I'm getting goose bumps.

I can feel it. I can feel it.

KELSY:
I am stoked.

I grew up with
the Farmer City Raceway.

Shout-out to
the Farmer City Raceway.

-(race cars passing)
-As a little kid,

every Friday night
you'd hear the races,

and it makes me feel
kind of at home.

KEOGHAN:
Good morning, everybody!

-(clapping)
-(overlapping salutations)

KEOGHAN: I want to introduce you
to Tim Huddleston.

-(whoops)
-KELSY: Hello!

KEOGHAN:
He is the crew chief!

You will be listening to him
today.

When you think of NASCAR,
you think maybe,

"Oh, it's all
about the drivers."

But what I will tell you is that

it's the people
behind the scenes

that really
make the difference in NASCAR.

Pit crew!

KEOGHAN: The best teams come
from all walks of life.

Farmers, mechanics, people
who work with their hands.

There's even a former pro surfer

who's one of the best wheelmen
in NASCAR.

-Yeah!
-(chuckling)

TIM:
No race car driver in the world
is gonna win

without a winning pit crew.

Drivers make tenths,
crews make seconds.

Every second is 100 yards.

That's hard to make up
on the track.

So, here's today's job.

Each team will be doing
three full pit stops.

A professional team, Tim,

how long would it take them
to do that?

About 18 seconds,
four tires and gas.

(chuckles):
18 seconds.

KEOGHAN:
That's a pro time.

Good time for you guys
would be about a minute.

The key is to get
the fastest time.

You get three shots at it.

The team with
the fastest pit stop

after three attempts
wins the challenge.

We're basically gonna have
four positions.

You're gonna
have two tire carriers.

-(whirring)
-You're gonna have
two tire changers.

Those are going to be fast,
nimble, quick.

You're gonna need a jackman.

That jackman, or jackperson,
is going to need to be able

to use their weight,

and you've got to have
a mechanical advantage on it.

The last position is gonna be
the gas man or woman.

That person is going to
need to have size,

because you are gonna be
holding about 80 pounds of fuel.

You have got to stick that
right in the end of that car.

So those are the four positions,

and they're pretty key
to have each position

in the right hands.

ELIZABETH:
I was on a motorcycle race team,

and so I helped
with the pit crew.

And I know what that entails,

so I'm definitely
not nervous at all.

KEOGHAN: Team score stands
at two apiece,

so you want to do everything you
possibly can for this next win.

The winning team today
is gonna get

today's team Badge of Honor,

plus $12,000.

Remember, the first team
to get five Badges of Honor

is gonna get that cash
bonus prize of $60,000.

JEROME:
Oh, yeah.

We've got professional drivers
Andy and Trevor

behind the wheel.

LIA:
It's our team challenge.

-Who wants to be crew boss?
-I'll take it.

Being a mechanic,
so I got 100% trust in you.

We want to make
the process flow.

So, going in today, Jerome's
role is to be my gas man.

Christine and Tak,
their job is changing the tire,

putting the tire on,

because they got experience
with working with tools.

Lia and Kalimba,

they are my tire handlers.

They're both very, very strong.

And my job is the jackman,

because I work with jacks
all the time at my job.

ELIZABETH:
I-I feel really confident
leading this.

Just because I've got experience
on a pit crew.

-Let's do it.
-HANGER: I agree.

So, everybody-everybody
kind of already knows

-what they need to do?
-OTHERS: Yep.

ELIZABETH:
Mike is on the fuel
because he's the tallest.

Alfie and Kelsy on the impacts

because they both
have experience, uh,

working mechanics.

Hanger's on the jack
because he is fast.

And I know that strength is
not gonna be an issue

for Sarah or I,

and so we're on the tires.

KELSY:
Does anyone else have
sweaty ass?

MIKE:
Hell yeah, I got a sweaty ass.

SARAH:
We all have sweaty ass.

(engines start, rev)

our team is really strong,

so it's just gonna come down to
doing it right the first time.

TIM:

KEOGHAN:

TIM:

QUINCEY:
Tim gave us the go.

-(whirring)
-I'm thinking, jack the car up,

so my tire changers can get to

taking the tires off
quick as they can.

KEOGHAN:
Look at Quincey
jacking up that car.

Hanger on the other side
for Savage Crew.

MIKE: I'm the fuel man today
in this challenge.

