This time I will show you how you can

join two sides of one long hairpin lace

strip

together. Bending the strip in half.

Here I laid the strip on a plain surface

in U

shape. And I will be making the join row

in the middle. Here is the middle of my

strip. I marked it with a safety pin.

Now we need to divide all loops on

groups. Let's begin on the right side.

Make two groups of five

loops.

Three, four,

and

five. This is the first group of five

loops. Fix it with a

pin. And the second

group, take the next five loops. Make

sure that all your loops are not

twisted. Second group of

five. Now make a group of four loops.

Two, three,

and four.

and for the last group take three loops.

One, two and

three. Let's do the same on the left

side. First two groups from the center

should have five loops

each.

five. Let's fix

it. That says the first group of five on

this side. And the next one. One,

five. Second group of five on the left

side.

Then make a group of four.

Now to make this

turn, we need to begin

with this group of four that is on the

right side. Insert the hook through this

group. You have four loops on the

hook. Now take all five loops that are

in next group. and pull these five loops

through four loops that are on the

hook. Like

this. Now take the next group of loops

and pull it through all loops on the

hook. Here we have five

loops. Pull these five loops through all

loops on your

hook. Continue. Take the next group of

five loops and pull it through the loops

on your

hook. Continue the same. Take the next

group of five and pull it through the

loops that we have on the

hook. Continue the same. Take the next

group of

four and pull these

loops through the loops on your

hook. Now to continue, we need to insert

the

hook in between two

groups. It is between the group of four

and group of five loops that are on the

right

side here.

Now we need to remove the

hook. But you need to hold all loops on

this

group. Insert the hook between two

groups. On the right, it is between

group of four and group of five loops.

Take the group of four on the

left and pull

it

this. Now we made this U turn and you

can see the two sides of our strap got

closer to each other. I move them little

closer so it will be easier to

continue. Now let's

continue. Take the next group of loops

on the left that is group of three.

Take these three loops and pull them

through the loops on your

hook. Then take the next group of three

on the

right and pull it through the loops on

your

hook like this.

Now continue with two loop

joining. Take two loops on the

left. One and

two. Take two loops and pull them

through the loops on your hook.

Then take two loops on the

right and pull them through the loops

that you have on the hook. Continue the

same till the end. Here I completed the

strip and joined two sides of this strip
