(dramatic music)
- [Narrator] Previously-
(dramatic music continues)
- Welcome to The Traitors.
- I'm just really happy to be here.
- [Narrator] One faithful was converted.
- Ladies.
- Oh, thank you.
- [Colin] I was blackmailed,
but you can't blackmail the willing.
- [Narrator] As another looked to shake up the game.
- I have a plan.
I wanna try something new.
Tonight, my friend, I'm gonna vote for you.
If he is a traitor though,
I'm ultra screwed.
- [Narrator] But fell short.
- [Sam] The tricky thing now is that
I think Kings is a traitor.
- [Narrator] And when it came down to the vote...
- [Anna] Vanda, if you're talking about out of character,
today you were definitely not
doing what you usually do.
- [Colin] I really hope you're a Traitor.
- [Narrator] The Traitors remained under the radar.
- I am Faithful.
- [Narrator] And despite cracks starting to form...
- People on your first day jumped at you, and me.
- No, at me. And your silence to me was deafening.
- [Narrator] They agree to the most daring murder yet.
- I'm gonna propose something that is insane.
- We attempt to murder one of the shields.
- It's a very risky move.
- No, I'm in.
- Oh, I love it, it's so cool.
(dramatic music)
- Who of the two, Julia or Anna, are you picking?
- It would have to be Anna.
I think she's the best Faithful in the game right now.
I would like her to be gone.
She also didn't look all that happy
when she left the armoury, Julia did.
- My perspective, we vote Julia.
Ex-police person. - [Brooke] Yeah.
- [Colin] Analytical. - [Brooke] Yeah.
- [Colin] Watching everyone like a hawk.
She's sharp.
I think that we have to pick wisely.
Anna's a good friend of mine,
but Brooke has a plan,
and he's got a strategy.
- [Brooke] What are you thinking?
- So many things going through my mind.
You know, I'm trying to do the dance safely
because I just don't trust him.
- I think if we leave Kings and Julia
they're gonna fight out.
Whoever they wanna get rid of,
we go for that, right?
- Yeah.
- I think we'd be crazy not to take out Anna.
Hard to say.
You want me to do the honours?
- This is on you, my friend.
- It's not, but I will.
(dramatic music)
- Viola.
- [Brooke] Wait, it's not easy.
We are gonna try to murder Anna,
hope that Julia has a shield,
and in the morning they're gonna be breathless.
That's what we're gonna do.
- [Colin] Don't fuck it up.
(dramatic music)
(upbeat orchestral music)
- Ah.
Being first to breakfast is the worst.
This I thought would give me a good sleep,
but absolutely it did not.
I woke up in the middle of the night again,
and it's amazing how fast your brain
just goes to gameplay.
I really need to sort of see
who's at breakfast this morning
for me to somewhat have an idea
of where I should be going
or directing my thoughts.
Otherwise, the Traitors are winning this game.
Ah.
- Oh.
(Anna laughs)
Oh my gosh.
- Hi.
- Oh my God.
How are we early?
But my gosh.
- Hi.
- The first person I see is Anna.
The first part of the plan is already
starting to skew off.
You're alive.
- The shield.
- Oh my gosh.
Yes, oh yes.
Of, course, you're alive.
- Look
- Oh my God, fancy.
I am really nervous about how I play this.
I need to be as confused as everybody else.
Where we gonna sit? We sit down here?
- I'm sitting here.
Yeah, yeah, you can sit next to me.
- Holy hell in a hand basket.
That is...
That is so cool.
We knew that there was a big chance
that Anna had the shield.
And now I've gotta sit at breakfast,
I know that we tried to murder her.
She's got the shield.
She's kind of laughing.
She has no idea that we tried to murder her.
- Can I trust you?
- It has to be, it has to be Kings.
It has be, of course you can.
- Okay good.
- It has to be Kings or Sam,
and I'll be sad to see them both go, but-
- You think Kings is gonna be murdered?
- Or Sam.
- Why do you think it'll be Kings?
- Well if it's not me,
and it's not you,
we've run out of people.
- Colin, Julia.
- I, I think Colin's a Traitor, so...
- Do you?
- Yeah, I think so.
I mean I think he's nearing the top of my list.
- Really?
- [Brooke] I have one person on my shortlist
for the round table tonight,
and that's Colin.
I believe that he would double cross me
at the first opportunity.
