Fox was found critically injured near
the post exchange at Fort Marshall,

California.

Apart from some latent fingerprint
impressions on a phone booth, military

authorities were unable to discover any
other significant clues to the beating.

And on January 21st, agents of the FBI
entered the case.

It's the circumstances I don't like,
Arthur. The design of it.

It's beginning to look like part of a
pattern to me.

guilty of extortion in connection with
credit transactions.

Vincent Roger Tobias was convicted of
the murder of Joseph Fox.

Both men are serving sentences in a
