So we want to go back to one
of the most compelling locations

from our first round of
investigations, Miller Ranch,

a place in Southern Colorado.

After everything we saw
at Miller Ranch last time,

I know follow up is in order.

Yeah, there's clearly
something going on there.

Yeah, I mean, we
went to this ranch

because it had a unique
history of cattle mutilations.

The Millers who live
there now have this theory

that their mutilated cattle
might actually be being taken

and then returned
back to the ranch.

Yeah, I mean, the
cattle mutilations

were kind of our entry point
but that just sort of opened

the door to a whole
range of things

that we did not expect
to find there at all.

Since 1996, there have been

16 cattle mutilations
targeted to Miller

Ranch in Trinidad, Colorado.

This one right here, that
was the very first one.

But look all around here.

There are no prints.

There's no blood.

There isn't anything.

There's nothing.

On their previous
visit to Miller Ranch,

Andy and Paul investigated the
earliest and most recent cattle

mutilation sites and
found abnormally high

radiation readings at each.

Here, we're already at
20 micrograms per hour.

That's 100% higher than what
we would see most places.

Andy and Paul's research

led them to a highway bridge
running through the ranch

with a history of accidents.

There are 30 recorded accidents.

And of that 30, there
have been 15 deaths.

15 deaths?

Wow, so half of the accidents
out here have been fatal.

Fatal.

And after conducting
a Tesla coil experiment

at the bridge that
triggered UAPs,

Travis theorized there could
be a possible portal opening

above the bridge.

Is this like a doorway?

that the similarities between

What's been going on?

Yeah, what's the deal?

Well, we did have
another bridge incident.

Really?

There was a woman
driving to Trinidad

and she got a cell phone call.

So she pulled over
on that little area

just before you
come to the bridge.

Turned her car off,
used her cell phone,

and her car started going
horizontally across the road.

Another car was
coming toward her

and he barely had
enough room to clear

to avoid a head-on incident.

What?

Wait, so her car...

are you saying it like floated
sideways across the road?

Correct, according
to her report.

So this would have been
a disastrous accident.

It would have been another
head-on probably fatality.

My god.

Sally, when was it that
this report came through?

It was less than two months ago.

Wow.

Yeah, it was real recent.

So I mean this
story of the bridge

has just been
going on for years.

One of the many things that set
Miller Ranch apart is the fact

that the bridge itself
may be connected to what

might be one of the
deadliest stretches

of road in the country.

I think what it does is hammer
home yet again that this

is an intense hotspot.

What does the bridge
have to do with it?

That's what we're
trying to figure out.

Are there other
sites of strangeness

that we should look at?

I didn't mention to you when
you were here the last time

because of the
winter and the snow,

but we did have a
double mutilation.

It happened on December
the 13th, 2015.

A double mutilation?

A double.

Yeah, we found them
both at the same time.

Where was that site?

Where did it happen?

East of the bridge.

So this is an
area we can get to?

You can get to it.

The infamous
Miller Ranch bridge which

the Skinwalker team suspects
could be a doorway for strange

phenomena is only
3/4 of a mile from

the double cow mutilation site.

So this is the site of
the double mutilation?

And Tom, what happened here?

Well, we was looking for
these two cows that were missing

and we found them.

One was still
alive but it looked

like she had her back broke.

And it wasn't... it
wasn't mutilated at all.

And she was laying here.

And then there was another one,
and it was totally mutilated.

And it was just a little
bit farther over here.

It was pretty close to it.

So the bones we see here
are from these two animals?

Yeah.

OK.

So when he found them,
they were together.

This one being mutilated, this
one being injured and impaired.

You could see drag marks where
it crawled, what, 20 feet away

from where it originally was.

So the one that had the broken
back dragged itself away...

From this area.

From the mutilated one.

So this is the mutilated
cow basically right here.

Correct.
That is correct.

As with the other cows
that we've shown you,

you see the cauterization.

There are no predator
tears on this.

It was just totally cleaned.

The mutilated cow
also had a broken leg.

Whoa.

So both animals
had broken bones.

Just looking around,
I mean, you know,

they didn't fall down here.

They weren't... and
you said there was

no signs of a predator, right?

No.

No, there was no sign of
a predator or anything.