Why would he not have been seduced or blackmailed by now?
- I think Julia would have been the perfect blackmail.
Julia, I hate saying this,
would make an amazing person to blackmail
because she is a really good Faithful.
Do you know what I mean?
- Hey.
I mean we knew you were coming in,
so it's not as, but it's nice to see you.
- [Julia] My eyes are on Anna.
I suspect that she's a traitor because
wanting to take out Kings,
and then not wanting to take out Kings.
- I found it weird
that Kings said he was gonna vote for you,
then didn't vote for you.
And then there was that whole kerfuffle
that happened with him and Colin.
- [Brooke] Yesterday was weird across the board.
- [Julia] Now that I had a bit of an emotional meltdown,
I don't know.
I just don't... I don't want it to be anyone.
- [Brooke] We're yearning to ask Julia about what to do.
- I'm worried about Sam not turning up, eh.
- I think it's almost a guarantee.
- Yeah.
- Ah.
- Sam! What the...
- [Brooke] We've just been writing your obituary.
- I was as well
- We were almost 100% sure that you were gone.
- Good morning.
- Good morning.
- Very good morning. How've you been?
- Scratch the last 15 minutes of conversation.
- Both of us.
It blows my mind that Brooke is there as well.
The fact that the two of us are here is crazy.
- It has to be Colin.
It has to be Colin.
- Really? - Has to be.
- Either Kings or Colin has been murdered,
which completely changes the way I think about the game.
- Kings is the most likely to get banished tonight.
Why would you murder him last night?
He's most likely to go, right?
- That's true.
I don't know whether there's been a mistake,
or what's going on.
- Kings or Colin.
Kings or Colin.
- [Sam] My brain has hurt constantly
throughout this entire thing.
- [Brooke] We just have to think ahead,
especially if they're thinking ahead of us.
- [Anna] There's only one more person to come in this room,
and that still blows my mind.
(Kings sighs)
(everyone yells)
- It's Colin.
- Another day- Colin?
- Lost the fabulousness.
- It's Colin.
- [Sam] Suddenly we think Colin's gone.
We're on.
- You okay?
- I'm fucking relieved to be honest.
- Yeah.
- It's crazy to think that he has been
a Faithful all this time,
'cause he's a bit weird.
- Oh well.
Then there were five.
- [Sam] And two of us are Traitors.
- [Kings] Oh my gosh.
- [Brooke] Nauseating.
- And I know I just said
two of us are Traitors,
I mean two of you are Traitors.
Don't pick up on that, there's nothing there.
- [Kings] Language is everything.
- My strategy has always been
to ride the Traitor's trust,
and so by being kind to people,
and listening to them,
and having their backs,
just hoping it can take me
that one extra one til tomorrow
then hopefully to the win.
Guys, we're the final five.
- I mean that's the-
- Hey, we should cheers to that.
- Cheers. - Cheers.
- Cheers, bro.
- Well played everybody
- I feel like we're almost to the finish line.
It's been so much fun.
I've been really proud of myself.
We've had such an incredible group
of people here.
And I think that's why I find it so heartbreaking.
(dramatic music)
What the hell?
- What the hell?
- [Anna] I don't get it.
- [Kings] Dun, dun, dun.
- Colin comes in.
So literally everyone is here,
which is confusing.
And then now I think about it,
it's because I had the shield.
So it must mean that a Traitor took a shot.
Yeah, I'm a little confused about it.
Colin, we thought you were gone.
- Holy twist. - We're all here.
- [Sam] We're all here- - [Kings] No one-
- Oh.
- [Kings] Yeah, yeah. - [Brooke] No one's murdered.
- I don't know why Brooke kept saying
"Julia's got the shield, she's happier."
- Oh, you've not seen it?
- [Colin] Brooke has a plan,
so maybe it's knock out Anna tonight,
and it would be me on the chopping block tomorrow.
- What the hell?
- [Colin] Because Brooke is just for Brooke.
As a sidekick or a partner in crime,
there's just nothing.
You know, you feel it.
There's just nothing.
- What in the actual-
- What the hell are you rascals up to?
- [Brooke] I'm less of a fan of Colin
taking home all the cash.
And I think when it comes to the crunch
he'll probably betray me.
- I need to lie down already.
(dramatic music)
(ominous music)
- [Narrator] The six remaining players in the game
are now on their way to compete
in my most exquisite mission to date.
