace after a
tough race one.

Lena Buller, meanwhile, chasing after
her championship rival down the inside

the ART to get herself up and behind
Garcia.

Abby Pulling then down the inside of
Lola Lovinfos in the Campos, and

has got an issue.

Coming right to a slow there on the
outside line. Has to peel off.

Disaster for Lola Lobbenfoss in the
Campos.

Lap 3 of 11 here in Paul Ricard. And
Amna Al -Khobaisi is coming under

from Marta Garcia.

Who swings out to the inside line late
on the brakes. And Garcia gets the job

done and takes the lead for race 2 at F1
Academy.

Amna Al -Khobaisi falling back straight
away. And now having to look at her

mirrors. Because Lena Buller wants to
make a move on this as well and try and

catch up to her rival Garcia ahead.

They both run off wide.

-Khobaisi making a move on the number
eight ARP of Carrie Schreiner. Down the

inside, Hamda Al -Khobaisi gets the move
done.

first, second and fourth in this race.

Lena Bullock starting to pull away now
from Amna Al -Khobaisi and try and catch

up to Marta Garcia to reduce that point
gap in the championship.

at the front of this trio coming under
pressure here first of all from our race

one winner Nerea Marti down the inside
can Pulling try and make a move on this

as well there seems to be a little bit
of contact in the rear of Carrie

Shriner's car there's a bit hanging off
the back Abby Pulling then Aggressive

move from Carrie Shriner who defends for
her life. Pulling cannot find a way

down the inside into zone one. Shriner
holds on to it for the time being.

Pulling has to slot back in behind and
Jess Edgar is right there as well.

Shriner, Pulling, Edgar all doing battle
as they head into the chicane. Slight

lock up from Carrie Shriner. Pulling
isn't close enough to make a move.

On board with Marta Garcia then as she
has a clear view in front of her to take

the chequered flag and take to the top
step of the podium as she wins race two

ahead of Lena Buller and Amna Al
-Khobassi crosses the line in third.

A mighty performance then from our
championship leader who gets crucial

to extend her advantage out front.

She finished that race ahead of Lena
Buller and Hamna Alkabasi. Hamna

the third of our title rivals, finishing
in fourth in front of Nerea Marti.

Aimley de Hoost, Bianca Bustamante ran
out the top ten. Then it was Chloe

Maite Cáceres, Megan Jilkes and Chloe
Chong.

With Lola Lovenfoss being the only
retirement of the race.

I had a really good start, and after
that I overtook Carrie on the start, and

overtook M9 after the safety car.

And I really had a good pace. I think,
as I said, we improved sector one, so it

was really good for me, and I think now
we just need to focus on race two.

Race three in Paul Rickard for F1
Academy.

It's eyes to the lights and foot to the
floor. And it's a great start from Lena

Buller as Pulling immediately gets
swamped by Marta Garcia on the inside in

red and white Prima. And Lola Lovinfos
on the outside. They both make their way

through as Buller takes the lead in
front of Garcia.

Lovinfos slots into third as a few cars
run out wide in the background. But that

is your top three. Pulling stabilizing
in fourth in front of Nerea Marti as

Hamda Al -Khobaisi tries to find a move
round. the outside that'll become the

inside but she's not far enough in front
as Jess Edgar tries to stick her nose

down the inside of Alkabasi pulling then
trying to regain ground in the all pink

alpine colours of the road in Carlin as
they come through the long sweeping

right hander

Master Garcia then going for the lead of
this race. Down the inside of

championship rival Lena Buller. Garcia
gets the job done and takes the lead

in race three for F1 Academy. Our
championship leader out in front.

Garcia leads from Lena Buller. Then
comes Lola Lovenfoss, Abby Pullink,

Marti and Alcavesi.

And Jess Edgar at the back of this
picture. All fairly spaced out for the

moment. No one close enough to make a
move just yet. All biding their time.

Out in front for the time being with
Handal Kravati.

Stuck a few places back.

And here is Marta Garcia as she comes
into the left hander. But we heard a bit

of screeching and that was because the
primer of Bianca Bustamante has found

herself into the runoff area. A little
spin for the Filipino racer. She rejoins

the track.

Concern on the pit wall though.

And this is how it happens. Bianca
Bustamante into the toe of the ART, late

the brakes, and just completely has to
cut the corner, carrying way too much

speed, loses the rear, and off she goes.

Manages to get it going.

Lap 11.

On board with Amelie de Hoos, the Dutch
racer for MP Motorsport, trying to find

her way down the inside of the Campos.
That's a tight space. She manages to get

the move done, but they both run out
wide.

She's battling with Maita Cateres.

Cateres has come alive this weekend.

It's going to be a drag race down to
turn one. Cateres in the Campos, though,

the outside.

Amelie de Hoos is going to have the
inside line, and the Dutch woman gets

job done, but she runs out wide again,
and that is allowing the ARP to come

play.

Down into turn one. A .R .T. and Carrie
Shriner having a battle with Megan

Chilk. If somebody hits the bollard,
then it goes flying.

Further back in the pack, all jostling
for position here. Amy Dehost battling

with Chloe Grant down the inside. That
will become the outside, but she's far

enough ahead to get the move done as
Bustamante runs out wide.

Side by side with Emily Dehost into the
right -hander. Who will blink first?

Bustamante in the red and white frame
-up. Managed to get the job done then.

And across the line for Marta Garcia,
who continues to lead this race, will go

on board with Abby Pulling.

In the pink road in Carlin, who is
eyeing up a move on Lola Lovenforst

poor start for pulling. She's going to
have to go the long way round, but she

cut back underneath, takes a tighter
line as they come over the bumpy curbs

get back onto the straight, which then
rejoins the chicane into the left hand

pulling, having to bide her time for the
time being.

This turning into a nice little battle
towards the back of this pack.

Once again, undeterred, Marta Garcia,
our championship leader, makes it

race win for her to extend her
championship lead as we head into the

in Austin, Texas.

Celebration straight away with her Prima
team for Marta Garcia. A smile as wide

as the eye can see, I'm sure, behind
that helmet as she takes her sixth win

the season in front of Lena Buller and
Lola Lovenfoss completing the podium.

Abby Pulling has been disqualified for a
tyre pressure infringement, so that

bumps everyone up a plate.

We did a really good job the team also
did put a really good car on track and I

think it's good for the championship of
course I think now we're quite some good

points ahead so we go into the summer
break at least some time to chill and

relax also.

So as we head into the final round of
the inaugural season of F1 Academy, it

Marta Garcia who continues to have the
lead on this championship.

But we will crown our champion in
Austin, Texas.

The fight is still on with Buller 48
points behind.

Hamda Al -Khobaisi still in the fight as
well with 179 points to her name.