So for a cow to break its
back, I mean, this is a ravine

but we're not talking about
falling off a cliff, like,

has that happened anywhere
else on the ranch?

No, I've never had one just
with a back broke somewhere.

Right, that's... I mean,
that's a catastrophic

injury for a massive animal.

It didn't get hit
by a truck out here.

I mean, what are we
talking about here?

There he is.

They took one up,
mutilated it, dropped it,

and it landed right
on this other cow.

Wow.

The theory is.

Tom believes that
at this location,

one cow was dropped
from altitude

and actually landed on the
other cow and broke its back.

Now, based on the
evidence I'm seeing,

I don't have enough information
to come to the same conclusion

myself but it's clear
from looking at Tom

that he believes it to be true.

During our previous
investigation,

we explored this
hypothesis that the animals

might be moved, processed,
and then released

in a different location.

This seems to fit
that same hypothesis.

So what I'd love to do is start
taking some measurements of what

remains we do have here.

Last investigation
at the cattle mutilation sites

on Miller Ranch, the team
recorded high radiation

readings on their gamma meter.

23.3 micrograms per hour.

And found abnormal
radio frequency readings

on their spectrum analyzer.

There it is, 1.735 gigahertz.

Did you see that?

Now, the team will run
the same tests at the double cow

mutilation site.

I want to take a look at
the radio spectrum right now.

Now, this is interesting, Paul.

Already?

Look at this.

Whoa.

Look at that.

At exactly 1.6 gigahertz

For this investigation,

the team is using a new
kind of spectrum analyzer

with a much more
graphic display.

The Hack RF spectrum
analyzer allows them to tune

into specific frequencies
of radio signals

and shows the strength
of those signals.

The stronger the
signal, the brighter

and more colorful the display.

The team is specifically
looking in the 1.6 to 1.8

gigahertz range that is reserved
for earth to space and space

to earth communication.

The Skinwalker
team has repeatedly

shown these frequencies
have appeared in conjunction

with UAP sightings.

What the hell is
that in the sky?

What in the crap?

So what we're seeing here is
a really strong signal at 1.600

gigahertz, the exact frequency
that we see on Skinwalker Ranch.

Right.

Look at the bandwidth,
look at the strength,

look at the frequency.

Do you see that?

This is like a chain.

And it's not changing.

It's very, very steady.

All of that energy is all
around us in the radio spectrum.

That's 1.7 gigahertz.

strong signal at 1.6,

a clean gap between them, and
an even stronger signal at 1.7.

I'm going to bump us up to 1.8
just to see if it's a pattern.

It takes over the
whole spectrum.

That just looks
like an explosion.

Is 1.8 some kind of
reserved frequency as well?

Yes.

For what?

Same... 1.6, 1.7, 1.8 are all
the frequencies that's reserved

for use when communicating earth
to space and space to earth.

I... it's not often that
I am speechless, man.

But I don't know what to say.

I'm seeing exact
powerful frequencies

right at 1.6 gigahertz.

And then again right
at 1.7, right at 1.8,

with no remnants of energy
in between the frequencies.

We've never seen this
before in any investigation.

Why am I seeing it here
at the double cow site?

In fact, why am I
seeing it at all?

In my experience with the
Air Force and with the CIA,

when you see this kind of
dedicated focused energy coming

from a radio signal,
it's because a very

specific message is trying to be
sent to a very specific place.

This is a deliberate
precision beam of energy.

A very intentional choice
to send this much energy

at this frequency.

So for example, to
talk to you but not

talk to you even though you're
this close to each other.

All the data kind of
begs the question,

why is it happening here?

Why is it happening here at all?

Why is it happening here
with such frequency?

And what's the correlation
between that much energy

and what you've seen with
your cattle on this ranch?

The signal could be bringing
the phenomenon here.

The signal could be something
the phenomenon left here.

There's a relationship
of some sort.

Yeah.

I'll take a look
at radiation levels

and then we'll see if the bones
or if the actual environment

can tell a story at all.

Let's hit it.

The gamma meter
measures and displays the levels

of radiation in the
immediate environment

by units of micrograms.

Normal radiation
levels in the US

are usually around
10 micrograms.

High radiation has been a major
concern at Skinwalker Ranch.

Feel like I've got a
little bit of a headache

or something happening.

The next day, I
noticed weird red marks

on my hand and my head.