- [Julia] I cannot believe you walked in the doors.
- I thought I was gone.
I legitimately thought that's it, I'm done, I'm out.
And I thought, yeah,
I'm just murdered, just gone into the night.
- [Brooke] Honestly, I'm afraid of Colin.
- I'm afraid of Colin as well.
I'm afraid of suddenly him turning
because he's just so unpredictable
- He did last night,
and it could have gone worse by confronting it.
- Where are we at with Brooke?
- Brooke is chaos.
He just throws chaos everywhere.
I've kind of had it with the noise.
I said consistently he's traitorous,
he's messy without drawing too much attention
by saying "That guy's a Traitor,"
I just say "Oh, look at the pattern."
(dramatic music)
- Oh wow.
- Wow. - Fancy.
- [Anna] Tonight's mission, we walk in the door,
and Paul is standing there surrounded by lots
of plinths
and some interesting collections of art.
- You may or may not know,
but I'm a well travelled man.
During my many trips abroad
I have amassed a superb selection
of curios and antiquities.
The fact of the matter is
I need to make some room in my gallery
for some new acquisitions.
So today I want you to help yourself to this,
my back catalogue.
Every artefact successfully uplifted,
adds that item's value to the prize pot.
There is a total of $7,500 to be had.
- [Brooke] Every mission I just keep thinking
about the final prize pool,
and getting as much money in there as possible.
It's starting to add up now.
- You have 13 minutes
to gather as many treasures as you can,
and deliver them to me here.
It could not be easier, could it?
But for one thing.
- [Brooke] Oh. - They move.
- Oh, they're moving.
- Oh, we're in the movies. - Okay.
- For my own amusement,
and for no other reason,
I've added a complex web of laser beams
to thwart your mission.
- [Kings] There's lasers pointing everywhere.
This is like a full on "Mission Impossible" type thing.
I can hear Tom Cruise.
- [Julia] This is every adult's dream
to carry out missions as a pretend spy,
it's so fun.
- [Paul] As soon as you successfully deliver to me
one of my art chez da,
it means security's been breached.
I will instruct my goons
to increase surveillance measures immediately.
(players applaud)
- This is so cool and so crazy.
This is an awesome mission.
Lasers, art theft?
I mean sign me up.
- [Paul] If you trip a laser one minute will be deducted
from your time.
Happy looting my lovelies.
Your time starts now.
- We don't have a lot of time guys,
speed is gonna be of the essence here.
- All right.
- Try and get the highest value.
- I'm just trying to see...
My depth perception isn't great, so let's see.
- [Anna] You're okay.
- [Kings] Nice work, bro, nice work.
- This one's really hard.
- [Anna] Wait for it to go down to the lowest point
- [Sam] For me with my low vision
it was very hard to see
how far away the laser beams are.
And because they were moving,
I had to take it sort of nice and slow.
Can you tell me when it's going down?
- [Colin] Wait, wait, wait.
Now.
- [Anna] Jump.
- [Sam] Luckily for me I've got
big stork legs.
- [Kings] Nice work, bro.
Hey.
- [Sam] So I managed to hop around them.
- [Kings] Yeah, yeah, yeah.
(players cheer)
- And there you have it.
- I felt really good
that I managed to contribute to the team.
- An item has made it through,
I will need to increase the lasers.
- Which is the next highest value?
'Cause I can't read.
- [Brooke] $2000.
That one's the most expensive one.
That one over there.
- [Anna] I think I'm gonna be good at this mission.
It feels like how we played elastics
when we were younger, at primary school.
- [Brooke] Yeah good.
- First take this thing?
- [Kings] Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- [Paul] So far so good.
- [Sam] Great work.
Come on, Anna.
- [Brooke] Anna.
(everyone cheers)
- Turns out I'm a great thief,
didn't trip the alarm once.
- That is another security breach.
More lasers, please.
- [Julia] Okay, what's that one?
- That's 400,
and over there you've got 1100,
I'd go for that one.
- [Julia] Whoever here gave me the memo
to wear this ridiculous dress...
People are probably gonna get dinner
and a show with me having to jack my dress up.
(buzzer buzzes)
- Aww.
- [Paul] Oh dear, oh dear.
- My first time through I blew out.
So embarrassing. (laughs)
- I've reset my security system,
and a minute is deducted from your time.
- Oh, this is not easy, is it?
- [Anna] There's a lot of lasers on that side.