This is a lot different than
putting diesel in your truck.

You have to have force on it
and be stable at the same time.

KEOGHAN: Dirty Hands, looking
good on their first pit stop.

KALIMBA:
Tak and I are a team.

Tak's gonna get down.

He's gonna start
with the lug nuts.

He's gonna pull that tire off.

I'm gonna line my tire up.

And then he's gonna push it on

-and screw the lug nuts on.
-(whirring)

HANGER:
Go, go, go, go, go!

KEOGHAN:
Both teams frantically working

on the right side of their car.

But Savage Crew, switching sides
just ahead of Dirty Hands.

Quincey waiting to see
if the tire's on

before he lets the car down.

-Dirty Hands right
behind Savage Crew.
-KALIMBA: Doing it now.

KEOGHAN:
Hanger's got the car up.

Savage Crew,
back left-hand tire coming off.

WILL:
Doing good, doing good.

Get that last one.

-Dirty Hands, very close.
-(whirring)

LIA: We have a little trouble,
uh, Christine and I,

lining up the-the holes
in the rim

w-with the lugs,

and it's killing time.

CHRISTINE:
I go to change my second tire,

get it on there, get all
the bolts tightened down,

and one nut was just
not going on.

-Drop!
-WILL: Go, go, go, go, go!

KEOGHAN: And Savage Crew
with the fastest pit stop time

-so far.
-(cheering, whooping)

KEOGHAN:
Whew, that was close!

Savage Crew with the fastest
time on the first pit stop.

Dirty Hands,
a few seconds behind.

WILL:
Great job, that was awesome.

Were we done before them, or no?

Oh, you-- we had it won
until the...

until this one jammed us.

-That's my bad.
-TIM: We had it won.

So, you going in square?

CHRISTINE:
One nut was just not going on.

It was just operator error.

I stripped multiple studs.

We got two more chances
to get it right.

We'll be a'ight,
we'll be a'ight.

TIM: All right, everybody,
in position here.

KEOGHAN: Savage Crew with
the fastest time so far.

But you get three shots at it.

Dirty Hands,
let's see what you can do.

Laser focused.

WILL: They're gonna be coming
at this next one

with everything they got.

Okay, we got this.

And they are coming in.

TIM:

QUINCEY:
I take one step,

and-- bam!-- I hit the ground.

(chuckles):
I roll with the jack.

KEOGHAN: Woah!
And Quincey goes down.

(whirring)

He's over the other side.

He got delayed slightly,

but two big pumps
and he has the car up.

Lot of wasted fuel there
from Jerome.

We'll be cleaning that up.

Hanger on the other side
has the car up.

Dirty Hands' air gun
disconnected from the air hose,

losing valuable seconds.

WILL:
Go, go, go, go, go!

My role is the tire carrier.

As a cement mason,
I lift 80-pound bags of cement.

60-pound tire, I feel like,
is kind of a light work for me.

(whirring)

KELSY:
Why is mine so slow?

HANGER: Kelsy's pulling
the lug nuts off.

She starts having
a difficult time.

You got it. Take your time,
take your time.

KELSY:
All I was doing was
trying to focus

and make sure that those bolts
didn't get cockeyed.

WILL (over comm):
All right, drop it.

ELIZABETH:
Drop!

KEOGHAN: Once again,
Savage Crew switching sides

ahead of Dirty Hands.

LIA:
Damn it.

KEOGHAN: And Dirty Hands finally
done! Playing catch-up again.

Take them off,

Get that jack in!

TIM:
Jack the car up a little more.

Jack the car up.

-Jack the car up!
-(overlapping yelling)

JEROME:
Up, up, up!

QUINCEY: I didn't get the car
up high enough,

so Christine and Lia couldn't
get their tire off.

It was rubbing the ground.

Can they catch up?

-Quincey, with
a couple of pumps.
-(grunts)

KEOGHAN:
Savage Crew putting on
a second one.

Second round, everything kind of
just fell apart.

Oh, and they're delayed
over here at Dirty Hands.

CHRISTINE:
When I pulled the tire off,
it striped to, like,

multiple studs on the wheel.

-HANGER: Go. Go, go!
-WILL: Go. Clear, clear, clear,

clear, clear, clear!

(cheering, whooping)

KEOGHAN: And Savage Crew get
the second one again.

WILL (over comm):

KEOGHAN:
Oh, it's slow from Dirty Hands.

