the thrill of
a rollercoaster ride.

But these past few months

as a gravity drop.

Enough so that...

The media landscape
is changing so rapidly

that it can be hard to keep up,

stay ahead of the curve.

And I will be really honest
with you,

I am still terrified.

I'm scared that if I do
stick around,

I will fail.

I'll let our readers down.

I'm scared that
I'll let all of you down.

But earlier tonight,
I was reminded how--

how contagious
fearlessness can be.

And I realized that I have to

keep that promise I made to
myself over ten years ago,

and I have to run towards
what terrifies me so much.

So, I need to stay.

And not just
because I love what I do

but because that is

to inspire young women

to face challenges head on,

to take a leap of faith.

And yes, it is frightening.

But that's the beauty of it,