- [Brooke] Oh wow, that was sick.
- So in this mission you need to be dextrous,
something that I am not.
Whoa, shit.
- [Colin] I love it.
This is something I've always, always wanted to do.
- That's a free vasectomy waiting to happen.
- [Anna] Yep.
Nailing it, nailing it.
- Amazing.
- [Colin] Getting through the lasers,
I thought was exciting, it was a breeze.
Like I was going bang, bang, bang.
And then...
(buzzer beeps)
(players groan)
I got caught.
Damn it.
(buzzer beeps)
- [Paul] So near and yet so far.
- Careful, careful it moves.
(buzzer beeps)
- What? Where? Bullshit.
I call bullshit.
I didn't realise that the lasers
not only go up and down,
some of them move in,
and boom, I trip one with my ankle.
- [Paul] Another minute dropped from the time.
- [Colin] Nice.
- I managed to get around,
and go at it a second time.
- [Sam] Nice work, man.
- [Paul] Nicely done.
- [Brooke] Pick up the golden goose for 1100 bucks.
Add that to the silver bank.
- [Colin] I'm agile and fast,
but I'm in the wrong clothes.
I wish I'd worn a cat suit.
- [Anna] Well done.
Careful. (buzzer beeps)
- [Paul] Another minute deducted from the time.
I particularly liked that kiwi.
- [Colin] Come on, Anna.
- Almost here.
- This way.
Oh shit.
Oh amazing.
Yeah.
- You'll need to be quick, Kings.
(buzzer beeps)
- Well you were quick.
- [Kings] Today was probably the most fun
I had in terms of a mission.
And I wasn't that good at it.
- Two minutes to go.
Sam, you're going.
- [Sam] When it comes for the second time around,
I've already made it once
so I'm pretty confident.
(buzzer beeps)
And I make it about this far
into the course before I set it off.
- One player left, one minute left to go.
- [Brooke] Take it slowly, it's going to be you all the way.
Great, great, great.
- [Colin] Good girl.
- [Brooke] Amazing - [Anna] Well done.
I think this way is easier than this way
there's lots more diamonds here,
this is a lot of triangles.
- [Paul] 30 seconds to go.
(crowd cheers)
- [Anna] Okay. Well done, well done. Keep on that beam.
- And yes.
(crowd cheers)
- [Kings] Man, everyone's nailing this game,
the girls smashed it.
Sam did awesome as well for someone who cannot see
this far past his face.
- Well done you sneaky little thieves.
You've managed to plunder five items
from my glorious collection,
a grand total of six thousand dollars.
- Six thousand dollars, it's tomorrow
that we decide who wins that.
- Now pick them up and get gone
before the henchmen release the hounds.
Quickly out the door.
- [Anna] That was a really enjoyable mission.
Stank that the armoury wasn't open though
because I would have loved to have a shield for tonight.
- Those beautiful objects, Julia put it down.
Colin. They're just not trustworthy.
(ominous music)
- [Brooke] I say we vote in a block-
- [Sam] Julia, Colin...
- This same conversation's happening
in that car for sure and I guarantee
it's probably going more my way than anywhere else.
- [Anna] I'm just thinking about Kings because
Kings been a question mark for me for so long
and I put him down once and...
It nags at me.
He's an incredible, incredible, talented man
but I just have to, it's like the itch I have to scratch.
- [Brooke] The only way that you survive tonight
is the three of us convincing one person out there
that someone in that car is a traitor.
If I can get all of us voting in one direction,
ideally that would be Colin.
(tribal drums)
- [Sam] Today I've really got to check in with everyone
and see what everyone's thinking.
I feel like we haven't played enough tennis.
Like, we have a tennis court...
From conversations I've had with Brooke and Kings
it looks like that's heading towards Julia
and potentially Colin.
But then I've got to see what Anna and
Julia and Colin say and what they're thinking about.
- [Anna] The most loud and most wild
and most changed behaviour
and most stressed to me today, was Kingsley.
I'm more than happy to go Brooke tomorrow,
but that was always sort of the plan.
- [Colin] I've thrown Brooke's name out there
and pointed out his chaos.
And Anna's on side, but she just can't let go of Kings.
So one thing they always say are the passions,
so how did that come out?
- We all have said so many times,
"We'll do Vanda, then we'll do Kings."
That was the plan we all were saying yesterday.
