is that when Asia called the car phone
number, she spoke with Jeff.

Well, that's where we have a slight
problem. The call came in at 11 a .m.,

is a full hour after the time frame set
by the autopsy for Jeff's death.

So Asia couldn't possibly have talked to
Jeff. I think she talked to you, Jim.

Which puts you in Jeff's car two days
before you said you picked it up.

You were driving Jeff's car within an
hour of the time he was murdered.

This is ludicrous. There are a lot of
other possibilities here.

Such as?

Oh. Off the top of my head, Jeff's body
had been in the water for two full days.

I don't think anyone would believe that
an autopsy could be that precise.

I mean, maybe he did die before 10 a
.m., but maybe it was 11 .15 after the

phone call or 12 o 'clock.

Nobody could possibly know for sure.

Even if Jeff did die before 10 a .m.,
that phone call doesn't prove that I

you're having a hard time pinning Jeff's

death on Jim.