(whoops) Savage Crew get
the fastest time again.

-(cheering)

not bad.

I'm kind of nervous
that we're celebrating

because we're doing so well,

and it's kind of

Dealing with the-the,

you know, the stripped threads
and stuff,

it's just a setback.

We were good the first time.

It's just that one little nut,
slowed us up.

and we're kind of a mess.

I think if we can
get the jack higher

and just be patient
and get that thing on straight.

trying really hard.

KEOGHAN:
Nothing matters at this point
except for the fastest time.

CHRISTINE:
The second round,
I was struggling.

I couldn't even get
my wheel off.

I stripped multiple studs,

so I just need to slow down

and make this one count
'cause this is our last chance

KEOGHAN:
Only a few seconds' work,
and you could win $12,000.

TIM (over comm):

KEOGHAN:
Time on.

QUINCEY:

Three pumps. There he goes.

TIM:

HANGER:

WILL: Get it off there.

ALFIE: The first tire
on the passenger side,

when I went to the last lug,

I pulled back real fast,
and I ripped off the gun.

-(whirring)
-TIM: Get it off there.
Just pull it off.

So I finally just
grabbed the thing,

yank it,
and sure enough it comes out.

TIM:
Clear, clear, clear, clear.
Go, go, go.

KEOGHAN:
For the third time in a row,

Savage Crew, the first
to switch sides on their car.

(whirring)

TAK: Kalimba brings the tire
and I push it on.

Every lug nut falls off.

-(Tak grunts)
-(whirring)

Hey, fix this!

So I'm yelling,
"Hey, Kalimba, help me.

I need to get
these lug nuts on."

Fix it for me!

Fast!

KEOGHAN:
Christine, working ahead.

Her team hasn't switched sides,

and she's already taking off
the lug nuts.

(whirring)

KALIMBA:
Tak was still not over there,

so I was like screw it.
I'm gonna help him out, too.

I took all of his nuts off
of his side.

TIM (over comm):
You got it. We're still in it.
We're still in it.

-Need it quick.
-KALIMBA: Hey, hey, hey.

Wait, everything is off already.

KEOGHAN:
Here comes Quincey over the top.

-Get the car up.
-LIA: Jerry took
the lug nuts off.

Amazingly Dirty Hands still in
with a shot,

after some quick thinking
from Christine.

Dirty Hands, not giving in.

JEROME:
Let's go!

KEOGHAN: It's all gonna come
down to this last finish.

Dirty Hands still with a chance.

Waiting for the jack to go down!

And the jack goes down!

-(tires screeching)
-And...

Dirty hands exit the pits
just in front of Savage Crew.

(whoops) Christine!

-Yes!
-That's right.

QUINCEY:
Our car pulls out first.

We don't know if we got
the fastest time yet,

but we know
we've done everything right

and we left before Savage Crew.

I was not letting those...
those freaking nuts get me, man.

Y'all, that's why we
don't celebrate too soon.

-We were faster that first time.
-That first time for sure.

Now we have to walk away
and reevaluate ourselves,

what we did and what we're
gonna do moving forward.

It means a lot for us to be

time being a crew boss,

It's somebody else's turn,

Me being here is great
for, you know, my-my hometown.

It's a very, very small,
tight-knit community.

Lamar, South Carolina is
a country town.

We consider Lamar
our own little piece of heaven,

our own little piece
of American city.

People look at me
as a positive figure

in the hometown,

so if I could be here
and be successful,

it'd inspire young kids

to follow their dreams
and pursue 'em.

Like all towns, you know,
we-we have, you know,

some-some negative stuff
that's going on there.

Some shootings, you know.

We lost a lot of people
to-to the pandemic.

Me being here could bring
the camaraderie back up.

Part of my motivations
for winning Tough As Nails

is for Lamar.

You know,
my senior year in high school,

you know, they supported me

during the lowest point
of my life.

So, this Tough As Nails
competition is my redemption.

I just want to be able to,
you know,

give them that glimpse
of hope that,

you know,
I'm just like you.

LIA:
I love that.

HANGER:
I just want to say,

going to the individual
competition,

And I know you guys are
gonna do good.

ELIZABETH:
Today's individual day,

so we got to switch
from team mentality.

And my goal today is
to just be a machine.

ALFIE:

Look at that mountain of tires.

