cannot go through life scratching and

Though this is not a murder trial,
you've heard frightening testimony about

marriage of Vicki and Price and the
tragic events that led to his death.

But whether his death was an accident,
as Vicki has testified, or murder, as

family would like for you to believe,
that issue is not before you here today.

And they're doing it without her having
been found guilty of any crime.

The fact is that Vicki deserves to keep
custody of the children who love her and

need her.

And she deserves to keep custody of the
children because there's not been one

bit of evidence presented in this trial
that proves or even indicates that Vicki

has been or would be An unfit mother.