And if it's on chaoticness, he was chaotic yesterday.
He didn't just try one thing to change it up,
he continuously did things.
I just can't go forward into the final
without having got that out.
- [Colin] I had thought about the prospect of working
with Brooke but he has in no way worked with me.
- But I feel like it now, and then later-
- No, I just, I don't like that.
- Kings, just because the...
- Sorry, you're saying...
It's just a messy situation where intellectually
I just don't trust him.
Just because of the structure of the,
you know the go left, go right, I'm winning.
- More than happy to back you on Brooke tomorrow,
but I'd love to do Kings tonight.
- [Colin] He's chaos, he's treacherous and I feel that
he might just try to out me.
- [Sam] He's been trying to win the mission so hard
and get that shield, in my mind that's because
he is a Faithful, trying to go through.
- [Brooke] We have to get this right tonight,
but we're really up against a wall.
I feel like you guys are Faithful,
and I feel like guys we're heading to a stage
where you two could fuck this up.
I'm really worried about the vote tonight being
deadlocked at three for Kings and three for Colin.
I've gotta get Julia on side to vote for Colin
and to put aside her differences with Kings.
But I'm terrified of taking on Colin
without everybody else behind me.
You know how I feel like your particular relationship
has been up and down?
Unless you guys pull it together in the next
couple hours, I think one of you guys is gonna be gone
and I think it's gonna be a mistake.
Would you guys go Colin?
- I had Colin.
- Would you go Colin?
He got Colin. I think Colin did change instead.
- I can only go off of Sam's vibe.
- You're suggesting Anna.
- And she changed kind of tactic.
You know how yesterday we were kind of like...
- Every day of the week, I put my money on Colin.
No one wants to join that, now it's up to plan B.
Anytime Anna is in the game, I could be knocked out
because she's just so smart, she's really perceptive.
Would you move that direction?
- To Anna?
- Yeah.
- To Anna?
Would you move that direction, to Anna?
- Yeah.
It's really hard to get a read on Anna.
She said something about her kids.
She said, "On my kid's life, I'm a Faithful."
And I was like, "Whoa. That's a big one."
- That decision gets you, it get you to the final day
no matter what, right?
And Kings, if you don't do that, there is a chance
that you could get knocked, so it's survival, man.
- One more time, are you a Faithful?
- Yes.
- Are you a Faithful?
- Yeah.
- If that's the case, then this is a good way to get
two good Faithfuls into the last day,
and you know that you've got two good Faithfuls in there.
- [Kings] The conversations that have been
going around today, is just a mishmash of people saying,
"Ah, it's this person, maybe it's that person."
- Right, let's do this.
- Oh my God, it's round table time.
- It's gonna be a shit house in 20 minutes,
I can tell you that.
- [Anna] I don't like it.
What's my favourite word in the last 24 hours?
Grim.
- [Kings] That was why I pitched the idea
to kind of just like talk to each other and see
where we're all at.
I can start because it was my dumb idea.
I really want to take my kids to Japan.
So it's kind of like an extra bit of money,
go to Japan and have some fun.
This morning actually felt like,
holy shit, it's enough money now where it could actually,
actually do that.
This isn't a tactic to find out who the Traitor is,
for me, this was just like to get to know the people
that I'm with.
- As an adult, when do you get to do anything like this?
It is the wildest opportunity,
it will be one of those things I would regret forever
not trying to do.
We've had such an incredible group of people here,
and I think that's why I find it so heartbreaking.
I'm married with two kids, I'm not living in a house
with other people. I haven't done that since I was 20.
It's been so much fun,
and some of these challenges have been wild.
And it's really cool, I've been really proud of myself.
- I've got MS and I'm blind. I wanted to show people
that if you're a disabled person,
you can carry a barrel, down a road.
I've got two sons, Charlie and Harry.
They're my absolute world.
They made me these to keep with me during the show.
So I've kept them in my pocket
for most of the challenges.
I really want to show my boys that
you have a disabled dad, but that doesn't mean anything.
I really get strength from doing this for them.
Just hoping it can take me to tomorrow
and hopefully to the win.
- [Julia] I really want to showcase to my children
and to other people who have had self-doubt
growing up that you can be successful
however you define success.
I feel incredibly proud to have made it to the end.
- Cheers to that because I feel the same.
As a woman, you're like, proving to yourself
and being proud of yourself.
