It's a job that requires
a lot of attention to detail.

And when you talk
about drywalling,

you can't really think
about drywalling

without thinking about perhaps

the most famous drywaller
of them all.

And who is that?

I don't know anybody else in
the whole world that knows more

about drywall than you.

So what's the job that you have
lined up for everybody?

The job today is
to hang this structure.

So, we're gonna have you guys
hanging Sheetrock.

There's 24 sheets--

nine on the ceiling,
15 on the walls.

Those sheets,
how much do they weigh?

Some of 'em weigh-weigh
over 100 pounds.

Start with the ceiling first,
'cause that's how

I would do this.

There's lights. Those need
to be cut out properly.

And then hang the walls
after that.

There's windows.

There you go.

Danny is gonna be watching you
while you work.

He wants to make sure
that this drywall work

that you do today
is up to standard,

because Danny does not accept
anything but excellence.

she has some experience

and I've never done anything

so we can hand it off

Some of these sheets
can, uh, weigh

over 100 pounds pretty easily.

So relying on teammates
is gonna be huge.

I have is a basement
that was low enough

that you can just stand
and hold, which is easier

than the balancing.
It-It's challenging.

And I just have so much respect

for drywallers. I have
so much respect for Danny.

I had no idea how
incredibly hard this job was,

because he made it look
like a piece of cake.

they're putting in the effort.

Throughout the competition,

it was just taking a toll
on my body.

Holding 100-pound drywall
for a long period of time,

my back was aching.

My shoulders
was just pulsing.

Obviously, I'm not gonna quit
and I'm gonna keep going,

but I was in pain, man.

You got it, Angel.

I've been able
to hang Sheetrock one-handed

by myself since, basically,
I was 16 years old.

It-It's tough.
It's taxing on the upper body.

And it gets super tiring

if you, uh, aren't conditioned
for it, that's for sure.

Dirty Hands struggling

Angel, rest it on
the ladder if your back hurts.

Bring it on the ladder, Angel.

Angel is exhausted.

Look at the agony
on Angel's face.

These challenges take a toll
on your body.

Angel is in pain.

He's not gonna be able to muscle it like he usually does.

It's gonna make this challenge
a lot harder,

and I'm gonna have
to figure out something fast.

We are 30 minutes into this.

to get their ceilings in.

That is a disaster

for Dirty Hands.

Dirty Hands just lose

a huge piece of drywall
off the ceiling.

There was too much weight on
only half an inch of, uh, wood.

That weight just took it down.

That was kind of brutal
to watch.

There was a lot of struggle
going on with Dirty Hands.

they can pull it out.

Guys, do you want to do it not
a whole piece? Half-and-half?

My body's not an excuse,

but, like, if you can't do it

Finally get the ceiling done.

Once they get that screwed in,

that'll be the ceiling complete

We get to the walls,
things just start clicking.

We're moving
at a pretty good pace, now.

Celi and Merryl are bringing
in pieces of sheetrock.

I get a few screws in it
to hold it,

and then they can go off and measure and cut a new piece.

And all the while
we're doing that,

Sarah's with the router nonstop,

cutting out the openings
for the windows,

for the electrical outlets,

and probably ate a whole bunch
of drywall dust.

She was powdered donut-looking, like she had a bunch of

confectioners' sugar all over
her, just...

One hour and 30 minutes

so far to earn
that $60,000 cash bonus.

Danny, how long would it
take you to do this job?

By myself? Less than an hour.

get to the top, get the shingle lined up, put the cap on it.

The secret is,

you got to get enough shingles

lined up straight.

'Cause if you don't
get it straight,

you're gonna have
to go back and redo it.

When you go back and redo it,

Never done any roofing before,
but I figured

I could hold my own.

My goal is to just get up there

the things that I need,

get to work on the bottom rows

and work my way up.

I didn't want to take
a lot of supplies up there

'cause I knew
it would start sliding off.

I hooked my shingles

over the top of the ladder

and just worked from there.

We got ten strips

of the asphalt shingles

to put onto the roof.

Get your lines right.

You don't want to have

to pull off the shingles
and start again.

I have absolutely no idea
where to start. I'm just

trying to make sure that I keep
everything nice and neat.

I don't want to have
any crooked shingles.

I don't want to have
to take any nails out.

Iraida doing a great job
with that nail gun.

I decided to grab

a handful of shingles

and put them across on my ladder

so I don't have

to come down so many times.

Preparation's the key!

Got to be thinking beforehand.

Sarah's working

beautifully at the end.

Couple months ago,
I wanted to buy a little shed,

but they were too expensive,
so I decided to build my own.

I had some shingles
laying around,

so I put some shingles on top.

But today was the first time

I've ever used a nail gun.

I like it.

I might have to get
one of those.

Iraida's working steadily away.

Zeus is doing a good job
finishing that first row,

but Swifty,

he hasn't even finished
doing inventory.

Oh, man.

He's got everything he needs
on the roof.

Sometimes you shoot yourself
in the feet doing that.

Sometimes you have
more material than you need.

Now he's just got to get focused
on putting it down.

Swifty finally putting in
the shingles,

but he's working upside down.

Work from the bottom to the top.

Whoa! Swifty slipping
on the roof.

It's a good thing
we're tied off.

I don't know why I thought
maybe if I could

do it in reverse

with the supplies up there,
that would be faster,

but I was able to get myself together and just,

you know, work my way up.

is figure out a plumbing puzzle.

Everything you need to know
to get this job done

is on those plans.
Your job is

to hook up the plumbing
for a shower, a sink

and a toilet. You'll be working

with two-inch piping,
one-and-a-half inch piping

and three-inch piping.

A professional plumber
would clean

and glue pipes
and joints together,

but first,
they have to make sure

that the right pieces
are in place.

And that's what
you're going to do today.

The first of you to figure out

this plumbing puzzle
and flush your toilet

is going to make it through
into the final four.

If you don't figure out
this plumbing puzzle,

and you don't flush your toilet,
you will be punching out.

You'll lose your shot
at $200,000, the title

of Tough As Nails champion

and that all-new Ford F-150.

Let's get to work.

mean a lot to me.

It'll show me
that I've been doing

something right all these years.

The way I carry myself
as a woman, as a mother,

and my not giving up in life has brought me to this day here.

I don't have the experience

with this type of work, but

I'm placing the final piece of piping first.

That way,
I can work my way up.

I always go with

and then I work backwards up,
so that's just what I would do.

All of a sudden, I noticed

that I got a pipe

Now I know I got
to take it apart,

find the problem,

and fix it and keep going.