Hanger, Kalimba and Sarah,

since you've already
punched out,

you'll be on top of the toolbox.

Elizabeth,
do I detect some makeup?

-LIA: Whoa.

Is there, uh, some significance?

Yeah, I mean,
this is individual,

so I really felt like
I needed to feel a change.

I do think that
the makeup kind of helps me

get my game face on,
doing something physically

to help me shift from
that team to the individual.

Elizabeth is one tough sister.

She gonna be
really tough to beat.

I was pretty sure
a diesel mechanic

-might have seen one before.
-(Quincey laughs)

Anybody else got experience
with changing tires?

My father worked for Bridgestone
Tires when I was growing up.

I'd go work with him
just to be around them.

Tak,
have you changed a tire before?

I changed my bicycle tire.

-(laughter)
-KEOGHAN: That counts.

All right, so here's
what's gonna happen.

When that work whistle blows,

you'll be running
to this pile of 600 tires.

You're gonna try to find
four matching tires.

The numbers corresponding

to the numbers that you see
on your workstations.

-Holy crow.
-Once you find
those four matching tires,

bring those tires here,

get those tires on the rim
as fast as you can.

Use this bar to push
the feed over the rim.

The bead is what seals it
to the rim.

You're gonna be working
with tubeless tires.

And then you need to put air
in your tire.

35 psi in that tire and
you're listening for two pops.

Two pops are the beads sealing
themselves against the rim.

(pops twice)

And you got to do that
four times.

Onay, thank you.

The first of you to get
all four tires mounted

is gonna get today's win.
And what does that mean?

-QUINCEY: Get to drive
a race car.

-I don't want to go
into overtime,

so I got to figure
this thing out quick.

QUINCEY:
Oh, that's messed up.

KEOGHAN:
Everyone looking for a set
of four matching tires.

They all have
the same numbers on them.

Got to get all four tires
back to their workstation

before they mount them.

The first to finish gets
to race around the track

NASCAR style.

The last two to finish will be
facing off in overtime.

Nobody wants overtime.

I start digging in
the entire pile, throwing tires.

Anybody see a 75?

And I can't find the 75
to save my life.

This could be the challenge

Finding your damn tires, yeah?

Everybody's having a hard time,

The proper way of using
a mounting machine is that

you attach the air hose

so that it fills
the inside of the tire...

There goes the weasel.

...and then creates the pressure
to pop it in place.

KALMIBA and SARAH:
Alfie!

-Alfie with one up on the rack.
-HANGER: Let's go, Alfie!

Elizabeth trying to get
that first bead on.

Tak and Jerome side by side,
working on that first tire.

I've done almost
every trade there is.

I've done roofing, electrical,
general contracting.

I am putting my arms

trying to compress

as much as I can,
and it will not give.

I just couldn't get the air
in the tire.

-KEOGHAN: Christine,

she gets her first tire mounted.

-(hissing)

I've changed the tire
on my son's bicycle,

but I've never done this.

KEOGHAN:
And second tire mounted
for Alfie.

People have two done.

-(popping)
-KEOGHAN: We hear tires popping
all over the place.

Seems like they're flying
through it, and I'm just like,

"Mike, you're gonna be
at the bottom-bottom."

Lineman Mike is struggling.

MIKE:
I can't give up.

Being a lineman, I know
how to keep a cool level head,

because my work is so hazardous.

You know, a split second,
I could be dead.

But I have to clear
my mind and focus on

what needs to be done.

At the end of the day,
I want to go home to my family.

-Mike has his first tire done.

Christine, struggling
with that second tire.

-Come on.
-I'm trying to do it
as fast as I can,

but I keep screwing up.

I'm starting to panic
a little bit

'cause I do not want to be

KEOGHAN:
Kelsy, now with the second tire.

-Jerome is smooth.
-JEROME: Once I got
that first tire on

I was in a major zone.

KEOGHAN:

Like he's out in the surf

-He's hanging loose.

He wants to drive that race car
today.

But Tak and Lia are mounting
their fourth tire, too.

Lia is a force to be
reckoned with.

I think Lia lives up to
the name Jill-of-all-trades.

She actually walks the walk.

-KEOGHAN: Closely
followed by Mike.
-(yells)

He's come from behind
to take third place.

I just had a moment
where I just dropped to my knees

because that $200,000 is
getting closer for me.

