It is so important to me to be financially independent,

because I'm the only breadwinner,

So the first day I opened my salon,

that night I found out I was pregnant.

I've been a personal trainer for about a year now,

probably the best decision I've ever made.

It literally changed my life.

Not only has it transformed me physically,

but it's also really helped me mentally as well.

I maybe have failed a couple of times in the past.

of rushing into things with people I'm attracted to.

I'm a very impulsive guy

and I've got a very addictive personality,

particularly when I was younger.

I kind of went a bit off track with my life,

just partying all the time, and that had a really negative effect on me.

I lost a load of weight, was mentally very unstable,

and I probably didn't realise how bad it got myself

until I met with my mum and she burst into tears.

That really inspired me to make a change

and better my life and become a better person.

I owe her a lot, definitely.

I wouldn't say I was a mummy's boy,

but if I could sort of bring her a nice wife home,

I think that would make her really happy.

You've settled a lot with work and things, so... Yeah.

Do you think that's a good time for meeting somebody now?

I'm not going out anywhere near as much, packed in the drinking.

Well, I'm just pleased that it's all starting to work out

I've tried so many times to rediscover falling in love,

they're not what people first assume.

and it's really hard to see

It was just weird to see him

and then 30 minutes later, he's not there any more.

It's a lot to go through at a very young age,

but I was very lucky that I had

a really strong mother figure in my sister

and I think that made us, like, really, really close,

And then my sister adopted me and now she's my mum.

She is, like, my world, my everything.

She got married to a guy named Frank.
