The All-devouring Whale: Homecoming

Episode 12

To think Jun Yunzi is still there.

Fantastic!

I mean

that man is a bit strong

and can take the second place for sure,

but why must he risk his life

to confront the Ease Sect?

You don't get it.

That's why people respect the Lingxiao Pavilion.

Master Fan

led the Pavilion to emerge suddenly

with that spirit.

Nian.

As you devoured the Octopus

and acquired the Prime Spirit of the Water-type pet,

The Prime Spirit of the Water-type pet

you're in the top phase of the Soul-building Stage.

Let's ascend to the Concert Stage.

The Catfish's space function

The ascending materials are already in your space.

Frost Weed

Moon Cobble

But

we need to choose one of three materials randomly.

So it's like a gamble

for ordinary people.

If I choose the right one,

you can enter the Concert Stage at once.

But if I choose the wrong one,

you can not ascend

but enter the Ascending Shock Stage instead

and can't try it

within half a year.

Nian.

Are you ready?

Come on.

Show them your true power!

Ascending

You can hide no longer?

Then show me

what else

the Lingxiao Pavilion can do.

Trust me.

You won't be disappointed.

Come, Nian.

Show them what you are made of.

Whale.

Whale In the Concert Stage, Lord

Whale?

So, the Pavilion has passed down the secret of changing a catfish into a whale?

You are not totally ignorant.

You will forget it anyway

when you are defeated.

Defeat me?

You wish!

Nian.

Give me some water.

Nian, I wanted you to put some water in my hand,

not to spray it on my face.

At the beginning of the Concert Stage,

the trainer and his spiritual pet's feelings are linked,

so the pet's pain will be delivered to its trainer.

Let's see how long you can hang in there!

Nian.

Use that skill!

Lords' Resonance

That Whale

ate its master again.

Concert Transfer

The Unity of Man and Whale

No. That is...

Why did Whale suddenly become so agile?

What is that trick?

Because our feelings are connected,

our visions are also linked.

Now

I can see the visions of Nian.

Thanks to the enhancement of its space function during the Concert Stage,

your moves are eight times slower

when its visions

are sent to that space.

I'll fight you to the end.

You'll know the consequence

of standing against me!

Water Shield.

Nian, you...

You lame duck.

Die now!

Nobody can stop our Lingxiao Pavilion!

You will get out

of my way!

Nian.

Way to go.

Jun Yunzi won!

He is strong indeed.

Excellent.

The Lingxiao Pavilion is the winner!

Brother.

You are frivolous.

You are in the toilet now.

Am... Am I?

Why are you so cheerful then?

Anyway,

the competition is over eventually.

As we promised,

let's visit the Lingxiao Pavilion

and take a look at this mysterious Jun Yunzi.

It's over at last.

It's the ship of the League.

They are here for us.

Nian.

Great work.

Now

the Lingxiao Pavilion is in the first place.

Once we enter the League,

we will have more resources

to grow stronger.

We should keep winning more glories.

When I go back,

I'll tell Yue Tong to make me some delicious dishes.

The League's people are coming.

Your identity shall not be exposed.

Take hide...

Animals.

What do you want?

Don't you try to control me!

Seriously? Again?

Scarlet-eyes Crawg

Nian.

No. Nian.

Nian. Come back!

No.

The combination of four pets in the Soul-building Stage.

Its eye should be its Achilles heel.

How's that possible?

Neither Juan nor Vine is its match.

Any other way?

Is there another way?

Who is disturbing me?

Die now!

This...

It's the strange power within me before.

It can speak

and attack individually.

What on earth is it?

Whatever,

as long as you can defeat it,

I don't care what you are.

What's wrong with you at this critical moment?

How long have I slept?

So hungry.

I'm so dead.

What to do?

What to do?

Nether-snow Python In the sixth phase of the Concert Stage

What is going on?

Young hero.

Are you all right?

Who is it?

Brother.

Su.

Take care of Mister Jun.

I'll take care of that thing first.

All right.

Go fighting.

Su?

Is it...

her?

No.

I've sent my brother away at last.

Time to see Mister Jun.

Mister Jun!

