The first official observation

of a crashed UFO and an extraterrestrial

marking the initial involvement

of a U.S. military officer
occurred in the late 1800s.

During 1896 and 1897,

seven years before the Wright
brothers would take flight,

several cigar-shaped
airship reports appeared

in newspapers across the United States.

One account appeared in the
April 19th, 1897 edition

of the Dallas Morning News.

It was written by S.E. Hayden.

The account reported that
an airship crashed into

the property of J.S. Proctor
at 6:00 a.m. on the 17th.

The pilot was described
as not of this world

and had died on impact.

Debris from the crash was
spread across several acres

when the craft collided
with Mr. Procter's windmill.

Wreckage from the craft was
dumped into a nearby well

and the pilot was buried at
the local Aurora cemetery.

T. J. Weems, a United States
Signal Service Officer

from nearby Fort Worth viewed the body

and referred to the pilot as a Marsian.

And Mr. Weems, who was also an astronomer,

would become the first United
States government official

to observe an extraterrestrial

and report back to the government.

Papers found on the pilot were assumed

to be a journal of his travels,

but were written in an unknown
hieroglyphic-type script

and could not be deciphered.

It's likely, these papers
returned to Fort Worth

with Mr. Weems and fell into

the hands of government officials.

The beginning of the UFO
cover up was at hand.

The first official
observation of an alien.

The crashed remains of a craft

and all the reports of airships
from the previous months

would cause serious
concerns in Washington.

How the government would
handle this information,

will have repercussions
on the entire world

till present day.

At 7:00 a.m. on the 30th of June in 1908

near the Lower Tunguska River in Siberia,

a large explosion occurred.

The explosion was so massive

that it caused damage 400 miles away,

and was heard even further.

For several nights

all over Northern Europe,

the sky glowed enough to
light the streets of London.

At first, it was assumed

that a massive meteorite
had collided with the Earth.

However, after the Second World War

and the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki,

photos of the cities were
compared with aerial photos

of the Tunguska blast and
they were stunningly similar.

As a result of this,

various scientists speculated
that a nuclear explosion

had taken place over the area

and because no nation possessed

a nuclear device at that time,

the logical conclusion was that

it was from an exploded
alien nuclear-powered craft.

During World War II,

American pilots often
reported seeing foo fighters,

strange glowing orbs that circled

and chased their fighter planes.

Governments around the world

would begin detailed
records of these encounters,

as some believed they belonged
to other enemy countries.

The great Los Angeles air raid occurred

on February 24th, 1942

when a UFO strayed too
close to the coast line.

It was less than three months after

the United States entered
World War II as a result

of the Japanese Imperial
Navy's attack on Pearl Harbor,

and one day after the bombardment
of Ellwood on the 23rd.

Something flew over the coast line

causing the military to go on alert.

Air raid sirens sounded

throughout Los Angeles
County on that night.

A total blackout was ordered

and thousands of air raid wardens

were summoned to their positions.

At 3:16 a.m., the 37th
Coast Artillery Brigade

began firing 12.8 pound
anti-aircraft shells into the air

at the reported object.

Over 1,400 shells
(rapid gunfire shooting)

would eventually be fired.

Pilots of the 4th Interceptor
Command were alerted,

but never ordered to fly.

The artillery fire continued
sporadically until 4:14 a.m.

To this day, no one knows for sure

what they were shooting at.

Images taken on that night clearly show

a saucer-shaped object hovering
within the intense beams

of the military spotlights.

Then in 1947, the United States government

would become mired in secrecy

when an alien spacecraft crashed
near Roswell, New Mexico.

The Roswell incident seemed

just to involve debris
from a craft of some sort,

as no main part of the craft

could be found on the Brazel Ranch.

This led to speculation that
the main part of the craft

had managed to travel on
before coming to rest.

Later, the second section
of the saucer was found.

It came down in an area
west of Socorro, New Mexico

known as the Plains of San Agustin,

where witnesses discovered
a strange metallic object

and several dead bodies.

The bodies in wreckage were sent

to Wright Patterson Air
Force base for study.

Many speculate, it
remains there to this day.

After the Roswell incident,

the United States government

began many programs to study UFOs.

Project Sign, Project Grudge,

and later Project Blue
Book, to name a few.

Some may assume the country
was simply keeping tabs

on a growing public phenomenon.

However, these reports filtered through

the highest offices within the government.

As early as 1948, the
government already knew

the UFO secret.

In that year, the United
States Air Force produced

its top-secret and highly
controversial estimate

of the situation.

An official report
concluding flying saucers

to be interplanetary in origin.

