operating off the coast of

The signal, beamed over a very high
frequency transmitter, was received

strongest in the Boston area.

This message, the second in less than
two weeks, was intercepted by monitoring

an iron curtain radio frequency and
forwarded to the FBI in Washington.

This is the first message.

Proceed as planned with watchdog.

That's all there was, Inspector.

The word watchdog appeared in both
messages. It's obviously a code name for

something the communists are after.

Well, let me see the second message

Watchdog useless without BZ24.

Must obtain urgent.

Whatever project watchdog stands for,
I'm afraid the communists have succeeded

in compromising part of it.

Tom, see if our Boston office can find
out anything about this BZ -24 and what

laboratories are involved in projects