And we have all done amazing things here.
- [Julia] Everyone deserves, I think now more than ever
to be there at the end
and I wish that we could end the game now, but we can't.
- I really have grown attached to you guys,
this is the part where I hope I can make a difference.
I'm planning on donating any money I make
on the show, to Omahu Marae and the surrounding areas
down in the Hawke's Bay.
I obviously think that it would be very nice
if some of the money went to some people,
maybe only just have the power on,
only have just started to recover from the cyclones.
It's my Iwi, I've always wanted to connect
with them more and now seeing what they've been through
in 2023, I'm just really keen to give them some money
to help those doing it tough.
- For me, and I'm very private,
I don't really like sharing stories or anything.
No, like personal stories. I'm very private
about my family so...
- [Kings] Oo, I felt it brother.
- [Colin] It is so shocking to be so close to the end
and I never ever, in my wildest dreams
would have thought I'd had gotten this far.
So, we lost our mum before covid,
and then...
You go through the motions of...
You go through the motions of
a funk that New Zealand was all in,
we were all in it.
And then...
The adventure and getting to see all of you,
getting to know all of you, it's great.
So all I want to do if I win is
make memories with my family.
That's it.
- [Anna] All righty.
(intense orchestral music)
- [Sam] It's very hard to separate your head from your heart
in this game. The Traitors didn't ask to be Traitors.
And so I've got to remember that.
Whether someone's nice or not
doesn't mean that they're a Traitor or not.
- [Anna] I think there's so much wrapped up
into this vote.
I really haven't sort of come to a conclusion
in my head yet.
- [Kings] I think I'm going into this blind,
but just with this kind of inkling of like,
I hope I'm right.
- [Brooke] In my best cast scenario,
Colin goes tonight.
But no one wants to join that,
and now he's done this beautiful,
heartfelt plea which was so sincere
I don't even want that to happen.
We are definitely going into the round table tonight
knowing far less about what's going to happen
than we usually do.
- [Paul] There's no denying players,
all of you have battled hard to get here.
Today's pillaging of my art collection
added six thousand dollars to the prize fund,
meaning you're currently fighting for $47,100.
Who's taking it home?
And who do you want to take with you
into the final phase of the game?
Who has earned your trust?
Who can you really believe?
Right here, right now, you need to do two things.
First of all, listen.
Listen like you've never listened before
to what your fellow players have to say.
And secondly, you have to fight.
Fight for your place in the final.
Because like opportunity,
the final is knock, knock, knocking.
(tribal drums and dramatic strings)
You have to fight for your place in the final.
Because like opportunity,
the final is knock, knock, knocking.
Who would like to begin?
- [Brooke] I'm going to do it for the first time again.
We've got six people who I think
genuinely care about each other
who are having to throw each other's names
at the wall.
And it's just getting worse and worse.
Every day makes it harder.
Anna I just can't imagine that you're not a Faithful,
I just can't. I've said that to you.
Colin, after discussing it with everyone throughout the day,
I feel the same way about you, I just,
that's where I've landed.
I don't know what I'm going to do,
I hope we find some clarity here.
- [Sam] I started today with a name in mind
and I finished the day with five names in mind.
- [Kings] I think that's been every day of the week.
- [Sam] I know, it gets harder and harder
and man, the blackmail has just screwed everything up.
- [Anna] It has.
- [Sam] I... oh man.
- [Kings] I'll say something.
Julia, it was between you and Anna,
you three actually.
Anna said something to me about her kids
that made me feel like, "Wow, I trust her."
So that ruled her out.
With the time I spent with Brooke,
he's convinced me that he's a Faithful
and I haven't had enough time with you.
That's what I've got, and I'm sorry.
- [Julia] I promised myself that I would
end this game, carry dignity and integrity the whole
way through it.
And, you'll see later that I'm on the outside,
with Vanda not engaging in the heat.
You've seen how the whole entire board has played out
in terms of trying to offload me earlier.
And the only reason that I'm here, now,
is because Kings knows that I've got him in a vice.
- [Kings] What do you mean by vice?
- [Julia] What did I mean by...
You know exactly what I mean.
And when I get up there,
and I say I'm a Faithful, you know that everyone's
gonna come for you.
I don't know man are you playing your cards too early?
- What is this? What's happening right now?
- [Kings] I'm not sure, I'm not even sure.
- [Julia] Yeah.