General Nathan Twining, head
of the Air Materiel Command,

stated that flying saucers were real

and not visionary or fictitious,

that they had metallic or
light reflecting surfaces,

were circular or elliptical in shape,

flat on the bottom and domed on top,

and were sometimes sighted in
well kept formation flights

varying from three to nine objects.

A top-secret Canadian government document,

dating from 1950,
written by Wilbert Smith,

the head of the Canadian
government's UFO research project,

entitled Magnet, quotes Mr. Smith saying,

"The matter is the most
highly classified subject

"in the United States government,

"rating higher than the H-Bomb."

By 1969, after multiple
secret studies had concluded

that flying saucers were very real,

the United States government closed

its public study on UFOs.

Project Blue Book ended with
assurance from the government

that the UFOs represented no
threat to national security.

However, Brigadier General
C.H. Bolander states

that even after the Blue
Book system was dissolved,

that, "Reports of UFOs
would still continue

"to be handled through the
standard Air Force procedures

"designated for this purpose."

Furthermore, he wrote,

"Reports of unidentified flying objects

"which could affect national security,

"were not a part of the Blue Book system."

To date, these other
investigation channels,

agencies, or groups are
completely unknown and secret.

The question of the existence of UFOs

has long been answered.

It's obvious to anyone
capable of critical thinking

that indeed the phenomenon is real.

The question we must ask now is,

where do they come from and what are they?

For decades, the most likely theory

has leaned towards the
origin of flying saucers

to be from outer space,

beings visiting Earth either as explorers

or for some reasons we cannot understand.

However, the actions of the spacecraft

and their pilots continue
to befuddle us, or does it?

If you take the UFO phenomenon as a whole,

there are several
theories that could apply,

even concepts that are
sinister and manevolent.

It makes sense that aliens
would be much like us.

After all, they would need
the same emotional motivations

to even want to go into space.

They would need the desire
to explore or conquer.

If we look at the UFO
phenomenon as a whole,

then we must come to the conclusion

that the aliens have
some long-term agenda.

Their agenda could be as simple

as observation of a fledgling race,

or they may have plans of their own.

Perhaps an agenda we can't understand.

Consider this, there are many
reasons why aliens may come

to our insignificant
quadrant of the galaxy.

The most logical reason would be

to get something they
cannot find anywhere else.

In space, natural resources are abundant.

Hollywood movies often have aliens coming

to take our water or even mine gold,

but these elements are available

in space in great quantities.

If you're looking for
water, just capture a comet.

Comets are mostly ice.

Other minerals and elements are available

on entire planets with no
life and free for the taking.

But the Earth offers something not found

in the rest of the universe.

Earth has humans.

We evolved here.

We are unique to this planet.

So are our animals and plants.

And because we evolved here,

we have a specific genetic code.

We have adapted to our
world and are not affected

by organisms that would
kill or harm an outsider.

To an extraterrestrial, we
would be very intriguing.

Our world could be seen as

a massive laboratory for experimentation.

Several unique organisms here

would be very useful to an
alien race looking to expand.

And here on Earth is the only place

to observe these organisms.

It's even possible that the
extraterrestrials could see us

as a hindrance to their nefarious plans.

We know now that extraterrestrials
are not new to Earth.

Throughout history UFOs and even aliens

have appeared in our artwork,

from cave paintings to
medieval tapestries.

Even in monuments and
structures around the planet,

we can see the influence
of alien technology.

We know the aliens have been here

and we know they are here even today.

The modern fascination with UFOs, aliens,

and extraterrestrial
visits began in the 1950s,

with several craft were
sighted by Kenneth Arnold.

Even the term flying saucer
was coined at that time.

But UFOs, flying saucers,
and alien spacecraft

were already recorded in our history.

Something of this magnitude
would not go amiss

to world governments or even the church.

The Vatican has always kept a stern stance

on UFOs and aliens until recently.

They viewed these things
as the work of the devil.

Even much of science was heresy.

We think of belief systems
as separated from government,

but throughout the world,

the church and state are often fused,

even becoming a government of their own.

This was the case for the Catholic Church.

For centuries, they ruled,

and for centuries, they
kept records in the Vatican.

Many of the worlds best kept secrets

are not sequestered away

in a warehouse under government control.

The Vatican, a government
of and within itself,

keeps vaults and records too.

Perhaps they knew something we don't.

Recently the Vatican has made
some startling statements,

some that go against their
long-held stance on UFOs.

Reverend Jose Gabriel Funes,
the Vatican's chief astronomer,

has stated that, "Ruling
out extraterrestrial life

"would be like putting limits

"on God's creative freedom."

