I had some strange ways of
taking care of the anger.

Hundred and First Air Cavalry,

three years in Central
American Jungles left me

without the use of my hips

and a nervous system ripped to shreds.

All I have is my deck and
the clothes on my back.

it was clear that there wasn't really

anything we could do for Orpheus.

I also figured that the
network was going to catch up

with all of us sooner or later.

But in the meantime,

I figured we could have a ripping rad time

thrashing the network signal.

Razoreus and Scratch wanted
to keep Orpheus's skull

and at first it would bother me

when they would do these little rituals,

but I remember during the war,

I ran across a tribe in the jungle

that kept the skulls of
their ancestors around

to protect them

in the belief that they would retain

the wisdom of their forebears.

And what the hell, for these
guys, anything that anchors

a little meaning in
their life couldn't hurt,

Right now these guys
think Orpheus was cool

because he played on a PTR show

and skated the Euthanasia Garage,

but maybe someday they will
understand why he did it.
