Manchester England, the normally busy downtown area, has taken on added mayhem as the World

Wrestling Federation has brought its attitude to town.

Celebrated W.E.W.F. superstars prepare for the night's event and look to continue a legacy

of greatness that the British fans have come to expect.

But Wembley Stadium in London witnesses one of the greatest nights in World Wrestling

Federation history as more than 90,000 fans cheer one spectacular match after another.

The summer of 1997, for one night only, Birmingham, England explodes with excitement as the WWF

becomes the hottest ticket in town.

Once again, the action whips the British crowd into a frenzy.

Then in the spring of 1998, a new attitude makes its way to England.

Manchester England serves as the venue for Mayhem.

The much-anticipated event lived up to its billing, so if you didn't have a ticket that night, get ready to sit in and enjoy one of the greatest nights in WWF history.

It's going to be a mayhem in Manchester tonight.

Sable's entrance with Marvelous Mark Miro rocked the Manchester Arena, as her celebrated status was never more evident during her entire stay in England.

Constantly in the harsh glare of the British spotlight, Sable constantly made time for all her fans.

As her international popularity continues to grow, even soar, so too does everyone's respect and admiration for her.

That got his usual warm welcome. Is he in Dilo Brown? Got set to take on the world's most dangerous man, Ken Shamrock and Owen Hart.

was one of the highlights of the night.

Even in Great Britain, one man needs no introduction.

Certainly Stone Cold is, uh, his system's gonna be taxed in the early portions of this match,

but I think the longer that it goes, it might actually play into Triple H's hands better.

And as for Stone Cold, Stone Cold has got to try to land that Stone Cold stunner.

Whether he's tired or wide awake, if he nails the stunner, it's all over.

And here's Austin now.

He's just really getting Triple H's face there.

The ominous presence of China on the outside, you've got to wonder what that Amazon is going to do to impact this WWF Championship match.

What about the White China impact at WrestleMania 14, and how Turner retained the European title against Owen Hart?

Title retention is different than title victory. It's so much harder to win a title than it is to keep hold of one.

But again, this is a huge opportunity for, I guess you'd call him the leader of D-Generation X.

Triple H, who just a couple of days ago took over the group from Shawn Michaels.

That was an interesting coup.

Well, it certainly was an emotional 24 hours for Triple H and for DX.

The entire complexion of the group has changed now.

The return of X-Pac to the World Wrestling Federation.

The recent addition of the New Age Outlaws, bringing the Tag Team Championship into DX.

And you've got to consider, right along with the Nation, Michael Cole, DX, the most powerful force in the World Wrestling Federation.

They really are, but of course the Nation have been problems in recent weeks.

For Rook, seems to be in a power struggle with the Rock.

Triple-A is going to look to land the pedigree.

If he nails his finishing maneuver, we will have a new champion here crowned tonight.

And again, do not forget, China is outside the ring.

we saw China and Stone Cold go at it face to face, an interesting matchup that one.

I'll be interested to see if Triple H comes up with some kind of finishing maneuver

Perhaps a figure four leg lock or maybe a spinning toe hold some type of maneuver to capitalize on that knee injury and go for the submission
