client had a legitimate distrust for

white security guard, just as he has a

proceedings. He was jumped by an
overzealous guard, and now he's being

prosecuted by an overzealous district
attorney.

Objection! This woman was wounded a year
ago by a black gang member, Your Honor,

and has since prosecuted black
defendants more aggressively than

Move for an immediate mistrial. This
trial is completely biased. Mr. Atkins,

will be quiet right now. I ask for a
mistrial and for sanctions against

guilt. If they're not racist, they've
got nothing to feel guilty about.

After all, you as a black man have to
have the final authority on who is and

And the fact that you may be hurting
your own cause isn't as important as

able to stand up and be the accuser. My
cause is to get my client acquitted. And
