Stay Tuned!

(Advisory: 18+ Recommendation. Minors should view with parental permission. All scenes are CG. Do not imitate any actions.)

It's not as simple as you think.

You'd better not ask.

Cut the crap.

Who's the target of the Shade of Blessing?

I can tell you,

but it's risky.

(Payment Received.) (Confirm)

You've received 100,000 yuan.

Thanks.

Come,

have a cup of tea.

Calm down.

So,

is it Yang Jie?

I didn't say anything.

You figured it out yourself.

Wait.

I think you should stay out of this.

It's very complicated.

One wrong move

could even cost your life.

If anything happens to you,

your father will have more reason to invade Sandbar.

You don't need to worry about me.

The young lady of the Black Isle is hard to deal with, huh?

(The Void's Edge)

(Chief Director Baxi)

(Episode 9)

When will it be my turn?

Zane,

be patient.

Once they finish their act,

the stage is yours.

Kid,

the power of Red Shadow isn't easy to control.

Are you ready?

I'm not a kid!

You old man!

I've been preparing for this day for ten years.

I'm going to destroy Black Isle for good.

Big words,

kid.

Good luck.

Xiang Ling,

Evan,

the base is in your hands.

Zane and I will wait here for your good news.

Just thinking about what Sandbar will face

gets me excited.

Lord Red Shadow,

here we come.

Attention, all units,

Blessed Ones detected ahead of the base.

Sandbar troops, ready to attack.

Their attack route seems odd.

This attack route is similar to the last one,

clearly manipulated.

Blessed Ones are advancing on the central front.

Mindy,

this is your area.

Got it.

Team One, assembled and ready.

Go!

Large numbers of Blessed Ones spotted on both flanks.

Leave that to the security squad.

Roger that.

The security squad will hold the flanks.

Not a single Blessed One will get through.

Thank you, guys.

You shouldn't be here.

I believe you won't harm Sandbar.

Do you have your own plan?

Mr. Yang,

don't go any further.

There's no turning back.

You're so annoying.

Yuna,

kill me.

Yuna,

get out of here!

Mr. Yang.

You're so annoying.

Mr. Yang,

snap out of it,

you're Sandbar's hero,

Yang Jie.

I'm nothing.

What's happening?

Base systems are malfunctioning.

Backup systems are coming online.

Lily,

check the status of the base defense tactics.

All base defense tactics are down,

unable to restore them for now.

Mr. Yang,

stop this.

I'm no longer your master.

Mr. Yang…

Long time no see,

Yuna.

You…

You are…

Xiang Ling.

Giselle says time's running out.

Wait,

Mr. Yang…

Yuna,

long time no see.

Shouldn't we catch up first?

Why are you hitting me?

We were best friends at school, remember?

Backup power systems are online.

How long to restore the base defense tactics?

Calculating.

An unknown energy reaction below the base.

Where exactly?

The location is…

It isn't on the map.

What is this place?

Kevin,

you take over command.

Understood.

Lily,

notify the maintenance team.

Restore the defense tactics ASAP.

Okay.

Yuna,

hurry up, we're going to be late.

Yuna,

you seem to remember me.

That's impossible!

You're not Xiang Ling!

My sudden appearance scared you,

didn't it?

Xiang Ling is dead.

Who are you really?

How rude,

Yuna.

Can't you recognize your best friend?

If you really are Xiang Ling,

why didn't you show up before?

And now you're with the Shade of Blessing?

That explosion was caused by the Shade of Blessing.

Unless…

Yeah, that's right.

I was part of the Shade of Blessing from the start.

Joining the officer academy

was just to gather intel.

Meeting you was a bonus.

I'm sorry for leaving without a word.

But only the dead avoid suspicion.

Now, it's about the time.

The Shade of Blessing will soon destroy Black Isle.

Then we can be together again.

Nonsense!

Yuna,

don't be so quick to judge.

You'll eventually see Black Isle's true nature.

In this fractured world,

is Black Isle bringing hope

or despair?

It's time to build a new world.

Come,

join us.

No,

that's not true.

You're not Xiang Ling.

Don't be so quick to judge.

I'll be waiting for you.

Yang Jie,

are you going to abandon Sandbar?

Red Shadow is my only hope.

What happened to the hero of Sandbar?

Look at me.

Are your eyes

filled with shock?

Or pity?

Disgust, right?

That deep-seated disgust

when you see a monster.

Yang Jie,

snap out of it,

we're comrades.

We've fought side by side!

Look at me.

Can you fight alongside a monster like me?

Even looking at me

makes you nauseous, doesn't it?

Stop this, Yang Jie.

Felix wouldn't want you to be like this.

Felix?

Felix?

You have no right to mention him.

Felix died because of you and Sister Nine.

You're the ones who killed Felix.

No,

that's not true.

Felix had an important mission.

Mission?

It's always about missions.

Felix risked his life for a mission.

I wore Armament Aegis for a mission.

Now it makes sense.

We can be used

and discarded.

Is that what you and Sister Nine think?

Yang Jie,

that's not true.

Yang Jie,

remember why we went to the battlefield?

Don’t forget why we started.

Shut up.

Shut up!

Is this what you wanted?

Everyone fought to protect Sandbar.

What is it to you now?

What am I to you?

Why won't you give me the final chance?

Yang Jie,

I'm sorry.

Not unless I’m dead.

I've never heard of anyone wanting to die.

Marshall,

what have you done?

Comrades killing each other…

I really love it.

This is called the Blood Shield Tactic.

It links the defensive barrier of an important object

to someone's blood.

He has to die

for me to get the token.

You've always hesitated,

always uncertain.

I was worried you wouldn't do it today.

Just helping you out.

Put the token down.

What's mine is mine.

Put it down!

I don't have time for you.

Old friend,

goodbye.

Evan!
