On June 15th, a kidnapping attempt was made on Dr. Herbert Barth, an

internationally known orthopedic surgeon.

Even as the initial attempt failed and a member of the kidnapping trio pursued

his victim, agents of the FBI waited in Ogden, Utah, to arrest another member of

the trio for a previous crime.
