Buy on the ends and the bugs, in exchange for something appropriate.

You okay?

Just got a few things on my mind. The world you're building right here, in the

prison. They're doing something, in the forbidden zone.

Some say they're digging for something.

Apologies are appealing.

car throughout the evacuation process.

Perfect. Mmm, the smell.

What? You'll get your share.

Beside, they're too hot.

We made them. I made them.

You watched.

You can do those.

Where are you going?

To deliver.

One stained glass, no more, or they'll be overdone.

I care.

And I know how many there should be.

Do we prick him before or during?

Before, I think.

Can you have a moment?

Problems? I just need your advice.

On what?

On the meaning of something I discovered.

Signs, symbols, drawings.

Discovered? In a cave, not far from here.

I know they have a meaning, it's just... what?

Describe them.

Someone might not recognise, but there's a boat.

At the end there's a door and images of people.

Why do you need to know what they mean?

Well, someone must have drawn them for a reason.

Can you come with me, just to take a look?

Anything more?

That's all I've seen.

And the Ancomer?

You say they call him Sky?

Yes.

Is he popular?

Is he Antribe? I hear so.

More than Flame with the Prives?

Maybe. Tell me, why does Flame treat everyone as though he's the best? The

strongest? He is.

But you're strong.

Strong, yes. But strength isn't always power.

Power belongs... to Flame.

And you're happy with that?

It's the way.

If your warps had to choose between you and Flame, who would they choose?

My warps know who to follow.

I've got to go.

Shadow?

When I get back to the priv, after I'm finished here, what can I expect?

Do well.

You will be rewarded.

That's the loose bits. I'll trim them off when I've finished.

When will that be?

Sal, do you want me to do this or not?

Well, yes, but... Then stop complaining.

You don't hear me complaining about having to do it, do you?

Which do you prefer?

Looking after the hens or baking?

Why? Just wondered.

Don't mind either.

I think baking. I mean, it's real simple.

Just dick it in, wait, take it out.

What was that?

You said something to her. What was it?

Nothing. Nothing?

You think I'm deaf?

You spoke.

It was just...

Nothing. It was about me, wasn't it?

No. It was about me. Don't lie.

Flame. You keep out of it.

It's between me and him.

Get out of my sight. Get out now.

You can all get out of my sight. Every one of you.

You met with her?

What do you have to say?

The ants and the barbs are working together.

Logging defences.

What defences? Where?

You'll find out by tonight.

I need to know now.

I knew I couldn't trust her.

Is there no one I can trust?

Didn't she mention the stranger?

Only that his name is Guy.

Not good enough.

I try.

Not everybody does.

I want you to do something for me.

Harmony.

I want you to keep a very close eye on her.

A careful watch.

Understand me?

Are we almost at the cave sky?

Yeah. We should be careful.

We're heading into the Forbidden Zone.

Oh, hi.

Gwyn, right?

What are you doing out here?

Well, just finding my way around.

It must feel good to be able to walk anywhere.

How long did you say the prince had you prisoner?

Oh, absolutely ages.

Listen, the lookout point is just along the path there.

Why didn't I show you how to work our signal system?

Thanks. I'd like that.

When are you going to cut those itchy ends? So you do go on.

It really smells.

You think you can do it?

Easy peasy.

Show me then.

If the fire seems it's burning too fast, I'll not, because there'll be a lot of

smoke. And then?

I'll lower it into the drum to protect it from the wind.

Which will?

Shield it and make it burn more slowly.

And you can do this all day?

Try me.

I can.

On it.

Longer if you want.

Two days. Long as you like.

You know how important it is to keep the fire steam to light.

I won't let it go out, Jack. I promise.

Don't let me down.

I won't, Jack.

I won't.

Through this way.

There's nothing to be afraid of.

I haven't seen this cave before.

Yeah, it feels familiar somehow.

How come?

I don't know.

Here's the door.

This is it.

This is proof.

Of what?

Oh, no! What do we do now?

If you hadn't insisted on me doing your hair... Me?

It wasn't my fault. I'm not taking the blame.

Cass will go nuts. We have to do something.

Yes, but what?

Pogo, what does it mean?

I was right.

About what?

Zoot and Bray each had a chart.

There they are.

I didn't draw them, yes, but... Don't you understand?

They...

There's a say if it wasn't cloudy.

Don't worry.

I get the idea.

So there'd be no way that the warts could make a surprise raid, right?

Right. On a day like today, we'd use the arrows to send a message.

Tree to tree.

Clever.

