Dr. Anne Marie Yem is a French citizen born in Cambodia.

She has a PhD in organic chemistry on peptide proteins from the University of Montpellier, a

postdoctorate in proteomics, the identification of membrane proteins at the University of Michigan.

She studied with Dr. Samir Hanash, a well-known expert in this field.

She also worked with Dr. Borscheets on the inflammatory process in rheumatoid arthritis.

Additionally, Dr. Yim has a master's in intellectual property.

And since 2018, she has been studying law.

She is the equivalent of what we call an articling student here in North America, or a paralegal, I believe.

She's been studying law related to patent engineering and preparing patent applications at CP in Strasburg, Austria

Okay, Maggie Hope Braun is in Edmonton and something really cool happened during her speaking tour of Northern Alberta.

And here at the Convention Center this week, there is the Rural Municipal Association of Alberta having their spring convention.

And if you've been following my work, you know that I've been advocating for...

awareness at the local level of how it is that international lobbyists are

actively getting their items on our local municipal agendas and the

organizations that they've been working through like the Federation of Canadian

Municipalities which has partnered in the early 90s with

the United Nations Organization called the International Council on Local Environmental

Initiatives, or ICLEI.

And I've started a group called KICLEI, and we're going to councils and we're sharing

professional reports and presentations and raising awareness about how this global agenda

is diverting funds away from our local communities and the municipal mandate.

I'm really excited to be here. I've been doing a speaking tour and just happened to be in Edmonton when this conference, the RMA conference, is happening today.

So, a few things have happened and it's going to, there'll be a resolution today, put forward

in just an hour and we're going to explain that a little bit.

So, the county of Wheatland passed a motion, I guess they went to the FCM conference, they

came back and said, you know what, there's no programming there for rural municipalities.

I don't know what we're doing there.

They sent a letter to the FCM stating that they would no longer,

they wouldn't be attending the conference this year.

And they called for a unified stance of rural municipalities across Canada

to take a unified stance with them and essentially boycott the conference.

So on my travels I've been sharing this with councillors across Alberta

and through this live with councillors across our country.

to join them in that unified stance and call for programs. If the FCM wants to have members

that are part of the rural municipalities of Canada, they need to offer programs that benefit

the rural communities of Canada. So I've been sharing that information and also advocating

that if councillors choose to go to the conference that they use that as an opportunity to bring

this call for better programming for rural and small town communities.

And then we saw the County of Stetler and they chose to not renew their membership

with the FCM and they let them know for the same reasons.

We feel like the rural voice is being silenced and

that the programs offered are urban centric and we want more rural programs.

We won't be a member of the FCM any longer, and they were followed by the town of Vermillion

in Alberta, and I met a bunch of the councils from across Alberta last night and found out

that other ones have also withdrawn their membership from the FCM.

So, today, in about an hour, they're going to be, if you're just joining us, we're at

the Edmonton Conference Center and the Rural Municipal Association of Alberta is having

their spring conference here today.

So they will be passing a motion.

sorry, from Wheatland County and Bonneville Municipal District, and they will be putting

forward a motion to call for a new federal advocacy group for rural municipalities so

that they can better advocate for their specific and unique needs, and I posted the full resolution

in the description of this video.

As you look down, I can see if I can flip it and give you a nice view here of what I'm looking at.

We see the Edmonton Convention Center.

And then, if I can zoom in, all the provincial flags of Canada.

So the message coming out from Alberta Municipal Rural Association today is a message for all

rural associations across this great country.

When we look at the map, the majority of our country is made up of small towns and rural counties and districts and communities.

So why is it that the federal funding is coming down through the FCM, the Federation of Canadian Municipalities,

and is tied to an international agenda?

Right? The United Nations started working with the FCM in 1990.

Together they drafted what became known as Agenda 21.

And today the only way that municipalities can access these federal funds

is if they adopt an internationally driven agenda.

It's not bottom up anymore.

So the FCM either needs to completely restructure

or at this point it looks like

The rural municipalities of Canada will be provided with another option to come together to network and to advocate for their specific needs.

