In 2023, the film was digitized in 4K resolution
on behalf of Deutsche Kinemathek

and restored in 2K
by BASIS BERLIN Postproduktion,

based on the 35 mm original negative
and the sound mix on 16 mm magnetic tape.

Several seconds of music were missing on that tape.
The gaps were completed from a 35 mm print.

Digitization was funded
by the German film heritage program.

the assets and debts of the company.

The transferee Nicolo Piachi promises

to release the transferor Antonio Piachi
from all obligations.

Paragraph three:

In return, Nicolo Piachi promises

to provide Antonio Piachi
and his wife Elvire

with a lifelong annual pension

of 60,000 Swiss francs,
payable in monthly instalments

in advance.

The transfer is deemed
to have taken place.

The conveyance of the property

and alteration in the land register
will follow

once official authorisation
