in this tutorial i will be showing you

how to join two hairpin lace strips

together without using the yarn i will

be working just with the crochet hook

this will be two loop joining

here in front of me i have two strips i

lay them out to a plain surface and fix

it with pins

to begin pick up two loops of the right

strip two first loops

hold them on the hook

then take the first two loops of our

left strip

while taking the loops make sure that

they're not twisted

now pull these two loops through two

loops that are on the hook

like this

now we have two loops on the hook

hold them

and take the next two loops on the right

one and two

pull them through two loops on the hook

again take the next two loops on the

left strip

one and two

and pull them through two loops on the

hook

continue the same take the next two

loops on the right side

one

and

second one two

and pull these two loops through all

loops on the hook

now take two left loops

one and

two

pull them through two loops on the hook

take the next two loops on the right

again

one

and two

and pull these two loops

through the

loops that we have on the hook

continue work the same till the end of

this row

here i have completed this two lobe

joining

i was taking two loops from one strap

and two from the other here on the hook

i still have the last loop or you might

have two loops to avoid unraveling i'm

going to take this yarn tail on the left

strip

grab this strand and pull it all the way

through my last loop

then

i'm going to insert the hook through the

middle

of the strip here

grab this tail and pull it through

then again take this yarn tail and pull

all the way through the loop on the hook