So it just got a little loud. I don't know if you can hear. There's a snow blower down there.

But I will come back with an update later after the resolution.

She's getting so much hate from the far left on X. It's absolutely hilarious. The prime

minister's office said that the Canadian $6 billion or $4.2 US billion over the horizon

radar system will provide early morning radar coverage from the Canada, United States border

into the Arctic. But again, this man does not have the authority to be able to do that.

What he is talking about and the media should be calling him out. Hey, don't you think sir that you should maybe get yourself elected?

Have an election or face parliament before you start making

Multi-billion dollar announcements like this that you have no power to do

U.S. District Judge Theodore D. Chang, who was appointed by Barack Obama, just ordered

Elon Musk and Doge to restore nearly all of U.S. AID's operations, because apparently

they break the U.S. Constitution.

Okay, hello. Thank you for having me on your show and also, my name is Anne Marie-Yim.

I'm a PhD in organic chemistry. I'm a French citizen, but I was born in Cambodia.

So, but I was raised in France, so I went to high school in Toulouse,

which is a lab, which is specialized in protein synthesis.

So I have an expertise in synthesizing molecules, especially proteins.

And then I get my PhD in 1999 in Montpellier in France.

And then I went to do some post-doctoral research in the University of Michigan in the United States, so in cancerology.

And I took part of a program which was called, which still is called, UPO for Human Prothermic Project.

It's conducted by Dr. Gil Omen.

in Michigan, and I was working in the lab of Dr. Samir Hanash, who I work under, and my

mission was to identify membrane proteins using the proteomic tool.

That's basically my background in research, and then in 2004 I came back in France and

I took a degree in law, like I got a master in intellectual property from the University

I went in Strasbourg and I did some study to become a patent engineer and then I worked briefly as a patent engineer and then I came in Luxembourg in 2008 and then I wanted to teach therefore I studied some Luxembourgish because here you need to speak Luxembourgish in order to teach.

on top of French and German. And then I was charged a course in a high school. I

teach chemistry and physics. I opened my own structure in 2018, just one year before the

The mandatory vaccination in Luxembourg was abrogated, the law was abrogated.

So on the 11th of March, 2022, the law was abrogated, so the mandatory vaccination.

Let's go back to the debate that you had

in the Luxembourg Parliament with Dr. Montagnier.

What was that about? Was that about the vaccine or was that about COVID as a virus itself?

Basically, it was a petition. There were two petitions about mandatory vaccines.

And basically, Professor Montagnier said that it was not

a vaccine that it was a poison. He used the term of poison, which was very shocking.

And that was the title the day following the debate. That was the title on every newspaper

here in Luxembourg. Professor Montagnier said the vaccine, the COVID vaccine is not a vaccine,

it's a poison.

And basically, yes, he spoke about, of course, the HIV insert, because he himself has been studying with Jean-Claude Perrette.

Jean-Claude Perrette is a PhD in bioinformatics.

He was his friend. He's still alive.

uh like uh two weeks after he came in Luxembourg he died uh like here he died on the uh it was

a Sunday Sunday um the 8th um of March 2022 so two weeks after the debate he died did he die

So basically all we know that he died from an infarctus like heart

His heart has been stopped. So people said he was old etc. But

We were quite shocked. I was very shocked, and a lot of people were shocked about it, because it was too close, and he was just returning from Milan in Italy, where he was invited by an organisation.

He went on national TV to speak.

about the COVID vaccine, he came also on a show, Pascal Pro, on April 2021, he gave an interview with Pascal Pro on CNews,

which is a mainstream media, and he said that he has discovered 5 to 6 HIV inserts.

Uh, on the sequences, uh, on the, uh, on, on, on the sequences, on the MRNA, you know,

so that was not, um, he, he said that clearly it, it was a man made, um, man made manipulation

because of the virus you mean of the virus.

Two virus has 86% homology with the SARS-CoV-1 virus,

which is a bat, naturally a virus that infects bats.

But there's a sequence, which is called the furine site

of cleavage, which is present on the SARS-CoV-2.