They were radiation burns.

So Andy and Paul will
look for any abnormal radiation

levels at this site.

Here's more rib cage and spine.

Average radiation
anywhere else in America

is about 10 micrograms.

25, 26, 27.

Yeah.

There's just so many
bones, 28, 27 micrograms.

29...

31!

There's our highest, 32.

32 micrograms.

On the skull.

So it's elevated against what
we would normally expect to see

somewhere in the United States.

So it had to have
energy added to it.

Exactly.

The bones absolutely seem to be

retaining some kind of energy.

That's really
consistent with what

we saw during our first
investigation here as well.

What I would love to do here
is bring in Casey from Caltech

to do a detailed
radiation survey

and look closer into
the radiation energy

that we're seeing.

Yeah, and figure out the
chemical signature here.

Right now we know
there's an anomaly

but we're guessing at
both the what and the why.

If we can get Casey here,
we can take care of what

because he can explain to
us what we're looking at.

And then we can
focus in on the why.

at Skinwalker Ranch using

it's a weird place.

There's a long history of
cattle mutilations on this ranch

and in our previous
investigation

and in this current
investigation,

we've seen these radiation
signatures that we can't explain

at multiple parts of the ranch,
specifically around these cattle

mutilation sites.

We don't know if they relate
specifically to bone matter

and residue left organically
from the cattle themselves,

or if they have to
do with the geology

or something about the
geography of where the cattle

mutilations happened.

And that's why we wanted
to get your eyes in here.

Yeah, definitely.

With this system here, it's
the gold standard for doing

radiation measurements.

The Ortec system identifies

the specific
radiological building

blocks called isotopes
that make up the radiation

present at a site.

These isotopes form
a unique radiation

fingerprint that
explains exactly

what is creating the radiation.

With this system,
the team will be

able to identify what
isotopes are creating

the elevated radiation at
the Miller Ranch double cow

mutilation site
and how they might

compare to Skinwalker Ranch.

readings at Skinwalker Ranch?

data from Skinwalker Ranch.

So I can pull those in
too and compare those.

So this is going to
give us fingerprints

of the radiation signature?

for the fingerprints

strangest of all the sites.

It's the site where
we had two animals

that actually perished
simultaneously

or near simultaneously.

One of them had a broken back
and the other was mutilated.

pull up just a little bit

of some of the data.

This is our gamma ray
spectrum that we collected,

the double cow spectrum.

So your high energy, you can
see on our scale down here,

increases as we go out.

So essentially,
we're not looking

for the size of the peaks as
much as we are looking for where

the peaks are happening.

Correct.

And you notice, all these
peaks a lot of times are what is

our naturally-occurring peaks.

So those are all the
markers, I was making sure

that all the stuff naturally
occurring that's in the soil

was there.

Now, the system
I brought out was

a similar system I brought
out a couple of years

ago to Skinwalker Ranch.

I'd had it out at the ranch
for several weeks just

running, collecting data.

So I can pull you up
the one that we did.

So the blue is your
Skinwalker data.

Miller Ranch is the green.

What catches my eye immediately

is that the Skinwalker Ranch
spectrum and the Miller Ranch

spectrum looks so similar.

Are so similar.

Look very much alike.

So there's a peak down here
we've been seeing right here.

I saw that at Skinwalker.

I was looking for it here.

That peak is identifying
as Beryllium 7.

Beryllium 7 is produced
atmospherically.

Beryllium 7 is a rare radiation

isotope that originates in
deep space and falls to earth.

Its presence here and
on Skinwalker Ranch

is far from normal.

And another example of
a connection to space

on both ranches.

So it's coming in from somewhere

and causing this event to occur.

But here is that peak
that I've noticed there.

That's our Beryllium fingerprint

that we've been talking about?
- Yeah, this guy right here.

Yep.

I haven't seen it everywhere but
I saw that at Skinwalker Ranch

and here we're getting it again.

Same fingerprint.

- Same fingerprint, yeah.
- Is it Skinwalker Ranch also?

Yeah.

What Casey is telling
us is that there's

been an atmospheric event
here over Miller Ranch that

has laid down deposits of a very
rare isotope called Beryllium 7.

He's also seen this
at Skinwalker Ranch.

We've got to figure
out what this means.

