KEOGHAN: Morning, everyone.

Welcome to Crate Modular.

[cheering]

Team score right now stands at three to two.

Dirty Hands going out

to a lead for the first time

-in this competition. -Yes.

Savage Crew, I know you want to tie things up.

MISTER: I'm very confident that we're gonna close this gap today.

-Dirty Hands better look out. -KEOGHAN: As you can hear,

we are in a working, living, breathing factory.

They take containers

and they turn them into amazing things here.

Everybody, I want you to meet Rich,

the CEO of Crate Modular here.

RICH: There's a surplus of about four million

shipping containers in the U.S.

We take recycled shipping containers,

and we turn them into buildings such as

apartments, schools, all the way to

homeless shelters here in our community.

Awesome.

RICH: We start with a container,

we demo it, and then skilled tradespeople

install mechanical, electrical,

and plumbing systems. And by the time

the crate ends up at the end

of our assembly line, it's a completely finished unit

that gets shrink-wrapped, put on a truck,

picked up with a crane at the construction site

to create a larger building.

How cool is that?

[overlapping agreements]

So, today

these containers that you see right here,

they need to be cut.

This is the demo part of the job.

They cut out doors and windows. There are a total of seven cuts.

All the tools you need to get the job done today

are laid out

on your work benches.

There's 100 grinder blades.

Don't run out.

We've already marked out

cuts that you need to make on Module One,

but it's up to you to do the measurements

and the markings on Module Two.

We have Jay and Armando

who are going to be supervising your work.

When they see that you have the measurements correct,

they're gonna spray an "X"

to let you know it's ready to be cut.

You're going to be using one of these giant cranes

to move the seven pieces over here

where you see the Xs here on the floor.

The first of you

to get all seven cutouts stacked up

is gonna get the win for today's team challenge.

[Sergio whoops]

MISTER: I would like to be the crew boss today.

I mess with these grinders all day long.

We've got faith in you. Today's your day to shine, bro.

This is my first time being the crew boss.

I'm kind of nervous,

but I do this every day with this grinder.

Let's communicate--

It's two to three. You know, Dirty Hands is up.

We're kind of like the underdog now.

We got to get it.

ALL: Savage Crew!

I would like to do the crew boss today.

I really think that I've grown enough

to where I can be the crew boss,

and I know that y'all have my back,

so I feel very comfortable.

BETH: Aly is definitely a badass for her age.

She works in general contracting,

so she can get anything done.

And for Aly to say, "I want to be the crew boss,"

it's a really proud big sister moment for me.

I was thinking Sergio measure and Synethia help him.

That way we can have Jorge cutting with us

'cause I feel like he'll be really quick.

Jorge does a lot of layout.

My thought was to take him and have Synethia do layout.

My thoughts only.

Whatever you guys want to come up with.

Yeah, yeah. By all means.

I actually wanted it to be Jorge starting on the grinding,

but Sergio said that he would be more comfortable

with Jorge doing the measuring.

We're gonna attack cutting.

Y'all are gonna attack layout, right?

Sergio has a lot of experience

in construction, and I trust his plan.

KEOGHAN: On the work whistle.

[work whistle blows]

My strategy going in is,

I want to put Renée and Laura

laying out and getting the measurements

for one shipping container,

while Larron, Ilima, myself and Jake,

-we're all gonna be on the grinder. -KEOGHAN: Savage Crew

already cutting their first module.

Mister's looking after his blades

a little more than Jake is,

who's already gone through one.

Crew boss Aly

has also burned through the blade on her grinder.

Meanwhile, we have Jorge and Synethia

measuring out Module Number Two.

All the measurements are there in the plans.

You just have to look and see

what you're laying out and prep it

so the guys can fall in behind us and start cutting.

-Are you good on the mark? -Yeah!

I'm a carpenter apprentice,

so I'm always measuring in my everyday life,

like, metal studs, 2x4s, plywood.

