And then afterwards he was like, Oh, I think we made a mistake.

I mean, honestly, I'm the one challenging him.

I am so surprised that I have made it.

I very much have been talkative and poked my head up and taken

a few Traitors out.

I very much feel like I would be in the firing line.

Who else? Who's being blackmailed?

Because honestly, I thought I was like, we would have all great.

Like earlier in the game,

it'd be cool to turn into a Traitor. Right?

But then it would be such a hard ruse to hold on.

I know I didn't get blackmailed last night, so that leaves Julia,

Colin, Justine, Vanda, Sam, Kings and Brooke.

Very convenient because Dan and Brooke were tight.

and it felt kind of sad.

Day eight, I'm not sure if anybody trusts

It's just that really disconcerting feeling, knowing

that down to the numbers we've got is going to be two Traitors.

Yesterday's roundtable was really hard.

I was surprised that it came so close.

Dan had consistently been seeding my name over the last few days

and then he did the big show around the roundtable last night

and I was thinking, OK, so who else has been, you know,

one of the first people to say my name and it was Justine.

Yeah.

I feel today I'm still fresh on everyone's radar.

I honestly thought I was gone this morning.

I was rehearsing a goodbye speech and everything.

This morning.

I have a plan.

I want to try something new.

Last night I was thinking like I was going to call Brooke out.

As a disloyal Faithful, more so than a Traitor.

But he's not a very good Faithful.

At this point in the game...

Why didn't he go for Dan?

He said he was going to go for Dan and then he switched.

I also saw that they were talking a lot in the barrel challenge.

There's a lot of reasons why I think Brooke.

It's a ballsy move to make so early in the day.

We haven't even found out who's been murdered yet, and he's already

laying his cards on it being Brooke.

And I was just going to throw my head out there

and just like start it from this morning.

Brooke, I'm going for you today. Be ready.

This is a wild game.

I'm just going to allow Brooke to dig his own hole.

This is strange.

It's so little of us.

Justine and Brooke.

All of a sudden, it feels like there should be more people.

Someone has to have been murdered.

Justine is my friend.

She's been my security blanket in here.

to kind of find out who the Traitors are.

If he is a Traitor, though, I'm ultra screwed.

For over two days now, I've been trying to say to you,

I think you're a Faithful.

I think you need to be able to defend.

That's me having your back as much as I can.

I am so lucky it's Kings that's accusing me

because all anyone's heard is me defending him.

I'm going to see if he wants to team up with me to find out

what's going on.

I think we might be able to draw out a Traitor today.

In my mind this morning Anna was acting a little differently.

She's a weapon.

She'd be great.

We don't have much time.

Guys, I'm calling you out on purpose.

I know my name is going to be in the firing line from that.

It's like out of character for me.

Everything about it. I kind of need you guys.

If it becomes that I'm a Hail Mary and I go out tonight, you guys

as Faithfuls need to figure out who the fucking Traitors are.

This morning was literally me just ruffling the feathers.

I just want to see the reactions of people.

I want to see what Brooke's like under fire.

Yeah, because if everyone's gone this way, you guys can observe.

I can't observe shit because everybody's quiet around me

at the moment.

The idea is that I say Brooke to everybody else, so no one thinks

that I'm thinking of anybody else but Brooke.

And I'm listening for people that actively push me towards Brooke

and people that actively try to distract me and go somewhere else.

Here's a challenge for you.

If we're not finding a four vote, though,

and those guys are building a four vote against right now fully

then I'm in trouble.

You've got to tactically build a target for us.

Yeah. Yeah. So that's up to you guys. And all of us.

Because what happens if he votes one,

I vote one and you vote someone else?

Then like a three vote's going to get you out.

Then I'm gone. You know what I'm saying is, I know what I'm doing.

So even though he explained it to me,

I do not understand Kings' plan at all.

And if anything, it kind of would usually have someone like me

then start working towards making sure that he is getting votes

against him.

It's going to look really weird if I don't vote for you, bro.

It's going to look strange if you go out, and then vote for someone else.

It feels like a desperate move.

And in this game, weird calls like that get you ousted.

It's very important that whoever you vote for gets other votes

from other people.

We need to collectively do something right.

The tricky thing now is that I think Kings is a Traitor,

and we're going to have to tread lightly.

We've got some sort of.

We don't really have a plan.

We have nothing. I've just told you what I'm saying.

I think the one fundamental fail that I had in that plan

was that I needed everybody that I was telling the plan

to have 100% trust in me and in the plan.

And because I didn't get that across the line too much,

it would have just looked like me blabbing on about Brooke.