- [Kings] Vice?
- [Julia] He's left in the car,
he's the only person left in the car.
(group mumbles)
- [Julia] Robbie was Robbie, and she slipped up
multiple times and what I have never been able
to let go of is the way she said,
"We murdered."
And it wasn't me, it wasn't Mike, it wasn't Chris.
There was somebody sitting in the car,
passenger seat, right next to Robbie
when she said it.
And then you voted for me.
Three times.
- [Kings] I'm going off day-by-day.
I mean the car thing-
- [Julia] You can't go off day-by-day, man.
You can't.
- [Kings] I think you definitely can, but that's whatever.
She's holding on to something that she believes is true,
or maybe she's a Traitor and playing the game well.
- [Brooke] This is distracting them,
they're not looking at what's right
in front of their face, i.e. me.
I'm going to end up voting for Julia because
I just don't want to hear about the car ever again.
No one does, forget about it.
- [Kings] I sometimes feel like I'm the only Faithful
trying to do things.
- Yeah.
- [Kings] I feel that way.
I'm throwing out out the gate things,
trying to get to the bottom of this.
I feel alone sometimes, honestly.
- [Anna] Kings, I find it interesting that you
feel that way because a lot of people
have been on the hunt.
I feel I'm doing the same thing.
- [Kings] Of course, I do,
it is a group effort for sure.
I mean I feel, as of late, I've been doing a lot of...
- [Anna] You've gone wild.
Yeah, yeah you have.
- [Kings] And it's to get different
conversations going.
- [Sam] No it's, scary.
- [Kings] It's scary.
- [Anna] It is scary, there's no right or wrong.
- [Kings] Why doesn't someone else put
another name out? Who you picking, Colin?
- [Colin] Basing it on not you voting for me,
I just think you'd be a great blackmail.
And then...
- [Kings] I was there when it didn't get Vanda
a Faithful out.
- No, exactly. No, exactly.
- Anyone else got anything?
- This morning, when I came to breakfast,
I was thinking Julia.
- Okay, Sam.
- [Sam] I thought last night, when everyone was looking
quite sad, I thought you looked quite guilty.
Yeah, you just, you seemed a bit different.
- I just can't understand how the heat's back on me, now.
You've got it wrong.
- And this is what I think, because I've talked to you
today, and I feel like it's wrong.
- It's wrong.
- [Brooke] Yeah, I think you guys are Faithful
and I think this is a distraction,
but I don't know.
Right now, the way it's going, it's like we're all
going to have to pick a side which makes this thing insane
because it's not based on anything other than
the fact that you guys have some kind of weird beef.
- [Julia] You've summed it up perfectly,
is this a distraction going on?
- [Brooke] Maybe. I urged you guys to sort that out
and build a bridge there, and to be honest,
I'm exhausted from the conversation
so I'm almost intake.
- [Colin] That, that is the noise I'm talking about.
It confuses me.
- [Paul] And I'm exhausted from the conversation too.
It's time to vote.
Who do you want to banish from the game?
Who do you think is a Traitor?
Please write one name down on your slate.
(gentle piano music)
(intense music builds)
It's time to reveal who you want to banish from the game.
Julia, we'll start with you.
- [Julia] Look. I'm going out with a name that hasn't
ever come up before.
Anna, this is why I've been totally
in a distraught state today.
I don't want it to be you, I can't believe it's you.
I'm sorry Anna.
- Wow.
(music builds in intensity)
- [Paul] Anna, whose name have you written down and why?
- We've been doing a really good job of
finding Traitors. I didn't think we needed to change up
anything that we're doing to create havoc,
so Kings, sorry I've gone back with you buddy
because I don't get the logic on being that
we had found four.
So understand what you're trying to say
is that you're trying to change it up,
and I respect that,
but then, that didn't quite make sense for me.
- So one vote for Anna,
one vote for Kings.
Brooke, who have you voted for and why?
- [Brooke] Came in today, wanted to test them
kind of more out there ideas
and I just ended up back where I've been avoiding.
But the noise just needs to be answered
and it wasn't far away from either one of you.
I put you Julia. Might end up agreeing
that I think you're right though.
I think your kids should be so proud of the way
you've handled yourself.
I put your name down, I'm sorry.
- [Paul] Julia, Anna, and Kings
you have one vote each. Sam.
