managing, but I think we can resolve it.

I went over to investigate, and I saw
about 20 students standing in a circle.

Inside the circle were Raphael and
Ronald.

Raphael had a gun pointing at Ronald.

What happened next?

Ronald started calling Raphael names.
When Raphael didn't respond, Ronald

closer to him, taunting him.

calling him coward, sissy, and even
hitting at the gun.

And then?

Rafael dropped to one knee, he took aim,
and shot Ronald in the chest.

The offenses were petty theft, and the

probation department found him very

what I say to her, she can't be

Would it accomplish anything to have her

Well, maybe she could work out a
settlement or a payment schedule

It doesn't work that way, Gwen. They
have their way of doing things, and

not about to abandon that in order to