Here's the fourth tire for Tak.

-(cheering)

And Alfie gets the job done.

I'm a mechanic and people drive
on the stuff that I work on.

So I-I take pride in
doing my work with quality.

I wanted to be first

'cause I-I wanted to drive
the car around,

but that's not
the important thing.

The important thing is that I
get the tire mounted correctly.

There's four of us left.
I got to get finished now,

'cause I don't want to be
in the bottom two.

Number four for Quincey.

Now there are only three left

fighting to stay out
of overtime.

Christine, Kelsy and Elizabeth,

This is the part I don't like.

This job is about finesse,

CHRISTINE:
It's getting down
to the final minutes.

A lot of people are finished
with their four tires.

I'm just, like, messing up
over and over again.

Oh, my God.

I told myself put a muzzle
on all the negativity.

-Come on.
-I'm not gonna give up
until I get the job done.

KEOGHAN:
And now there are
only three left.

Christine, Kelsy, and Elizabeth.

All working on their final tire,

fighting to stay out
of overtime.

The first of you
to finish is safe.

HANGER:
Come on, Elizabeth!

Here I am, on my last tire,
and it gets stuck.

I'm like,
you got to be kidding me.

KEOGHAN: Elizabeth,
still fighting that bead.

After a bunch of beating
and working...

-There we go,
-...I finally get it off.

Now I've got to get
this tire done.

KELSY:
As a crop duster,

you have to know what you're
doing, and you got to know fast.

When we're coming up to a
power line, a tree, a house,

we only have seconds
to fix anything,

so I knew that
I had to buckle down,

and I had to get the job done.

KEOGHAN:
Desperate times right now.

Christine struggling and firing.

Elizabeth still fighting,
will not give up.

-(pops)
-And...

Elizabeth gets it done.

LIA:
Yeah, Elizabeth!

-Christine and Kelsy
yet to finish.
-(air hissing)

CHRISTINE:
Kelsy and I have both been
to overtime once so far,

and we both triumphed
and made it through.

So, going into today,

I feel a little more confident.

It's all right.

-LIA: Good job.
-MIKE: Keep your head up.

-KELSY: Yeah, absolutely.
-Way to stick with it.

KELSY:
The more people punch out,
this competition's gonna get

a lot more competitive.

I'm proud to be halfway,
standing here,

I don't want to punch out.

Incredible challenge today.

Nobody was smoother than Jerome.

-I'm used to it,

Bro, I had a hard time
on my last one.

Bro, I was trying every angle,
like...

Yeah, exactly,
you know, I was struggling.

I was like, I've never really
used a machine ever like this

before in my life,
and it got to me.

And I was like,
"You know what, Mike?

-You've overcome so much
in your life."
-JEROME: Yeah, yeah.

Everybody has doubted you
before.

Um...

and I got to work a lot harder.

I've had various jobs doubt me,

thinking that I-I'm
not able to do the work.

People make assumptions
right away.

Guy with a bunch of tattoos.

Maybe he's, you know,
been-been to prison,

or he's a bad guy
or something.

I don't look the same
as everybody that lives,

you know, around me,
and you have some people

that accept me
and some people that don't.

Sometimes I go to work,
I feel like,

-you know, it's
a little pressure on me.
-MIKE: Yeah.

But I use that pressure
and turn it into fuel because

ultimately the battle we fight
every day is with ourselves.

-Yeah.

a little nervous.

When I get inside my head,

and it never helps.

Kelsy, yeah!

KELSY: Christine is a beast,
but my dad taught me,

"Don't let anything scare you."

I don't ever come into anything
with fear.

The confidence that my dad
gave me before he passed away,

I think that's
what keeps me going.

I'm already excited.

what you might be doing?

Kelsy,
you intimidated at all to know

that Christine has worked
with these cranes before?

I learn things fast,
so we'll figure it out.

So, neither one of you scared
of heights, I take it.

-Being an ironworker

or being a pilot,
if you were scared of heights

that would be kind of
detrimental to your job.

a ground guy.

-KEOGHAN: Yeah.

So there are nine towers here

with 330 lights.

Your job today is to switch out
one light bulb.

When that work whistle blows,

you will be using
one of these zoom booms,

go up 110 feet,

that's 11 stories,

get to your blown light bulb.

When the light bulbs are blown,
they look like this.

Replace the old one
with a new one.

