He burning alright. It's old burning

too. Anyway. Alright. Let's see. Oh Jimmy

Kimmel coming back. Is that the thing?

Alright so ladies and gentlemen everybody

was celebrating, which I don't give

a flying flute anybody watching Jimmy

Kimmel's show anyway, but I guess Jimmy

Kimmel came back. He's getting the show

back. He got canceled. Let me just

say this to you to you weirdos out there

that say that's not free speech. Well if

you say something that gets your company

run through the ground there's

consequences. Look at Jimmy Kimmel's

decline in his show and then at the

bottom he say something stupid like

trying to first of all tell a lie

and say that the kid is a MAGA guy when

several days before this they already

determined that he wasn't. Then he tried

to make fun of Trump because he said you

know Trump with Trump going oh he didn't

really like Charlie because he mentioned

something else. It's like you should you

should be ashamed of yourself doing

that, but you know what they fired him and

maybe there was a lawsuit coming down

the pike and they decided to give him a

job back wrote a clip. Oh man hold

on let me let me clarify this. He was

suspended indefinitely and a lot of

people get indefinitely mixed up. He

wasn't fired. I conflated the word

suspended indefinitely mean until

further notice. Sometimes people think indefinite mean forever.

Indefinite just means until they

figure something different out. So he was

suspended indefinitely and now they

quickly and swiftly have given him his

job back and ain't nobody watching it.

Go ahead. We have some breaking news right

now that we want to get to. We have we

have learned that the fate of late-night

talk show host Jimmy Kimmel that he is

apparently going to be returning to the

air tomorrow on Tuesday. We want

to bring in a script's new Stephanie

Liebergen who's been following this and

just confirmed this new Stephanie. Take

us through this like there's been a lot

going on as far as what's been happening.

A lot of people have spoken out

about this. It's been a topic of a lot of

conversations I've heard over the

weekend. So how did we get here? Take us

through this. So we just learned in

a statement we just confirmed with a

statement from Disney that Jimmy

Kimmel will be returning to the air tomorrow

night and I want to read the Disney

statement in full and their statement

says last Wednesday we made the

decision to suspend production on the show to

avoid further inflaming a tense

situation at an emotional moment for

our country. It is a decision we made

because we felt some of the comments

were ill-timed and thus

insensitive. We have spent the last days having

thoughtful conversations with Jimmy and

after those conversations we reach the

decision to return the show on

Tuesday. Now it was I believe Wednesday night

last week was the first night that

Jimmy Kimmel was not on the air so this will

end up being only four days out of this

you know five day Monday through Friday

show that Kimmel show will not have

aired. We have yet to find out exactly

how the local media group Sinclair and

Nextstar the two local media ownership

groups that initially came out against

wanting to air Kimmel show that kind of

started this snowball it led to Kimmel's

show being indefinitely postponed and no

one knew exactly what that meant if it

was going to be something like this a

short-term suspension from being on the

air or if Kimmel show was indeed fully

canceled it's been on the air for

23 years 23 seasons so this is a show

that's been going on for a long time a

show that's been successful for ABC and

we're going to be reaching out to those

two media organizations to find out if

they do plan to air the show on their

local ABC stations. Scripps News our

parent company does own some local ABC

stations across the country as well so

this is a big decision-breaking news

we're also waiting to hear what exactly

Jimmy Kimmel might have to say for

himself he has been very quiet in the

public eye he hasn't made any public

statements there haven't been any posts

on social media there haven't been any

official statements filtered through a

manager or an agent or anything like

that so I think when the show if he does

maintain this silence until the show

returns tomorrow I think there are going

to be a lot of people tuning in to see

what exactly he has to say when his show

again returns to the air Tuesday night

after what will ultimately be four days

of the show being suspended in light of

comments and jokes that Kimmel made on

Monday night show last week about the

suspected shooter in the Charlie Kirk

shooting Marisa. Yeah. Alright enough

of these crack heads. Alright let's let's

let's get to Benny Johnson real quick.

Benny Johnson broke this at least for

us he said a Sinclair spokesperson

confirmed that Jimmy Kimmel's show will

be pulled from their ABC

affiliates indefinitely despite news of ABC

bringing back Kimmel's failing show beginning Tuesday night

Sinclair will be promptly no

preempting Jimmy Kimmel's live across our ABC

affiliates this is a quote stations

and replacing it with new programming

discussions with ABC are ongoing as

we evaluate the show's potential return

sources tell me that the news or the

network wants Jimmy Kimmel to apologize

to the Eric Kirk to Erica Kirk for

malicious lies about Charlie's murder I

think I think they could you know

possibly sue him for that I mean he is

a blatant lie and you know anyway I

could go on forever about this but hey I

love you guys I appreciate you let me

let me let me get to some super chest

real quick we can go from there but hey

y'all don't fall for these conspiracies

man just slow down man what like what's

the rush your conspiracy ain't gonna bring

Charlie back to life it's like slow

down a little bit god dang I don't get why
