When you're in training, it seems like
there are distractions everywhere.

So if you're going to stick with the
program, you have to develop a kind of

tunnel vision, which makes all those
distractions fade away.

No one wants to walk around with tunnel
vision all the time.

Sometimes you actually like those
distractions.
