as a mobile generator.

up to 7.2 kilowatts of power.

And you're gonna need that
to power up the circular saws

that you'll use to cut angles
on concrete bricks

so they fit perfectly
around your tree.

somewhat beat up,

how I still have my leg,

to cut my leg off.

And I told them no.

I remember everything
vividly, to this day.

I was in the hospital
for almost two months.

So I've had
approximately ten surgeries.

One doctor told me, "We need
you to sign this paperwork

because we're going
to have to cut your leg off."

They told me that I wasn't
going to be able to walk.

They told me I wasn't going
to be able to run.

They told me
a lot of things that

I was not letting them tell me

what I couldn't do,

and I wanted to show my son,

no matter what, never give up.

I'm just thankful
that I have my life, you know?

The goal today is to pick

100 pounds of oranges.

You're going to be picking
two boxes full of small oranges

and two boxes
full of large oranges.

Roughly 25 pounds each.

The way you grade your oranges
is using this device right here.

Roll it down the gauge.

That'd be a small.

That would be a large.

You check
the weight of your boxes.

Need to make sure that you have

at least 25 pounds in each box.

Then put them
on your large scale.

When you have 100 pounds...

distributing weight
