All of a sudden, it was quiet.

Then I heard a noise.

It was like something dropping on the
floor, like a body.

I waited for a while.

I didn't hear a sound.

And I went out the back way.

What suitcase?

I didn't know what I was doing.

I stopped down in the alley and looked
through the suitcase for the money. But

it wasn't there.

Some canceled bank drafts. I didn't stop
to read them. Where are they?

I threw the suitcase through a window in
