Everybody knows that he was carrying a
burn about you two.

explain how he wound up dead all of a

sudden. You know, Cliff, you want to

If you two had a fight and he wound up
off that balcony, it could be self

-defense. I already told you I didn't
even see Wayne until I found him here

morning. You know, it seems strange.

Well, if it happened the way you say,
that Baxter and Gibson had a tussle and

Gibson took a hitter over the balcony...

Why would Baxter leave him lying there
for anybody to find?