Bum Liu.

Why are you still alive?

Weren't you killed by me?

Who are you?

It killed Liu Fengmang?

Didn't you choose to die rather than accept my terms?

I remember I killed you

in anger.

I'm starving after having slept so long,

so let me munch on that girl.

Young hero?

You...

I'm starving.

Why is it you?

What do you want?

S... stay away.

Go now.

Small Bai.

Kill him.

White Snake In the Seeding Stage

Go.

Small Bai.

How dare you hurt Small Bai?

Brother.

He is bullying me.

Su.

Just a moment.

Can't you be quick?

You are too slow.

Let me go.

What do you want?

Skill.

Frost Scale.

Lords' Resonance

It's just a small potato

to my Big Bai.

Mister Jun.

Sorry that you are scared.

Get off

my sister!

Su, how are you holding up?

It called me Bum Liu.

So the one it killed

should be this body's original owner, Liu Fengmang.

So what I did was due to the strange disease, as Jiang Rou'er said.

Hold on.

Did I just

put Miss Bai on the ground?

No. That is not the point.

What on earth is...?

Mister Bai?

Brother.

That's Liu Fengmang, who picked on me before.

Jun Yunzi is his pseudonym.

Liu Fengmang?

It is you.

The final winner

of the D-class assessment competition is

the Lingxiao Pavilion.

Great!

They won.

Is it true?

Mister Liu.

We did it!

Master is excited, too.

Congratulations, people of the Pavilion.

Thank you, Examiner Li.

Have you seen Liu... Jun Yunzi?

What takes him so long?

According to the people of the Bais,

Jun Yunzi was taken away by them

for his vile deeds.

Taken away?

Seriously?

The Bais Mansion

I've come back

after all that happened.

I thought everything would be smooth

after Nian ascended.

I didn't expect

a monster which could kill me anytime to jump out,

and that I was taken back to the Bais Mansion,

where everything started.

The fates conspire against me.

The fates conspire against you?

Justice has long arms.

I thought the Lingxiao Pavilion would rise again

because they have a strong trainer.

It turned out that it was a lecher.

If Master Fan were alive,

he would punish you severely.

Sounds like

you know him so well.

Though we just met once,

I can never forget him.

On that day,

Master Fan and I played chess here.

I was so naive that I despised him

because he was from a plain sect.

Back then, the other big sects

shared my view

and believed he was just lucky,

so we judged

and criticized him.

But he

kept calm

and moved forward steadily.

Perhaps

he just had no choice.

That's why I admire him.

He had no choice,

but he didn't yield to the fate.

On the contrary,

he supported the whole Pavilion

all by himself

with that great tolerance.

Now,

the Pavilion has become a D-class Sect

and returned to the chessboard.

Can you

compare with him

right now?

What

shall I do?

Morons.

How do I look into Master Fan's death if I leave there?

Contact me when it's over.

As I've been in the Pavilion for so many years,

I'll help you if I can.

The people of the Pavilion take care of me,

so I need to return the favor.

We

will inherit Master Fan's unfulfilled will

and rejuvenate the Lingxiao Pavilion.

How to break through?

Like this.

Should you move that piece?

Why are you moving it randomly?

Luckily, you didn't move it.

Amazing.

I am

not alone.

I...

No, we...

We will not yield to fate.

We will make the Lingxiao Pavilion

more resplendent

than any time!

You are a bit similar

to Master Fan.

Anyway,

he has to make up for me.

So,

last question.

Where is my cherished and discontinued catfish?

Is that the point?

I roasted and ate it.

Su.

Take him to my chamber.

Tonight,

I'll punish him in person.

Thank you, Mister Liu.

Leave the rest to us.

Stop joking. Take a rest.

We will go to save him from the Bais Mansion later.

Let's eat now.

Right.

The Tablet of Fan Lingxiao

Good night, Master Fan.

Too many things have happened recently,

so I haven't written to you for a while.

Anyway, I have good news for you today.

We've become a D-class Sect again.

Though it was tough,

I felt like

it was you who had been helping us.

Now,

we are going to the Bais Mansion to save Mister Liu.

I'm sure

we can make it.