What could be causing some
sort of cosmic reaction

in the atmosphere that rains
down Beryllium onto this ranch

and Skinwalker Ranch?

We talk about these energies
that if there are portals

or something, they're shooting
some sort of beam down here

and that energy is
interacting with these things.

Maybe that's a possibility.

I mean, that seems
far fetched but...

Well, the idea that there's
some kind of unique or localized

disturbance, I
mean, that's really

what a lot of these things
seem to be pointing us toward.

And it's happening
above Miller Ranch.

that's sticking up in the sky.

It looks more than a
hundred feet in the air.

That's nuts.

So as you pass the
bridge, that's going to be

scanning essentially across it.

Basically at an angle.

A photogrammetry drone
flies on a pre-programmed flight

path to capture thousands
of high-definition pictures

in the target zone,
combining them to create

a detailed 3D image that
can reveal anomalies

not seen by the naked eye.

It really paints the whole
three-dimensional picture.

The team hopes the
photogrammetry survey might help

explain what Travis
suspects could be a doorway

over the Miller Ranch bridge.

spectrum analyzer set up,

to see if your flight

triggers any kind of effects

spike is there at all,

it just shouldn't be there.

approaching center align...

So that's a second

seen the drone transit
above the bridge...

And get a spike.

And get a spike in energy

could that possibly mean?

As it approaches the bridge,
it's kind of a moment of truth

The only thing

Pete survey below the bridge

using LiDAR technology.

Handheld LiDAR, also
known as a slam scanner,

uses laser light
to map out an area.

It measures the time it takes
for the laser to bounce back

after hitting an
object and uses that

collected data to
create a detailed

3D model of the environment.

Pete Kelsey just found
anomalous underground LiDAR data

at the triangle at
Skinwalker Ranch.

That is crazy.

LiDAR can't see
through the ground.

No.

Now, the team
will collect LiDAR data

under the bridge, a location
the Skinwalker team has dubbed

the triangle of Miller
Ranch to see if they

get similar results here.

So far, the data
looks pretty complete.

And you can see the
pattern that it's hitting.

The pattern of the
lasers themselves.

We're only looking at

we used under the bridge.

So all the data
is just filling in...

They will all
fill in eventually.

I didn't notice that.

I didn't even
notice because I'm so

focused on Pete's amazing data.

During their last
investigation at Miller Ranch,

the team experienced lights
inexplicably turning off

while talking to the Millers.

As this was happening,
they noticed

a corresponding spike
at 1.7 gigahertz

on their spectrum analyzer.

There goes the light.

Man, that's wild.

Right there, did you see that?

1.72?

- That's getting...
- This is...

It's growing.
You can actually see it growing.

This is getting up to
where we were last time.

Just that single signal.

Look at that.

Yeah.

Weird.

All right, Pete, let's
give this one a shot.

So what we're going
to do is we're going

So you can see right away
that data returns in the sky.

There are returns underground.

What?

I can't explain it.

And Pete, you say it
just shouldn't be there.

No.

It shouldn't be there.

If I guess, I was trying
to figure out a distance...

How deep underground?

That's 100 feet probably
in either direction.

What explanation do you
have, if any, for getting

returns underground.

This is basically a
time of flight device.

The laser will pulse.

It'll get a return
for something.

And it creates the point cloud,
these dots, based on the time

that it takes the pulse
to go out and come back.

And Travis and Eric
were saying that's where

some space-time something
is the only thing

with our current
understanding of physics

that could bend a laser beam.

Like a portal?

Yeah.

I don't know what to say other
than I've been doing this 25

years and I've only
seen datasets, point

clouds like this in two places.

Skinwalker Ranch and here.

And what parts of the
ranch have you seen it, Pete?

The triangle.

Right.

Exactly.

One more piece.

the photogrammetry data.

This is the bridge.

You can tell where you are.

So the photogrammetry tool is
looking at the visible spectrum

only, right?

It's basically photographs,
digital photographs taken

from a drone from the air.

It can create depth, so you
get three-dimensional data

like this.

This is crazy.

Everything looks just fine.

What is that?

Those are underground pictures.

Yeah.

What is that?

And it's only over the bridge.

Look at that.

Yeah, there's just
a huge concentration...

How would photogrammetry pick
up a data point underground?