KEOGHAN: Laura and Renée are measuring out

Module Number Two.

Put a mark on that.

KEOGHAN: Both teams using similar strategies--

dividing and conquering.

ALY: The hardest part of this job

is definitely the grinding.

ILIMA: The blades are thin,

and this container's really thick.

If you're not pulling

a straight line down,

it'll just shred your entire blade

right off of your grinder.

You're trying to guide this thing.

It's vibrating, you're moving it different ways,

so your arms start to throb a little bit.

[Ellery groans]

The blades were grinding down very fast.

It messes with your head

because you just put on a fresh blade,

and with a matter of seconds, you have to change it.

Dirty Hands frantically switching out the blades.

They have gone through dozens of blades already.

Meanwhile, Jake and Mister working

on this very large cutout.

MISTER: As soon as you dig off into that metal,

you feel that vibration going

and it feels like butter almost.

I'm thinking to myself, like, "This is easy."

Whoo!

Damn it.

I've never cut

giant holes in, you know,

big metal things before with a grinder.

Come on!

I'm panicking in my head like,

"Oh, my God, I'm, I'm holding our team up."

Dude, we're gonna run out of blades at this point.

KEOGHAN: Take it easy on those blades.

You've only got 100 each.

Hey, Larron, where you at?

All right, I'm going over.

MISTER: Larron, he's gonna run that crane

because he does that every day at his work.

So I had plenty of faith in him to get the job done.

Mister! Hey, watch your head with the crane.

KEOGHAN: He's got the hook attached.

Now he can cut out those corners

and release the panel.

Corner's cut!

-All right. -Watch yourself.

Moving these large pieces of metal

with the crane is extremely dangerous.

LARRON: Watch yourself. It's sharp, guys.

It'll cut right through.

Ilima and Renée had to go and guide it

while I started moving it with the crane.

KEOGHAN: Savage Crew, the first to get a cutout.

It might go down. Let it touch the ground.

They've got to get seven done.

All right, I got this. Now go back, go back.

-I got this. -Okay.

They are ahead of Dirty Hands.

That's the way they wanted it.

Hey, we got to get moving now.

As a crew boss, you always feel

a little bit more responsibility for your team.

We're a little behind,

so I'm just trying to stay focused on my task

and, uh, get my panels cut.

-Hey, Ilima, get some more blades? -Yes.

She's never not moving somewhere.

SERGIO: Hey, both you guys stay on the corner.

Here comes Dirty Hands' first piece.

They are one piece behind Savage Crew.

Jake can definitely get, uh,

during the challenges.

LAURA: What we have discovered is,

Jake's okay if you push back just the same way to him.

And Sergio going to the top to attach the hook.

SERGIO: Beth came over and said, "We're ready for you."

We went to pull it out and it wasn't ready.

Sergio is trying to rip it out,

looks to see where it needs to be fixed.

SERGIO: So we're frantic, you know, we're like,

"Let's get a grinder. Let's cut these pieces."

KEOGHAN: Dirty Hands, only one cutout complete so far.

This will complete Module Number One

for Savage Crew.

Now they can focus on just

cutting out the pieces on Module Two.

Over here.

Finally that piece came out.

KEOGHAN: Second piece for Dirty Hands.

Savage Crew have three.

LARRON: What's the deal with this one?

ILIMA: Somebody lost the pieces.

All right, I'm gonna try and find the pieces,

-okay? -Okay.

We lost one of the bits for one of the grinders.

So essentially the grinder is useless until we find it.

I've got to find that piece. We're not gonna win without it.

We have got to find it.

We have a little bit of panic.

It's a critical error.

This may cost Savage Crew the win.

-It's got to be here somewhere. -LAURA: What would it look like?

-Hey, Larron... -[overlapping shouting]

Dude, we don't have the pieces.

-Somebody lost them. That's what I'm trying to find. -Go, Mister, go!

We got to find this 'cause we can't keep going

with just three grinders.

We need blades, it's slowing us down!