I can't help but feel like I'm doing a really bad job

of being a Faithful.

I've asked the remaining players to join me

for a seemingly simple mission.

Well, apart from a few treacherous twists.

I was clear this morning.

This game has become so personal.

Yeah, personal.

I do feel Brooke just played a selfish game, and I don't even know

if that's who he is.

I don't know him well enough, but he's definitely played the game

The thing that makes this plan so compelling is that Brooke

has been playing the game so selfishly.

So it's kind of easy to have some rivalry with them,

and I think it's believable.

People will believe that I'm upset.

Sam did mention in the lounge Anna changed from his observations

up until this point.

So up until this point she was normal and then he reckons

this morning she was different.

- Is she different? - I don't know.

I love Anna and I think she looks fresh and open in my eyes.

But so again.

I've got blinders.

I've got to pull my head out of my arse.

I feel I won over Kings and Vanda today in the car by just being,

you know, really friendly, listening to them.

And that kind of flattery does, you know, make people

think he's trustworthy.

I swear on my baby's life.

I haven't been blackmailed.

That would be really an awful thing as a parent to say

on national television.

Anna says that she swears on her children's life

that she is a Faithful.

If she is willing to do that, then I'm going to go along with her.

I feel a little one sided in that choice.

I think he definitely chose me.

But that was an honour to be chosen.

With only seven of you left, one of you will have to roll solo.

Did I mention my counting house is haunted.

I am freaking out for this mission.

I'm not good with frights and I'm really nervous that there's

going to be bugs or something like that.

There's one benefit to going alone, and that is a trip

to the armoury with my comrade.

So I've got a good chance of winning.

I've had a devilish job trying to exorcise the ghosts

from my counting house.

I tried so many things.

They can be so discombobulating when they squeal.

Well, I'll do the counting.

Anna and I paired up and it's purely because Anna is the master

communicator and I know together that we can make a really good team.

I'm going one potato, two potato, three potato, and I'm counting

because Colin's done catwalk, he's confident that he can keep

a clear rhythm.

So he's going to do the seconds and I'll do the minutes.

It's still pitch black.

I'm scared. I will flip out.

So trying to make myself really small and just keep

my head down.

I do my head and keep beat with my leg.

I love being in a dark room with a whole lot of chaos and noises

and not knowing what's coming at you.

The scariest part was when we started hearing

all the former people that I voted out.

Someone's been stabbed in the back.

I was going good, man.

And then I hear this massive clang.

And I think I lost the minute because it kind of just startled

me a bit.

Something metal dropped on the ground.

It was so loud.

That was 12.

The distractions in the room were hard.

I flinched an awful lot.

He didn't flinch a bit.

There's someone coming for you.

18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23.

You know, I think human nature, we want to be scared sometimes.

I was right there going, yes, yes, more.

I was sitting there putting my fingers out and I had

this moment where I kind of got distracted and then I was like,

Oh my gosh, was I at 8 or 7?

Brooke was keeping track of the minutes,

which was really great because I lost track twice.

Time!

Ten, 11, 12, 13.

When we call time.

I just don't know if my rhythm is on a secret or not.

Time.

Honestly, I think that we won that challenge.

I was cool, calm and collected.

- I think we've got this. - Time.

Time.

I'm feeling pretty good. Definitely went to 13 minutes.

I might have underdone it with that pop clang,

but I'm feeling pretty confident. I think I got it.

We will start with the least successful team.

And believe you me, there was one team that was spectacularly least

successful.

I'm hoping that that we get the closest to the time

because I would love to go into that armoury again.

I think everyone's just acutely aware that someone was blackmailed

last night, so someone that we all trusted before is now

on the other side.

Which is horribly uncomfortable sensation.

I have to watch my back a wee bit because I am at risk.

I think Ben is acting totally, very different today.

One of the things people say about me is that you've been quiet

and things, but I get cut off all the time.

You get talked over all the time.

And there's so many big voices in the room.

Julia is full on her observing game, so I know that she is watching me

and she's been quite up-front about the fact that she's still

keeping me on her radar.

I said to her this morning, I said, What's your plan?

Because, you know, Kings is really going to go for you now.

And she was like, Oh, yeah. Traitor!

I'm noticing that Vanda is looking like she's feeling some pressure.

Maybe she's struggling with her new ownership of being a Traitor.

Oh, we just said things and she's so adorable.

I know, but it's such an obvious choice.

Just keep reminding me.

It felt like people are moving away from me.

But also the game is playing well.

I didn't think it was going to be this chaotic at the end.

I actually thought that we'd nailed it today.