- This is hard for me because
I've seen it so many times, I wanted
him to be my best friend, I want to be your best friend,
I'm sorry Kings. The random stuff has just been
a little bit too much. I'm sorry.
Shit I hope you're a Traitor.
- [Paul] Kings, who have you voted for and why?
Julia, I don't know if it's the feud that we had,
maybe we are getting tricked by the masses
and I'm not sure.
Yeah. That's all I've got right now.
- Wow.
- [Paul] Two votes for Julia.
Two votes for Kings.
One vote for Anna.
So, Colin, you have the deciding vote.
(music builds and swells)
(intense orchestral music)
Two votes for Julia,
two votes for Kings,
one vote for Anna.
So, Colin, you have the deciding vote.
- [Colin] It's hard.
This game's hard knowing all of you.
I really hope you are a Traitor.
I just, think you'd be the ultimate blackmail.
That's why I've put Kings.
And I really do hope you are a Traitor.
("Our World" by Jade Williams plays)
* Look for a hand to hold *
* Anything to stop me falling *
- [Paul] Kings, you have received the most votes,
you are banished from the game.
Please, come and join me.
* One, life to live *
* One heart to give *
* It's all we know *
- [Paul] Kings, before you leave the game forever,
please reveal if you're a Faithful, or a Traitor.
- It's been an honour to get to know all of you,
especially that last moment we had together.
I do have a secret,
I'm a Faithful.
(everyone gasps)
- [Paul] Goodbye.
* This is our world *
* And we are free *
- Distractions, distractions, distractions.
- [Paul] And so, you vote out another Faithful.
There is nothing to be done about that now.
Meet me outside shortly.
- Dude, I thought I was so...
- Well, your Anna vote could have really
stuffed you. That's that sense of strategic voting
but I guess again you're wearing your heart on your sleeve
and that's a good sign.
- Feels like a set up.
("Our World" by Jade Williams continues)
* If it's our world, *
* And we are free *
* Burden me *
* Run to me *
("Into the Fire" By Oliver Price plays)
* You've got to steal your pain or *
* You will never know *
* Turn your face to the flames and *
* Never let go *
- [Julia] I feel disappointment in myself
for getting it so wrong.
I really believed that Kings was a Traitor,
and that throws the whole entire theory out
the window for me.
And that's hard to accept
when you're so certain on something.
- [Anna] I was furious, I was really mad,
really upset. I think because it was such a shock
and really on the back foot.
We need 100% pass rate,
otherwise the Traitors are taking the silver,
they're winning this game.
- It's been quite the ride players.
So many good people have fallen by the wayside.
But not you.
Anna, Brooke, Sam,
Colin, Julia.
You deserve a pat on the back,
you deserve a good night's sleep.
So tonight, there will be no murder.
There will be no more murders.
Tomorrow, you will face the mission to end all missions.
And your last ever round table banishment.
After which, you will determine
when there are no Traitors remaining
and when we end the game.
You're all so close to winning
I congratulate you from the bottom of my heart
for getting this far.
- Thanks Paul.
- [Paul] Let me propose a toast.
Here's to you, my finalists.
Good luck.
- Thank you.
- Salud.
- And goodnight.
- [Sam] It's the final day tomorrow,
and we've got five people left,
we think two of them are Traitors,
the odds are not in our favour at all.
- We've got a really big problem to solve
and I think we've massively underestimated them
and they're much smarter.
They're playing a way better game than we are at the moment.
I don't like it.
- Smile that we're even a part of something like this
but right now, this is hard.
- [Sam] This feels real shitty.
- [Brooke] Really hard.
- 100%
I'm emotionally and physically exhausted,
it's just the minefield of how this will play itself out.
It's all on. Let's see what happens.
- [Narrator] Next time...
- [Sam] I can't believe we're at the final already.
- [Narrator] The players face their last mission.
- Anna, get inked with a tattoo.
- That can't be right, that can't be right.
(yelling)
- [Narrator] As new alliance are formed.
- Nobody's ever actually thrown Brooke into it.
This late in the game you don't want to get it wrong.
- [Brooke] Colin's just, completely changed
over the last 48 hours.
- I think you're Faithful until the end.
- [Narrator] And old ones torn apart.
- Is Anna a Traitor?
- [Narrator] Will the Faithful walk away
with the prize fund?
Or will the Traitors have the last laugh?
- [Colin] All of these people deserve to win,
but I'm dressed for their funerals.