KEOGHAN: Savage Crew with one module complete,

three cutout pieces,

compared to Dirty Hands' two.

Can Dirty Hands catch up?

Aly, you want to swap out?

ALY: I let Jorge take over grinding

just 'cause I knew we were a little behind on that.

JORGE: I finished my measurements,

so I immediately jump on a grinder

and start cutting those windows out.

You know, as a concrete form setter,

I use a grinder maybe a couple times a week.

Using a grinder is just letting the machine do the work.

Dirty Hands desperately trying to catch up.

Look at Jorge just slicing through those panels

effortlessly.

Makes you wonder why he wasn't

working on the grinder from the beginning.

ALY: Jorge is fantastic with a grinder.

I think he is probably the best out of all of us.

He's definitely catching us up.

Larron, Larron!

And it's time-consuming trying to get them blades

swapped out, because we're really burning through 'em now.

SERGIO: I got it. Go ahead.

and we're running out of blades.

LARRON: We only have so many blades,

so I'm finding things that are still three-quarters left.

I started gathering them up, trying to figure out

if there's a way we can reuse 'em.

KEOGHAN: Savage Crew have used up

their 100 grinder blades.

Dude, we have these blades,

but you got to use them all the way.

KEOGHAN: Oh. Dirty Hands get their sixth piece out.

Whoa!

And it releases off the hook.

I think that having Jorge on the grinder full time

instead of measuring

I spent a lot of time last night going over

the possibilities.

My goal is always to stay out of OT,

and hopefully I get to do that today

if I make the right picks.

If I won the $200,000,

that would really set my family up.

I've wanted to start

a construction business for a while.

I think that would give me the foothold I need.

You know, I came here to be Tough As Nails champion.

I'm gonna do what I have to do,

and I'm gonna take home that win.

I don't want to think about going overtime,

KEOGHAN: Those of you who have punched out,

And, Jorge, I know you've been doing a lot of thinking.

Yes, sir. I'm ready to roll today.

All right, well, we're gonna be talking about that

after I tell you what the job is.

You are going to be wrapping these finished beautiful

Crate Modular homes.

These finished homes are going to be going

to San Diego after they leave here today.

Somebody who does not have a home right now

will have a home by the time it arrives

down to them in San Diego.

-That's amazing. -That's awesome.

Now, in order for this beautiful home to arrive

in one piece, it is shrink-wrapped.

When that work whistle blows,

pull shrink-wrap over the container.

The idea is, you want to completely cover

this container with shrink-wrap.

Then trim the shrink-wrap to size, and then finally

you're gonna use the heat gun

to secure the shrink-wrap in place

to protect them from the elements.

That way, they arrive clean and pristine

in one piece.

Armando and Jay are back

with us today and they're gonna make sure

that the job's done right.

The winning pair today

is going to get

a cash prize of $6,000.

-Oh, dang. -Whoo!

KEOGHAN: $3,000 each.

But, Jorge, since you won the last individual competition,

you will be pairing everybody up.

I've worked very well with them, and, you know,

BETH: I feel like we work well together,

So I think I'm gonna go with Ellery and Mister.

I know that Mister

Jorge picked me, and I'm excited to be paired up with him,

but I also feel like there's a lot of pressure.

and do whatever it is

that we need to accomplish today

I can't do it because we pushed the A-frame back.

It's only six foot.

and it's our first time working together, but...

watching Ellery through all the other challenges,

you know, he, he always brings it.

So I think it's a,

They have so much things happening around them

that that's just his personality.

I'm so used to that on jobsites.

you have to move this in unison

because if you get it cockeyed,

it gets pushed up against the structure.

we really have to just focus on

taking the time to listen to each other.

Next step, Jorge and Beth

are doing the cutting of their plastic,

getting it sized up.

BETH: Initially,

we're making really good time.

But then, I cut myself.

Jorge, I cut myself, dude.

-You all right? -Yep.