Further, he states that, "In my opinion,

"this possibility of life
on other planets exists.

"How can we exclude that life
has developed elsewhere."

Monsignor Corrado Balducci,

a Roman Catholic theologian
of the Vatican Curia,

a close friend of the pope

and a demonologist from the Vatican,

has openly declared publicly

that, "Extraterrestrial
intelligences are real phenomenon."

If the United States government somehow

was inexplicably unaware of the existence

of extraterrestrial life up to the 1950s,

then on July 29th, 1952,

they would be forced to concede the issue

when a squadron of UFOs
overflew the capital.

(exclamatory music)

The Washington National Airport sightings

were not just a single
night of UFO flyovers.

From July 12th to July 29th,
(airplane whooshing)

the capital was buzzing with UFO activity

on a nightly basis.

On July 19th, at 11:40 p.m.,

air traffic controller Edward
Newgen spotted several craft

15 miles southwest of the capital.

There were no scheduled
aircraft in the area

and these craft were not flying

any established flight paths.

He wrote in his report

that their movements
were completely radical

compared to those of ordinary aircraft.

Other controllers in the area confirmed

the radar blips and observed

the orange ball-type UFOs
outside their windows.

More objects appeared
on their radar scopes

and moved over the White House

(rapid dinging)
and the Capital building.

The story made front page headlines

and alarmed the Truman administration.

The president himself personally called

Captain Edward J.
Rupert, the supervisor of

the Air Force's Project
Blue Book investigation

into the UFO mystery,

and asked for an explanation
of the sightings.

The president was told it
was a temperature inversion.

However, the Air Force
placed several jet pilots

on nationwide alert with orders

to shoot down any UFO that
ignores orders to land.

To this day, there is no
explanation for this incident.

The government accepted the
weather-related explanation,

because it was easy to
tell this to the public

rather than admit they knew
the craft were alien in origin.

One important aspect of the UFO phenomenon

is alien abductions.

(haunting music)

Though dismissed by most of the scientific

and mental health community,
alien abductions are very real.

People claiming to have been abducted

are usually called
abductees or experiencers.

Typical claims involved being subjected

to forced medical examination

that emphasizes their reproductive system.

In 1961, Betty and Barney Hill were taken.

Betty described a medical procedure

that had not been invented yet,

and under hypnosis she drew

a complex three-dimensional star map

that astronomers confirmed years later

after new maps became available.

In 1975, Travis Walton was abducted

in full view of five forestry workers.

He was missing for five
days and presumed dead.

On the fifth day he was returned,

brandishing a full five days beard growth.

The witnesses, as well as Travis,

took and passed lie detector tests.

Travis described the
interior of the craft,

as well the beings who
abducted him, in detail.

If he was not abducted,
where was he for five days

while his co-workers were
being accused of his murder?

Abductees have shown that
they display all the symptoms

of post traumatic stress disorder.

Nothing can cause this except
a real experienced event.

Governments are all
(thunder rumbles)

about one thing, control.

Control policy, control
information, control the public.

No government wants to appear to be

out of control and impotent.

The more powerful you appear,

the stronger you become.

After the Washington UFO incidents,

the CIA issued a memorandum

to the Air Force and Project Blue Book

that stated that the Air
Force and Project Blue Book

should take steps to strip the
unidentified flying objects

of the special status that they have

and the aura of mystery
they unfortunately acquired.

After this mellow, Project Blue Book

would rarely publicize any UFO case

that it had not labeled as solved.

And unsolved cases were rarely
mentioned by the Air Force.

Because the government is invested

in controlling the country,

they have multiple reasons

to avoid disclosure of the UFO mystery.

The primary reason is national security.

The government is afraid
you can't handle it

and they fear the actions
of the aliens themselves.

Disclosure would relinquish
much of their control

and like a comfortable security blanket,

they don't want to give it up.

This also creates a paralyzing condition

within the government.

Many officials simply
don't know what to do.

It's better for them remain ignorant

than to face the UFO issue.

It is much easier to deal with an issue

especially one where there is no roadmap,

in secrecy where dirty
laundry and mistakes

can be handled outside the scrutiny

of media and the public.

It's easier to deal with the issue

in the black world than
with everyone watching.

The announcement of an
ET presence on Earth

would be front page news for months.

It would dominate the
government's every action

and not allow it to carry out
any of its planned business.

Agencies like NASA would
become irrelevant overnight.

The government would face the question

of why they continue to fund NASA

when they knew our space efforts

were a waste of taxpayer money.

It would significantly impact our economy.

