She had horses, she had kids,
she had cars,

she was going out,
she had exotic holidays.

And just where did all the money go?

lands at Heathrow Airport,

police are waiting
for one passenger.

for failing to attend

back in the day, you know,

There was her,
there was Paris Hilton,

there was Kerry,
there was Lindsay Lohan.

There were, kind of like,
half a dozen people

who every single day
when you turned up for work

knew at least one of them
would deliver something

that would generate
hundreds of thousands of views.

Katie was always at the top of that.

High-profile relationships
helped keep Katie in the spotlight,

including a brief fling
with footballer Dwight Yorke,

who fathers Katie's first child,
Harvey, in 2002.

that took her to where Peter was

and this sort of fairy-tale image

traumatises the whole family.

that she was sexually assaulted
by the carjackers.

Her mental health starts to suffer.

So, she's spoken out quite a lot

about severe trauma
that she suffered,

that she had PTSD.

Katie turns to cocaine
to help her cope,

and she is dropped from Loose Women.

Horrified friends and family
urge her to get help,

and she spends 28 days
in The Priory,

at a cost of £20,000.

Unlike other people,

she wouldn't be able
to just go to the doctor

and join in group therapy sessions
on the NHS.

As she struggles
with her mental health,

she makes some confusing decisions.

She takes out a second mortgage
on her house,

signing up for monthly payments
of £12,300.

And reportedly spends thousands more
on plastic surgery.

The woman is not frightened
of talking about surgery, you know,

if it means a new headline,
get a face-lift,

get a breast enlargement,

get a new man, get a new hunk.

she'd had to pay out
about £6 million from that divorce.

I actually think Kate just feels
like she has to be doing something.

After she got declared bankrupt
in 2019,

she owed about £3.2 million,

but she was spending ten grand
in a month

on designer clothes from Selfridges.

Just splurging money.

Katie lands herself in court,

facing charges of driving
under the influence of cocaine,

resulting in
a 16-week suspended prison sentence

and driving ban.

and flipped it.

obviously,
she regretted it massively,

She joins the over-18s
subscription service OnlyFans,

charging users just £12 per month
to access her page,

announcing her presence
with a glossy promotional video.

I introduced Kate to it,

I was telling her about OnlyFans,
and I was like,

"Kate, do it.

"Honest to God,
you'd be stupid not to."

The pictures
that you're putting on Instagram,

why don't you just put them
on OnlyFans and make money off it?

She always had an eye
for the big opportunity,

and she's taken it.

She can see how she can
monetise herself and make money.

Katie is earning a lot of money
on OnlyFans,

and she herself has said

when it was reported
that she was making only 150 quid

that she said "Well, if you add
a few more zeros on that,

"then it's nearer the true amount."
So it's fair to say

she's earning a lot of money
from it.

But despite the new revenue stream,

it's too little, too late
to save her home of ten years.

She's evicted
from her £1.5 million mansion

due to unpaid mortgage bills.

Leaving her in rented accommodation
costing £5,000 a month.

So, Mucky Mansion,

essentially,
from the minute she moved in,

it has just bled her dry,

that she must appear in court again

It's quite unusual

to see someone be made bankrupt
twice in five years,

which is what you see
with Katie Price.

Bankruptcy is very serious.

It means you have spent
more money than you have.

It means you owe people money
that you can't repay.

In March, Katie files for bankruptcy

She appears light-hearted

I went through
a really, really tough time

the past three years -
mental health and this and that.

And when you go through that,
you might get bills through,

and you put everything to the side
because you're just...

And you just go,

and you start from zero again, and
you've gotta build up again. Erm...

about finances and money

I think it's almost like,

"I can't be bothered
to deal with that."

How much she's earnt
and how much she's spent,

I bet Kate
doesn't even know herself,

to be honest with you.

to walk into a court

let alone

as you might hope for these things

because they try and keep it all
relatively private.

So, who exactly
does Katie owe money to?

Journalists covering
the court proceedings

reveal there's a number
of different creditors

chasing down Katie for cash.

Ex-husband Alex Reid,

she owes £250,000 over a civil case

that he brought against her
a few years ago.

He's turned up to court
a couple of times this year.

He's not received a penny,

and neither have
any of the other creditors.

Katie Price owes a lot of money
to a number of people,

and it was actually revealed
that Katie Price has a tax bill

of around £750,000.

I think for someone
that is earning, allegedly,

millions of pounds
over a period of time,

to be in a position
where they are not saving money

to pay their tax bill,

they have been let down
by their advisors

or ignored their advisors.

A judge ultimately agrees
for a private financial review.

Katie's lawyer claiming
this is in the best interest

of her mental health.

It will take place later this month.

So, will the truth
of Katie's missing millions

remain behind closed doors?

People want to know the ins and outs
of all this kind of stuff,

so whether eventually
she wants to speak more publicly

about how she actually ended up
in this situation,

that might be
something that she chooses to do

further down the line.

I've never been able to guess
what Katie's gonna do next.

I think she has a plan.

I think whatever she does next,

she will use it
to probably make more money.