I just need something to wrap it with.

I was rushing, but in my job,

I've learned that it's important to take a step back

and move slow.

This is a two-person job.

Like, Jorge is not gonna make progress

if I'm not right there helping him.

-SERGIO: You good, Beth? -Yep, I'm good. -SYNETHIA: Go, Beth!

Be careful!

KEOGHAN: That overhang is the toughest part

of this wrapping process.

Let's see if Ilima and Jake can

figure out how to do that.

They're getting rid of the excess plastic.

-Okay, I'm gonna push it up. -LAURA: Larron and I used

the broom that we were given

to help push the plastic up underneath.

Then we could tape everything back nice and tight

-and finish it off. -I got this.

MISTER: I'm gonna start cutting

some of this extra meat off.

ELLERY: There was an overlap

off the container,

so we cut inwards

so we could fold it in.

You want to win today, Ellery?

ELLERY: I want to win today.

MISTER: Yes, sir.

Hold this, hold it. Grab the tape first.

I'll get that. Grab the tape, Jake.

Jake, grab the tape.

ILIMA: Jake and I, we find ourselves

a little at each other.

We got to put some tape on this to wrap it first

-to hold it. -Let me just wrap it tight, huh?

ILIMA: Grab this seam and tape it up to the roof.

No. No, no, no, no.

But we need to find the strategy in order to move forward

and not knock heads the way people think we do.

Right here by my broom.

-Grab that, tape it. -Okay.

You know, getting to know Jake, he actually has

a great ability to just listen,

and when you can make eye contact with him,

that changes the whole game.

-You see what I mean? -Come forward, though.

-Pull it just like this. -Hold on.

Don't pull too hard. Oh, you got it. Yeah.

-That's what I'm saying, though. -Feed me tape, baby.

-You got to trust me too. -I trust you.

Remember, sideways.

Jorge and Beth, the first to get

their heat guns out. With the heat shrink,

you don't want to go from top to bottom in sections.

-You want to go around like a layer cake. -Around.

JORGE: We're kind of struggling with using the heat gun.

It's just, you can't leave it on one spot.

It starts burning a big hole.

And once you get a little hole, it just starts spreading.

It takes a delicate touch.

You hold that heat on the plastic too long,

you get a hole.

Looks like Mister's got a nice touch.

And you would expect that as a welder.

He knows how to work with heat.

I can see when my material is getting too hot.

You know, I have an eye for that.

ELLERY: Looking good, Mister.

Just hit this and then I--

Too close.

-Hey, hold on. -There you go. Good.

Ilima's talking calmly to Jake...

-[laughing] -...and he seems to be reacting calmly back.

I'll help you.

-Yeah. -KEOGHAN: Meanwhile, at the other end,

Beth and Jorge are struggling.

No, no, no. Ah... not right there.

It's got to go up right here first.

-I... [groans] -We got to create a seam right here.

-It has to be. -No, I know. But that's after.

We have way too much

bunched up shrink-wrap, so we're trying to

think of ways to fix that.

We're gonna strap,

we're gonna wrap it all the way around. Come on.

BETH: Jorge wants to tape everything to

the shrink-wrap itself,

but I think that some of it

probably needs to be cut out and we needed to wrap it

more like a Christmas gift.

This is kind of a mummy-wrap coming from Beth and Jorge.

BETH: But I know that Jorge, he has a lot more experience

as a whole, you know, when it comes

to this challenge.

So right now, I'm not voicing my opinion.

That's it. All right.

Laura and Larron got a lot of excess

on the bottom of their container.

Jake! We're almost done.

I know, keep it going.

KEOGHAN: Jake and Ilima very close to

-getting the job done. -Although Mister and Ellery--

JAKE: I'm looking around,

basically at Mister and Ellery

we're running around that thing as fast as we can.

It'd be really embarrassing if I had to go to overtime

on a day that I had all the power.

KEOGHAN: Beth and Jorge are struggling.