And it's not present on the SARS-CoV-1, which shows that it has been humanly manipulated.

And then it has been confirmed.

Like there was an investigation, and I think that in December from 2024, they released.

I think it's a U.S. Congress who released a report saying that it was not a natural virus,

But they they point to the Wuhan lab they point to the Wuhan lab with the Batwoman and she's angry and the P4 lab who was

Madame Marisol Touraine was the Ministry of Health and she went with Bernard Kazanev and

supported by the French government.

So everybody is pointing about Echo Alliance,

Ralph Barrick, the project Diffuse, Echo Alliance, et cetera.

in this reverse engineering of the viruses because L'Institut Pasteur in Lille which is a research center specialized in microbiology and especially viruses in which Prophermontanie used to work.

Why you so quickly joined the anti-vax movement in Europe.

Was it scientifically based?

Yes, absolutely. Because I understand, I looked at the news, I watched. First, I want to say that I was following Alex Jones. I don't know if you know him for worse.

So, because when I came back from United States, I didn't want to lose my English. I wanted to keep practicing and hearing like TV shows in English.

I used to follow Alex Jones and then I came across this biologist, PhD, who was talking about

the paper, the Indian paper, which showed that there were four HIV inserts and that has been

There is no treatment, therefore, you need to get the vaccine everyone, so they have been managing, they have managed to, like, inject 5.7 billions of people, meaning the whole world except the African continent, basically.

2 billion, 2 billion. So basically they injected everybody, everyone. And the rate of injection

per country, for example in Luxembourg, it was 80% of injected people versus 20% of non-injected people.

and you can take the number of lot of your vaccine.

and you can enter it and it will display the number of deaths.

the number of secondary effects, if there are injuries, if there are, your vital prognostic is engaged,

if there are myocarditis, if there are no...

You mean to say that they've been able to correlate the lot numbers with the malady that comes with it?

for example, if you got lot number 450, then you would get myocarditis. If you got lot number 500,

you would die. If you got lot number 550, you'd get a turbo cancer. Yes.

Absolutely. You know why? Because have you heard about the verse database?

Yes.

So the verse database is a database that is held by the CDC and the FDA also.

And basically all the physicians, the physicians who have been vaccinating people,

the secondary effects of these vaccine injuries. And it's all, so people, for example, somebody

vaccinated, get one dose, two dose, three doses, which day, so the date, the name of

the person is on there, the number of the lot, if it's Pfizer, Moderna, Janssen or AstraZeneca,

It's all located on the database and people who have, for example, a myocarditis, they

can't also call the physician and said, oh, you know what, I got a myocarditis.

We need to declare it, so they declare it, and therefore there is a matching of the certificate

and the lot number and the secondary effect.

All that is being done in verse

so that it's called pharmacovigilance.

It's a surveillance system that the FDA and the CDC,

they look to follow what is called a signal, a signal,

meaning that if

a vaccine is dangerous, you will have, let's say, 1,000 reporting on myocarditis.

And you can follow the state or so, you can follow which state, which country, because

are working with the European database,

which is called VGAccess.

Do you believe that these databases have been corrupted by?

Of course, of course.

So basically we know that only one to 10%,

there is an under declaration.

That is very well documented

and that it is acknowledged by everybody.

So in United States, it's 1%.

of adverse effects that are being reported, in France, it's 5% and in the UK, it's 10%.

So it means, for example, if it's 1%, you might multiply the number by 100.

If it's 10%, you might multiply by 10, etc.

by state, every adverse event following the vaccination,

because all the database, national database from each country in Europe

or in the United States are being centralized also by the WHO.

Why would they insert HIV?

like in late 2024, and recently, like one month ago, the study from, I think it was

is a C-dav, the AIDS.

So basically it's an AIDS,

which is called post-vaccinal AIDS.

So the immune system is being destroyed,

especially the white T cells are being destroyed.

Like HIV is able to infect

CD4 and CD8 T cells, these are specific category of white cells.

So, we see all the people who have been vaccinated when they make a blood analysis,

they can see a drop in the counting of the white blood cells.
