have to discuss Private Hugh's release

It seems to me, as Lieutenant Walters'
commanding officer, you should have been

questioning him that night instead of
playing poker with him. As a matter of

fact, I think nothing came of those
complaints because somebody was looking

for him, you know, kind of keeping him
out of trouble.

had to wind up. Is that what you're

insinuating?