They've done one side of their container

which looks like Swiss cheese.

This could be lights out for Jorge and Beth.

BETH: Come on.

KEOGHAN: The last two to finish the job today

going into overtime. Who's it gonna be?

LARRON: We have to cover

the entire container in heat shrink

to seal everything

and make it as tight as possible.

Got to hit all the holes.

Get it, guys. You guys got this.

By the end of the day, someone is punching out.

ELLERY: Come on, Beth. Come on, Beth.

-JORGE: Beth? -Yeah?

I need you over here. Get the other gun.

LARRON: Jorge and Beth, they're catching up

and it's coming down to who can avoid the most mistakes.

Jorge!

JORGE: The only thing I have on my mind right now is,

I got to stay out of overtime.

I just know we got to get this job done.

ELLERY: Plug those holes.

Come on, Laura. Slow and steady, Larron.

-Slow and steady. -Come on, come on, come on!

ARMANDO: Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.

Right there on the top corner. Top left corner.

LAURA: Top left corner.

We ask Armando for a check and he finds a hole.

KEOGHAN: Larron and Laura desperate to stay out of overtime.

-Right here? -LAURA: Yeah. Put it on, put it on.

ELLERY: Dig deep, baby! Dig deep.

KEOGHAN: But Beth and Jorge have not given up yet.

ELLERY: Dig deep. Come on.

-JAKE: There you go. -ILIMA: Let's go, Beth!

LAURA: Just a little.

ELLERY: Come on, Jorge.

-LAURA: Is that good? -KEOGHAN: Larron and Laura

looking for an inspection.

What do you say, Armando? It's a thumbs up,

-and they get the job done! -[whooping, cheering]

-Way to go, buddy! -LARRON: I'm happy,

but I'm more relieved than anything.

[groans]

LARRON: My goal was

to stay out of overtime, and we did that.

-Put it here, man. -She did incredible.

We knew we were behind a couple people,

but we were like, "No, we're not gonna be last."

KEOGHAN: Jorge and Beth trying to get the job done.

JORGE: My plan didn't work out as I thought it would.

Jake and Ilima are both really strong

and they're good competitors.

But, uh, with Beth today, the communication wasn't there.

We weren't really seeing eye to eye on certain things.

You guys are done.

JORGE: But at the end of the day, I'm still happy

to have Beth as my teammate today.

KEOGHAN: Jorge, you had a plan today.

I think things didn't play out exactly the way

-you wanted them to. -Not at all.

-[laughing] -Bit of a surprise.

-This thing sucks. -[all laughing]

You're gonna go from working together

to try to get the job done, to now facing off in overtime.

This is gonna be a difficult one for you, I imagine.

JORGE: Yeah, definitely.

But at the end of the day, I'm doing this for my family,

so I'm here to fight.

It is what it is.

And we're gonna go to this OT and one of us is gonna

come out and live to fight another day

and one person is gonna be working with their team only.

-Everybody ready for overtime? -ILIMA: Yes, sir.

-JORGE: Yes, sir. -Let's go to it.

-I'm sorry, dude. -Good job, Beth.

BETH: Dude, I totally let you down.

Nah, you're all right. Come here, you're all right.

I feel terrible. [sniffles]

I just feel like I let my partner down, you know?

He was the one person who got to pick his own partner.

Like, he had faith in me,

so that's why I'm disappointed, you know?

You just got to focus on... overtime now, all right?

-Yeah. -That's it. You're all right.

-Hey. -Come on.

Hey, don't worry about all that. Come on.

BETH: The only thing I care about is,

-I let this guy down. -[overlapping chatter]

-I really let him down. -ALY: You didn't.

I know that I'm lacking,

like, a lot of confidence at this point.

I need to find that.

Jorge is my buddy,

but I'm just gonna think about my wife and my son.

This for them, you know? I have to stay in this.

JORGE: It sucks going into overtime against Beth.

