Now, in the land of the Amazons

there lived a wild
man named Erg.

Erg had been brought
up by the wolves

and he had all the instincts
of his foster parents.

See what I mean,
he drove them wild.

And that wasn't all, he
constantly harassed them.

The circles under their
eyes became larger

because they couldn't
take their beauty naps.

And it was getting so they were
afraid to lie down anywhere.

It wasn't that they
didn't try to catch him.

Sometimes they even
had him cornered.

But he fought back
savagely like a wolf.

Then he'd return to his layer

where he'd savor the results
of his hunting and eat.

If the Amazons hated
and distrusted men

Erg was certainly
the main reason.

And since men were banned from
the country of the Amazons

and since Scylla
had no intention

of getting involved
with a bunch of women,

King Minos had to make
a few adjustments.

And they were mainly
in his clothing.