Necessary, really.

What's that?

Just something I was doing to pass the time.

It's beautiful.

Do you like it?

Oh, yes.

Keep it.

I couldn't.

Why not?

Because, well, it must have taken you so long to make.

Corner to welcome to the tribe gift.

I'm glad you and Dan are back together again now.

Dan, do you think we should be doing this? Do we have any choice?

We could just tell kids what happened.

No way!

Look over there.

That's their bacon.

Just what we need.

Let's go.

Oi! What you got there?

Never you mind.

What do you look like?

Well, shut up, Aaron.

One of those spike things, spiky thingy. Who cares?

Well, sorry, sis.

Who's hurrying? What are you doing here anyway?

Bar watching.

Jack's leading me so I can do it.

Ugh, Jack again. What next? Clean his hut? Brush his shoes?

Leanne, I need to learn these things. He's testing me. He's got you as a

that's what. He's testing me, and I'm not going to let him down.

Can't you two argue another time?

I'll talk to you later.

Funny having you back.

It's almost like you never went away.

You went away, remember?

It wasn't me who wandered off.

One minute you were there, and the next you were gone.

I couldn't see over the tall grass.

I didn't know the protein got you.

It wasn't your fault.

Please, they didn't get you as well.

The important thing is we found each other again.

And I'm never going to lose you again, am I?

Better get back and see how they're getting along with the next batch.

Do you think Cass has been back?

Don't think so. She would have started a new bay, wouldn't she?

Hello.

Quick, let's get these out of sight.

Everything okay?

Yeah, it's great.

Oh good, you've covered them in cake.

Let's take a look.

Potatoes?

It's going well, isn't it?

Everyone's working hard.

Everyone?

Yeah, why?

I saw you and Vega earlier, working hard at a cave.

I just showed her the drawings.

The ones I told you about?

Omar!

Let's get everyone inside.

There's a storm coming.

Everyone, quickly!

Did Vega find the cave interesting?

She seemed to.

And the drawings?

Yeah, them too.

You must let me know what you thought sometime.

I need to talk to you.

I had to leave that cave quickly before I could explain.

Then explain now.

What is it about those two children that frightened you so much?

The legend of the ancestors says that if the children or descendants of Zoot and

Bray ever come together, a great darkness will come upon the world.

And you think this will happen?

The drawings in the cave prove the children existed.

Until now, no one ever knew for sure.

But Fagar, those drawings could have been done by anyone.

They could just be legend, myth, superstition.

This is the symbol from the home of the Morats. You saw it among the drawings on

the wall.

So who out of the drawings was with the Morats at that time?

At the time of Zoot and Bray.

Now I must go.

Where? To the shrine.

In this weather?

There's much to do.

Fager, there's a storm out there. It's dangerous.

The storm's no coincidence, Skye.

Zoot is trying to bring his child and the child of Bray together to destroy us

all. It's just a storm, Fager. That's all. A storm.

It's the beginning of the end.

Vega!

Quickly! Go in there!

Come on!

Ah! Ah! Quickly!

Scott! The defense is collapsing!

There's nothing we can do.

safety. Guys, guys!

The animals!

Help me get them indoors!

This door.

Maybe we should stay here until it's over.

But what about the pony?

He'll be safe here. Come on, let's go now before it gets any worse.

Zora, have you seen Glyn? No, no I haven't.

Where's my brother?

He's not here. No.

Don't tell me he's... Tell

me about this guy.

I told you I'd only leave this morning.

That was this morning.

Nothing's changed.

Where does he stay?

Which camp?

With the bath sometimes, but with the ants as well.

Why do I get the feeling you're not telling me everything?

I've barely been here a day.

You know how much I'm depending on you, Gwen, don't you?

And the reward you'd have if you gave me the proper information?

I... I don't really want anything.

Nothing? Not really.

Now why would that be?

Here you are risking everything and you want to do it for free?

But hey, you know what?

I bet next time we meet, you'll have everything I need to know.

Am I right?

together the answers themselves

See me?

Don't.

Well? What?

I'm here.

Good.

And?

I don't need anybody.

I think I need them.

Any of them.

They're wrong.

But they need you.

Oh yes.

They need me, alright?

There'd be nothing without me.

I'll find him. The stranger?

Sky Shadows, as he's called.

I'll give him to Sky when I get him.

You wait and see.

I'll drag him back here, show them how tough he is.

It'll be a good day, Flame.

If there's anything I can do...

Keep a watch on Shadow for me.

A very careful watch.