-LIA: Shiny new.
-Brand-new, shiny and new.

Each one of the light bulbs

is inside a covered guard
like this.

There are these four clips
that you need to undo.

That'll open it up,
get the old light bulb out,

put the new one in.

First back to the ground,

stays in contention
for the Tough AS Nails title.

You finish last,
you'll be punching out.

Today's job is a tall order.

HANGER:
"A tall order."

Uh-huh.

But I know that you are
a couple of bright sparks.

-Oh, God.
-(laughter)

KEOGHAN:
If you finish last,

it's lights out
in the individual competition.

(others groaning)

-That was go good.
-That was reaching
a little bit, Phil.

KELSY:
I've never operated
a boom before,

but just because I don't know
how to do something

doesn't mean I can't
figure it out right there.

Start your engines.

(engines start)

(engines idling)

This is to stay in
the individual competition.

(work whistle blows)

LIA:
Yeah!

-KALIMBA: Uh-oh.
-LIA: Uh-oh.

KALIMBA:
She's off to a fast start.

KEOGHAN:
Off to a flying start.

CHRISTINE: We have to operate
the zoom boom lift

up to the point
where the bad light is.

Undo these clips
on all the sides,

exchange the bad light bulb
for a good light bulb,

and then make your way
back down.

HANGER:
Uh-oh.

-Uh-oh. Uh-oh.
-LIA: Let's go!

-You got this.
-She's got it. She's got it.

I know that I have to get up
there as fast as possible,

but as soon as I touched
those buttons,

I realized this is slow.

Like... whoa, is this moving?

(beeping)

(sighs)

KEOGHAN:
Beautiful night sky.

-Aw, man, what a backdrop.
-Beautiful.

ALFIE:
Loving it, loving it.

LIA:
Christine's got the stance
and everything.

-She's going out and up
at the same time.
-ALFIE: Yeah.

CHRISTINE:
Being an ironworker,

my job entails being high
in the sky.

The highest I've been is
250 feet in the air.

(chuckles):
I'm used to this.

Come on, Kelsy.

Extend!

ALFIE:
Christine's experience

is starting to show
right here, right now.

She's not only booming up,

she's telescoping out
at the same time.

MIKE:
You got it, Kelsy.

KELSY:
The first time I was ever flying
in a helicopter by myself,

it was the most exciting thing.

ALFIE:
Now she's telescoping out.

-She's gonna have to extend
a lot.
-Yeah.

I was determined enough
to learn that,

"Hey, I can do anything."

You put your mind to it
and you can do it.

LIA:
Go, Christine!

Yeah!

You're almost there!

Kelsy's actually catching up
a little bit.

There she go.

I was really impressed
with Kelsy

because she didn't have
a strong start

in the beginning
of the challenge,

but she managed to pick up

and pretty much
catch up with Christine.

CHRISTINE:
As soon as I got up
to the light,

I looked over my shoulder
and saw Kelsy right behind me.

KEOGHAN:
Kelsy getting there.

LIA:
Almost there, yeah!

KEOGHAN:
She's moving quickly now.

-Let's go!
-OTHERS: Oh...

(cheering in distance)

KEOGHAN:
She is flying.

-Oh, my goodness.
-(cheering, whooping)

LIA:
It's a race!

LIA:
Doing good, Christine!

MIKE:
You got it, Kelsy.

KEOGHAN:
Everything on the line
for Christine and Kelsy.

The first to change
their light bulb and get

down to the ground safely

will stay in contention
for the Tough As Nails title.

Me and Christine are both
at the lights.

It's anyone's game,

and I'm thinking,
"Don't stop. Don't give up."

Christine reaching in
to grab her light bulb,

and she's got it out already.

Kelsy struggling to get
those clips off.

QUINCEY:
She's screwing it in.

KELSY: I cannot get
that light housing off.

I'm doing everything I can,

and I just cannot get it
to budge.

QUINCEY:

SARAH:

-KEOGHAN: Christine is coming

KELSY:
I know that I'm behind,

but as a crop duster,
I have to stay cool

and calm and collected
under pressure at all times.

SARAH:

Being an ironworker
in a male-dominated area,

I feel like I have to

not only prove myself
but just work ten times harder.

LIA:

CHRISTINE:
But winning today proved to me

that I don't have to be so hard

Because I am my own worst enemy,

and overcoming that today
was just amazing.
