created a culture where

that the Anglican Diocese

was another victim
of Kevin George Guy.

has admitted
that Kevin George Guy

was abusing the plaintiff,
there was and is no proof.

is a Christian school,
and here was this man

betraying the trust
of the school.

You have to decide whether the
diocese is responsible for that.

ended at Toowoomba Prep.

You need to consider
whether or not what he did

was closely tied up to what
he was employed to do.
