when I was in my early 20s, and I came across the whole

kind of Riot Grrrl zine type thing,

and a lot of them were people telling their stories.

After a while I realized, hey, I have stories, too,

and I love to draw, and I love to write.

So it kinda was a no-brainer to get into that.
