A revolution started in the WWE and
because of you,

the Divas division became
the women's division.

All of you have inspired people all
over the world with your courage,

with your passion,
with your unbridled talent.

Women competed in the Middle east for
the first time in wwe.

The chant was, this is hope.

This is hope.

I grew up watching women's wrestling and
I knew this is what I wanted to do.

This has been a dream
since I was a little girl.

Realizing how far we've come,
it didn't start with two women or

four women or six women.

It took every woman from the day
WWE started having women's

wrestling until now.

When I first got signed,

I said, I want to make women's
wrestling the coolest thing on tv.

We wanted to be as good as the men.

It's not like you're a girl.

You can't do this.

No.
You go in there like Wonder Woman and

you're going to conquer.

Our women's division is in the middle
of a women's revolution in wwe,

which is in the middle of a women's
revolution and the world.

It's hard not to get emotional because
it finally feels like we won't.

Every woman who has a gift, an ability and

a desire to succeed should
be able to do that.

Every generation of women took the torch
and carried it until it's time for

the next person to take it.

We're all stars and that's what we are.

Women are stars.

All of these girls
are going to see this and

know that they can accomplish
anything in the world because it

is about showing today's generation
that they can be and do anything.

Hello, everybody and welcome to a sold
out Nassau Coliseum for evolution.

Trailblazers in the music industry.

And I'm with two trailblazers of
the sports entertainment industry.

With me tonight, the hall of famer,
Beth Phoenix, and of course, Renee Young.

Renee, I want to start with you.

What does evolution and
this night mean to you?

>> Speaker 1: You know,
I feel like from the moment I woke up,

I've had a bit of a lump in my throat.

I'm trying to contain it, but
I never in a million years

would have thought that I could
have been a commentator in wwe,

let alone here on an all women's pay per
view and it just means the world to me.

This has been a long time coming.

>> Speaker 1: This has
been a long time coming.

This means so much to the prior
generations celebrating previous women

that have come along, like Bulma Cannon,
one of my personal influences, and

also inspiring the generations to come.

I have two daughters, so this has
a special meaning for me and my heart.

I'm so excited to be here.

spent much of the day in the locker

room talking to a lot of the women
that's going to be involved.

Involved tonight.

We'll hear those stories
as we move forward.

match that Trish ever had on

Monday Night raw back in 2006,
and she took on Lita and

Lita's retirement match
in Survivor Series 2006.

So Mickey James knows
these two women very well.

She started it as a valet and just a few
months later she had her first match.

And here comes Mickey James.

The rivalry began when
Mickey James appeared on the scene

as a fan of Trish Stratus.

It's completely different.

You can run on the treadmill all day long,

what you do each and every week.

you look at the careers of Lita and Trish.

These women stay on the ball every time.

They look better every time I see them.

mom has overcome so much adversity and

heartbreak every time her

we are naming Rhonda's mom
the honorary member of the Bella army.

You know, Rhonda says that she's going
to end me, that her word is her bond.

I never thought in a million years we

I mean, when I was here, we were divas,

we could have never imagined

And then all of a sudden, here we are.

What an evolution where
it's all women tonight.

So it's incredible.

due to everyone's hard work.

Everybody wants change,
everybody wants to make a difference, and

everybody wants to make a name for
themselves.

And especially being a woman,
you know, we've come so far.

it's happening literally

So that's what's a beautiful momentum
is that this isn't just WWE,

this is the world changing.

this all over the world because they're

supporting what women can do.

And we didn't just earn it.

We worked hard for this.

It wasn't handed to us.

We broke legit kicked
the door down to have this.

So people are going to remember
this the rest of their lives.

And I am so happy and
honored to be a part of it.