Jobs in the space industry
could be lost quickly,

and demands for technology
gleaned from the captured craft

would throw Wall Street into turmoil.

It is estimated that 9.2 million people

are directly and indirectly employed

by the United States oil
and natural gas industry.

This could be a major factor

in keeping the money flowing

to the people who are benefiting now,

so retooling an economy
based almost entirely on oil

would be very disruptive to society.

There would be uncomfortable questions

the public would demand
the government answer.

And no politician wants to face

an outraged public demanding answers.

However, the main reason
there has not been disclosure

is because the general
public doesn't care.

In the last 57 years,

a United States president

has only faced the UFO question twice.

In the 2004 election,
(thunder rumbles)

there was not a single
UFO-related question

to one of the two major candidates.

The public does not see the
UFO/ET presence as a key issue,

so why would the government
risk all the potential fallouts

for an issue that no one cares about.

It would require enormous public pressure

to bring this issue to the forefront

and all indications are

that you don't care enough
to make this happen.

It's frightening to consider

that an intelligence exists
outside our comfort zone

and is operating within
and around our world

with complete impunity.

There's an ample proof for the existence

of UFOs, aliens and the ET agenda.

You and I are the key
to solving this mystery.

Politicians react to pressure.

Our world today has changed

in no small part to
grassroots organizations

that have pressured our
government to react.

Immigration, gay rights, social security,

and all the major issues

are driven by a growing
public demand for change.

The UFO issue is no different.

The key to solving the ET
mystery is within each of us.

It is up to us to support
and publicly demand answers

and disclosure from the
politicians we elect.

If enough pressure is
applied, change is inevitable.

The United States of America

is not the only government
suppressing UFO activity.

After all, the ET issue is
an international conspiracy.

Recently world governments
such as Brazil, Great Britain,

New Zealand, Denmark and others

have released some of their hidden files.

However, these files
are carefully selected

and are only sighting reports.

They do not delve into the
deeper issue of direct contact.

Governments are doing this simply

to appease the growing frustration

of the people concerned
with the UFO issue.

Nothing substantial has
been released so far.

For example, we know that pilots,

both military and commercial,

have observed UFOs numerous
times at close range.

Fighter planes from the
1950s to present day

regularly observed and have
filmed UFOs near their aircraft.

After landing, this gun camera footage

is packaged and sent
through the chain of command

to military headquarters

and has never been seen by civilians.

Multiple retired and active service pilots

have testified to this.

So where is all this physical evidence?

Releasing files and stories is one thing,

releasing footage of saucers in flight

displaying aeronautic abilities
beyond our capabilities

would be shocking and would prove visually

the existence of these craft,

especially if the footage

was taken well before the digital age.

In the early 1950s,
astronaut Gordon Cooper

was assigned to a
jet-fighter group in Germany.

While stationed there,

he remembers very vividly
the week an entire formation

of circular objects
passed over the airbase

on an almost daily routine.

But that's not all.

While a project manager
at Edwards Air Force Base,

just three years before entering
America's Space Program,

Cooper had assigned a
team of photographers

to an area of the vast dry
lake beds near Edwards.

The former astronaut disclosed

that while the crew was deployed,

they spotted a strange looking
craft above the lake bed

and they began filming it.

Cooper says the object was very definitely

hovering above the ground,

and then it slowly came down

and sat on the lake bed for a few minutes.

During this time, the motion
picture cameras were filming.

There were varied
estimates by the cameraman

on what the actual size of the object was,

but they all agreed that it was

at least the size of a vehicle

that would carry normal
sized people in it.

Colonel Cooper was not fortunate enough

to be outside at the time of
this incredible encounter,

but he did see the films

as soon as they were rushed
through the development process.

It was a typical
circular-shaped UFO, he recalls.

Not too many people saw it,

because it took off at quite a sharp angle

and just climbed straight on out of sight.

Where are these films today?

Why would Gordon Cooper,

a respected and honorable American hero,

make up such a story?

According to him, UFOs were seen regularly

at Edwards Air Force base.

Gordon Cooper is not the only astronaut

to concede the existence of aliens.

Dr. Edgar Mitchell, the sixth
man to walk on the moon,

appeared on a British radio show

to say that he was, "Privileged
enough to be in on the fact

"that we've been visited on this planet

"and the UFO phenomenon is real."

However, this goes much deeper

than two accomplished American astronauts,

there are multiple military officers

ready and willing to
disclose what they know,

but are being prevented

by government oaths taken
during their service.

Many of these witnesses
were in high level positions

within the military and
are ranking officers.