She's someone I greatly respect,

but, you know, at the end of the day,

I want my son to grow up

and show him that I can be successful.

No matter what the odds are

or what has happened in my life. I'm ready, I'm focused.

And I'm gonna take home that win.

KEOGHAN: You picked Beth because

you have tremendous respect for her,

and unfortunately now,

you know, you're going up against somebody

that you see is super strong.

She's badass.

We're both gonna bring it.

I expect it to be very close.

Today's job is a little bit of a pressurized piping puzzle.

You are going to be putting in 29 feet of copper piping.

The job is to install the copper piping

so that the water will flow through it,

come out the other end from the spigot.

All the tools you need

are sitting on top of these workstations.

You will install the copper piping

through the holes that's inside this framing.

The first thing you're gonna do is cut your copper piping

into the lengths you need to get the job done.

You then want to

brush flux on all your connections

so you get a proper seal

at the end of the job.

Next, you need to solder everything together.

And finally,

I need you to deliver me a glass of water.

The first of you will stay in contention

for the Tough As Nailstitle.

Last of you to get it done,

you'll be punching out.

Beth, you'll be over here.

Jorge, you'll be working there. Let's get to work.

ALY: Here we go, guys.

On the work whistle. Time to get to work.

-[work whistle blows] -SYNETHIA: Let's go, Beth.

Go Jorge, you got this.

ELLERY: All right, Beth.

BETH: At work, we do occasionally

have to solder wires into place.

I know what I'm doing going into this.

First thing I want to do is go take a measurement,

make sure the size of pipe I need

so I can get that first piece cut.

ALY: Hey, let's go, Jorge.

He's good with the tape measure, for sure.

I've never soldered before

and never installed pipe,

but as a concrete form setter,

I deal with a lot of tools,

so I'm hoping to be able

to use that as an advantage today.

BETH: I go and get my first piece of pipe

cut down to size and then the next step after that

is to put a lot of flux on the pieces,

make sure everything's, you know, nice and clean.

There we go, Jorge. Keep it up.

KEOGHAN: So much about working on any job

is how you organize the job, how you make sure

that your tools are readily available.

SYNETHIA: Let's go, Beth. You got this.

BETH: I turn the heat gun on and I start to heat up

the entire joint.

The process for using the torch is to heat underneath without

making a mess of it, without glooping it all up.

JORGE: I feel like I'm making good time.

I kind of peek over at Beth

and, oh, crap, she's already ahead of me.

KEOGHAN: Beth is up high now in her ladder,

up and over this doorway.

He's just like, what, one piece behind her right now.

However, she's yet to solder that top piece in.

ELLERY: Measure twice, cut once.

-LAURA: You got this, Beth. -[grunts]

No. Ooh, there's a pipe.

BETH: I noticed that I had made a mistake.

One of my pipes was a little cockeyed

and it ends up being too tall up there.

It's not gonna work.

KEOGHAN: Beth's vertical pipe

is sticking up too high.

ALY: Hey, let's go, Beth.

SYNETHIA: You got this, Beth!

ALY: What's she doing?

KEOGHAN: She's making a cut.

-ELLERY: No. -LARRON: Don't cut it.

I have to. It's not gonna go.

-No! -[groaning]

BETH: At my job as an electrician on board the ship,

I learned how to adapt

quickly in my mind

in any situation.

Hey, just do what you need to do, Beth.

BETH: I know I'm ahead

by a little bit at this point

and I'm just trying to keep that lead.

Here we go.

Holy smokes, Beth is on a move.

JORGE: Beth, she's fast

and she's smart. Something inside me

just kept wanting to look over.

But I really kept picturing my son sitting there

telling me to hurry up and stop looking over there.

SERGIO: Come on, Jorge, I'm thirsty.

I'm thirsty.

Hey, let's go, Beth.

ALY: Whenever you have two team members

going into OT, you don't know who to root for.

Hey, let's go, Jorgie.

But I had a little bit of allegiance towards Beth.