And not to beat on the obvious
but two different sensors, LiDAR

and just RGB camera,
photogrammetry,

there's data underground.

It's not possible.

Yeah, there's a lot of it.

And it's only at the
bridge and both datasets

are in the same area.

What we're seeing is impossible.

It's not possible.

OK.

Also, this anomalous
data that's in the air,

it shouldn't be there.

And I've only seen
this one other place.

Do you remember the
photogrammetry spire

in the East field?

Yeah.

Skinwalker Ranch?

Yes.

This is the same
drone, the same camera,

same software, same everything.

It's just a different location.

And it's the only two times
I've seen these kind of results.

That to me is the craziest part.

Two completely different
sensors getting daily

returns where it
can't possibly be.

Right.

Above ground or underground?

And to hear that a number
of accidents, fatal accidents

sort of correspond to some of
this, that gives me the willies,

frankly.

We have to also remember that
during our first trip here,

we saw a UAPs above this bridge.

Right, at this spot.

Yeah.

And Travis and Eric have
even asked us the question,

could this be some
sort of entry point

for whatever phenomenon
may be leading

to the cattle mutilation?

This was an incredible trip.

It really was.

As much as we were
hoping to accomplish,

I think we found even more.

So tell us.

One of the big
benefits that we had

was when Pete Kelsey came out.

He brought a handheld LiDAR.

So we were able to
survey under the bridge

and around the bridge.

What I want to show
you now is the data

that was collected throughout
the time of that experiment.

You've got my attention now.

There are returns
underground, 100 feet

probably in either direction.

It shouldn't be there.

I've only seen datasets, point
clouds like this in two places.

Skinwalker Ranch and here.

If he said it was 100
feet from the ground, OK,

that means the signal should
have taken the slam scanner,

say, 3 feet from the ground.

It should have
taken 3 nanoseconds

to get a signal back.

But for some
reason, it thinks it

had 100 nanoseconds to get from
the slam scanner to the ground

and back.

That's why it was saying the
ground was 100 feet below.

So what was slowing
down the return signal

or spoofing the
instrument to think

that 100 nanoseconds had passed
instead of 3 nanoseconds.

And only in the
area of the bridge.

Time is passing differently
than it's measuring.

So I want to share with
you the results of what

Pete got with photogrammetry.

Yeah.

This is crazy.

Two different sensors,
LiDAR and just RGB camera,

there's data underground.

What we're seeing is impossible.

It's not possible.

Also, this anomalous
data that's in the air,

it shouldn't be there.

And I've only seen

So let us talk to you about
how photogrammetry works.

So it's over a point.

It takes a bunch of
pictures at that point.

It knows the angle of the
camera, scanning mirror,

and then it moves
to the next point.

But it measures with GPS.

That's the key.

Which GPS measures its position

by precise time measurements.

And if this spot on the
ground from this point,

it should be registered
to be right there.

But if it shows
up somewhere else,

then the drone thought it
was somewhere else when

it took that particular image.

And if it thought it
was somewhere else,

then the time measurement
for its position was off.

So again, it comes down to
the measurement of time.

All right, what are
we talking about here?

So are we saying that two
different tools, two completely

different technologies
in the same location

are giving potential
evidence of some sort

of potential time anomaly?

We've seen that.

Yes, yes.

Amazing.

And then Casey brought
in a very advanced machine

called an Ortec machine.
- We're familiar with that one.

We've used that here.
Yes.

Very nice piece of equipment.

He also took the time to compare

our results against his saved
data from Skinwalker Ranch.

I think this is something that

And that is a signature.

This is a fingerprint.

I mean, this is a
fingerprint of a phenomenon.

What I'm telling you is the same
fingerprint that we measured

here on Skinwalker Ranch
behind homestead two

has showed up in Colorado
at the Miller Ranch.

In a criminal
investigation, we now...

- There you got it.
- Yep.

The same fingerprint
in two places.

Same fingerprint at two scenes.

So we got the same culprit.

Yep.

This is very, very important.

I can't... I can't express
how important what this is.

This is the measurement now
that we have to make standard.

Guys, this could
be one of the most

important things you've done.

guys, I'm absolutely

baffled and invigorated.

finding the smoking gun,

a fingerprint on

Ranch five years ago?

And why was it at the