Individuals, who through
their missions and positions,

were privy to serious
information regarding UFOs,

up to and including access

to physical evidence from downed craft.

How many respected and honorable people,

both military and
civilian, must come forward

before we take them at their word?

What is so terrifying that
would cause world governments,

even those politically, militarily,

and ideologically opposed to each other

to maintain a level of secrecy
above the Manhattan project?

Perhaps the most damning evidence

that the United States
was actively participating

in a government cover up

comes from Lieutenant
Colonel Philip Corso.

(bell tolls)

Corso was the chief of the Pentagon's

Foreign Technology desk in
Army Research and Development

working under Lieutenant
General Arthur Trudeau.

And he was on the staff

of President Eisenhower's
National Security Council

for four years between 1953 and 1957.

In his book, The Day After Roswell,

Corso claims that technology
gleaned from the Roswell crash

helped kick start
technological advancement

and accelerated particle beam
devices, fiber optics, lasers,

integrated circuit chips
and Kevlar material.

Corso's duties at the
Pentagon required him

to oversee the storage of
physical evidence and files

on the Roswell crash,

and to leak this material to corporations

for the advancement of our technology.

Corso also claimed the
strategic defense initiative,

or Star Wars, was meant to achieve

the destructive capacity of
electronic guidance systems

in incoming enemy war heads,

as well as disabling enemy spacecraft,

including those of
extraterrestrial origin.

Perhaps the most terrifying aspect

to this material is not the
alien phenomenon itself,

but that world governments

have been keeping it
secret from the populous.

For over a millennium,

the United States and
governments around the world

have actively participated
in clandestined operations

to keep the UFO truth away
from public knowledge.

Over the years, many
individuals have sacrificed

their careers and their lives
to get this information out.

Countless citizens have
been abducted and subjected

to cruel medical experiments
by certain aliens

with their own agenda
and in full cooperation

by the government we elect to protect us.

We have a great deal of
information available

on the UFO situation,

yet we have only scratched the surface.

For every scrap of
information that gets leaked,

there are volumes more
remaining sequestered away

in government vaults.

And of the leaked information
that makes it out,

most of it is mired in debate

and tainted with misinformation.

Government agencies go out of their way

to belittle anyone or any material

that purports to tell the
truth about the UFO issue.

Change is inevitable.

No secret can be kept forever,

but we have to ask ourselves,
do we really want to know?

Is it better to live in
ignorance than face the truth?

How will we handle the truth
when it is fully disclosed?

The government is lying to you.

They lied about Watergate.

They lied about a syphilis
program in the 1950s.

They lied about weapons of
mass destruction in Iraq.

So why is it so difficult to
believe they are lying to you

about the most important
issue of the 21st century.

Extraterrestrial contact will
change the world forever.

Knowledge of contact, even in the past,

will have repercussions on
every facet of our lives.

It will affect our
religions, our governments,

and the way we think of ourselves.

Once we have confirmation

that we have been visited by
people from another world,

And yet, as we ponder these questions,

information about the ET presence on Earth

has been continuously flowing out

from agencies and the public
for over a millennium.

is truth is the issue.

We don't have to prove
every alien encounter,

only one will suffice.

And all of the best data
and physical materials

on UFOs and aliens is

Over the decades, UFOs have gone

from a curiosity to a political quagmire.

Agencies and the government

would have a lot of explaining to do

if they disclosed all
they know about UFOs.

Getting to the truth will
be a delicate matter.

One would think the news media
would be all over this issue.

However, the media is controlled

by big business and the government

and they can't report the truth to you.

Just as the government is
hiding UFO information,

the media in which

has their own agenda.

about one thing, ratings.

In order for the media to
report on the UFO issue,

they must have tangible proof.

Should they report on
something they cannot prove?

They would be considered untrustworthy

and they would lose ratings points.

The media can only report

what they are instructed to say

and without hard evidence,
they remain silent.

The media would scramble to
bring you UFO disclosure,

however, their hands are tied

by the very government
they are beholding to

and the huge corporations
that control and censor

what they are allowed to discuss.

In order for the UFO issue
to become mainstream,

the media would have to be placed

in a position to demand answers.

That can only occur if
public outcry became so great

that they could not ignore it.

Everything we need to bring

the UFO issue out to the general public

is already freely available to
anyone who seeks to find it.

Multitude of books, DVDs,

and UFO researchers are available to you.

Knowledge is power.

Educate yourselves.

The UFO issue need not
be lost to antiquity.

You have the power to ensure
future generations grow up

in the truth and knowledge
that we are not alone.

And that we reside in a universe populated

with many species much like ourselves.