She's helped me through a lot. Um, she's always

by my side if I need her, so I wanted to be there for her.

Stay calm. Know what you got to do.

Think about your steps, Big Jorge.

Beth is a strong player, man.

I mean, she adapts.

But Jorge, you know, he's the same way.

Since the first day I met him,

I've seen a lot of growth out of him.

[air hissing]

[groans]

JORGE: All of a sudden, my torch isn't starting.

I think I got a little bit of soldering inside.

I hear gas coming out, so I know that if I grab the flint,

I can get that thing started.

That's not where I wanted to be.

That's a valuable waste of time.

But, you know, I got to get it done,

I got to get it started, otherwise,

-I'm never gonna finish. -SYNETHIA: Jorge, you got this.

[Jorge groaning]

KEOGHAN: This is where you got to try not to panic, right?

JORGE: I finally get my torch started

and now I have to pick up the pace.

I got to make up for some time.

KEOGHAN: Remember, the first person

to get the water flowing and then turn on the spigot

and pour a glass of water

will stay in contention for the Tough As Nailstitle.

It's neck and neck. We got this.

SYNETHIA: Come on.

ELLERY: Breathe. Breathe. Calm, calm.

KEOGHAN: Jorge and Beth, you can see

how close they are to the finish of this job.

They're working through their last piece.

JORGE: The last piece I'm cutting goes

to the tail end of my water pipe.

Jorge realizes how close Beth is as well.

JORGE: I got to make my moves count

and I got to finish this job before Beth does.

LARRON: There you go.

KEOGHAN: Down to the last connection.

Could not be closer.

-ALY: Sergio, is he short? -SERGIO: Yeah.

-Is he gonna be able to connect it? -SERGIO: I don't know.

KEOGHAN: Ooh, that's a big move from Jorge.

It is really down to the wire.

JAKE: Jorge and Beth are pretty much tied up.

It's all gonna come down to

whose soldering skills are better in this.

Dang it, I'm nervous.

♪ ♪

BETH: Please, let me get this soldered in place

quicker than Jorge.

KEOGHAN: It is down to the wire.

-ALY: Come on, Beth. -ELLERY: Come on, Beth.

KEOGHAN: Jorge now going, he's turning on the water.

Looking for pressure...

looking for leaks.

And Jorge has the job done and hands me a glass of

very dirty water, but it's done.

ALL [chanting]: Drink it! Drink it!

[laughing]

Be my guest. [chuckles]

[sighs] I'm happy I won,

but at the same time I'm not that happy that, you know,

Beth had to punch out today.

Good job, dude.

JORGE: Hey. You're a killer.

JORGE: Beth is an amazing teammate,

and I'm here to give 100% for that team,

and I'm not gonna stop.

You know, we got a lot of work to do still,

and, you know, we're gonna make it count for Beth.

A little bittersweet for you, Jorge,

-because you did pick Beth. -JORGE: Yeah.

KEOGHAN: This is not how you wanted it

-to work out. -Not at all.

I planned me and Beth to be final three.

-[laughing] -Yeah.

JORGE: You're amazing, Beth.

I couldn't have wanted to go against anybody else.

He's one of my, you know, best friends here.

Um, we see eye to eye on a lot of things.

We both have little boys,

so I want Jorge to bring it and I want him to bring home

the $200K and the F-150.

Being here, it's amazing, and it's, you know,

really changed my life in a lot of ways.

You know, I've met all these amazing people,

and, you know, I'm just grateful

to live another day.

KEOGHAN: Beth, I love your spirit,

and you should know that your team is here for you.

I didn't expect to, like,

really create, like, this little family,

this little home away from home.

BETH: When I first got here, I had a lot of confidence

because I don't specialize in all these things.

But it's helped me understand

that I don't need to be perfect at everything,

and I'm gonna go home a better person for that.

But now I'm ready to bring it for my team,

and it feels good to walk out of here

with my head held high.

you are all going to get schooled!
